If a complication arises this doctor responds with calm, confidence and humor thats very reassuring. Theres not enough words to describe the wonderful kind caring staff that he has.

Dr. Van Raalte is an excellent doctor and his staff is awesome. I had a wonderful experience with my surgery. After my facelift I did have some swelling, but little pain, and very little bruising. I even went to the Field of Dreams the day after my procedure. I’m so happy with the results and I would highly recommend this facility to everyone!

Stop putting it off and get those injections! Slowly working my way into getting all the procedures I want done and Dr. V has been supportive of my pace and budget. Dr Van Raalte is an excellent Doctor . I have been a long time patient and I would highly recommend him. The office is very clean, and the staff is extremely nice! I felt comfortable during the entirety of all of my visits both before and after the surgery. I went in for a breast augmentation, in October 2020. I honestly could not have been happier with the procedure and the results. The surgery is not a comfortable healing process lol, but they made sure I was comfortable as best as they could! I have confidence now, my implants literally could not look any more perfect! He did such an amazing job i was floored at how beautiful they turned out! I got the gummy bear tear drop implants 610 size. They were worth the investment! The staff did such a wonderful job explaining everything and so did Dr Van Raalte. I absolutely will not be using anyone else for future surgeries and cosmetic procedures. He is hands down the best doctor for cosmetics i have found!!! This is not a paid review lol, this is my honest opinion and my personal experience. He was so kind, and I felt super comfortable discussing everything with him and he was very informative as well! My scars are very minimal at this point, and they have dropped into place so nicely! Please consider him if you are thinking about cosmetic surgery, I will not go to anyone else!

Doctor was in a rush during my treatment, didnt really care about my plan and had to be reminded by the assistant about part of the procedure during the procedure. He also seemed annoyed by some of the questions I had and he gave me no tips whatsoever. His hands smelled and he wore no gloves while touching my face yet I wasnt allowed to take off my mask while in the room. Staff was helpful though. And yes Im a patient.

I should have wrote a review 7 years ago but he did an amazing job on my breast aug. I was 20 when I got them, I got saline and I’m SOOO happy still with that decision. He was patient, gave me my options and took time to explain everything, I wanted a little bigger and before the surgery he said he would do as much as he can without stretch marks. I’m unbelievably happy with him! I referred several people after that have had breast aug after me and are very happy! I get so many compliments down here in Florida!

They even waited for me after closing because I was held up at work and was running late for my appointment. Beautiful facility. Friendly staff. Nancy the esthetician gave me a fantastic facial that included microblading and a lactic acid peel with a moisturizing mask! It was wonderful! No peach fuzz! My face feels so soft and smooth! Applying facial products and makeup is sooo much better! I highly recommend pampering yourself and your girlfriends!You will love it!!!

Just had a dermaplaning done. Was a bit skeptical as it was happening because the treatment felt so mild - actually relaxing, that I thought it couldnt be doing much. Glad I was wrong!!! My face was super smooth when I was finished; it felt like new baby skin.Loved the new aesthetician - Nancy. Her soft spoken manner really set the tone for a true spa experience. Nice job!

I highly recommend Iowa Plastic Surgery to anyone! The whole staff is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Van Raalte removed some moles for me. I hardly felt any pain, and you can barely tell I had anything removed! Dr. explained everything to me so I would know what to expect. His nurse, Gina, was very kind and helped put any worries at ease. I had many questions and they were both so patient with me. Also, I have been in for a Hydrafacial and Dermaplaning treatment. Nancy is their medical aesthetician, and she is wonderful! I always feel so revived and brand new when I come in to see her. I recently had an excellent experience with Nancy, the aesthetician at Iowa Plastic Surgeons/IPS. We did a routine diamond tip microdermabrasion. But with her expertise and professionalism I was impressed and happy with my end results. I had many compliments from family and friends following the skin treatment. I just finished my third Micropen Microneedling session with Nancy, and I am so impressed with the results that I have gotten so far! I have struggled with having very oily skin my whole life, and have some pretty bad acne scarring as a result of constantly picking at my face. I didnt even think that I had any hope for my skin, until I heard about this procedure. Nancy, as well as the entire staff, are SO amazing, compassionate, caring and KIND. Its not easy to have someone focus on one of your biggest insecurities, but Nancy has made me feel so relaxed and comfortable at every visit. I will Definitely be doing another 3 rounds of Microneedling with Nancy.I have also recently gotten Botox in my forehead and lip fillers for the first time, and I will FOREVER be continuing them both! LOVE them!

Visited IPS for IPL without any problems. So I made a second appointment without problems and ready to receive another IPL treatment. Unfortunately I had more pressing appointments and called to reschedule my IPL two weeks prior to treatment.After taking paid leave from work and showing up ahead of schedule, I am ushered into a treatment room where I am informed that not only will not be receiving a consultation, but I will also not be receiving an IPL treatment. Life and money I will never get back. Thank you, but no thank you Iowa Plastic Surgery.
