Best experience I have ever had with a provider! Wish I would have come to her sooner she did my carpet tunnel surgery on both my hand and now Im pain free! The process was simple and quick! So grateful to not be in pain any longer!

Surgery care team was very calm and courteous. Dr. Crosmer didn’t push me into surgery and gave me options as well as realistic expectations. My surgery I would rate as a success.

This is a very efficient office, I did very little waiting. The front desk, nurse (I assume) x-ray tech and the doctor were friendly. Dr. Crosmer examined my wrist and looked at the x-rays and explained what she saw and what she was thinking.

Orthopedic Specialists is the best ortho group in the quad cities. From the front office staff to the nurses to the wonderful doctors..its the place to go for the best compassionate care. Dr Crosmers kindness and understanding of my issue will surely make me feel whole again.

My first time here. The doctor (Crosmer) was great, but the receptionist was not. I’m having a lot of problems (pain) with my thumb tendon so wasn’t able to fill out all of the paperwork (there was a lot) and asked for help. The receptionist was snooty towards me about that. I didn’t appreciate that.
