The Dr is great; very thorough, and caring.Dont purchase your glasses or frames there though; crazy expensive, and the sales lady was unorganized and frantic. Also, be prepared for your insurance/billing to be wonky; spent two days trying to determine what was billed where, for whom, and how much- billing doesnt even have records of some purchases. This has been, hands down, the most money Ive ever spent at an eye Dr for me and my family.

Simply put, the staff at Verdi is a cut above everyone else. Getting LASIK this month, I experienced nothing but clarity, professionalism and excellence. As an anchor for a TV station in the Quad Cities, getting the eye surgery is something I’ve considered for a long time. It’s not fun when your contacts get dry or blur up when you’re trying to present news! From the first phone call and consultation, I’ve gotten every question answered. Dr. Borisuth is incredible at what he does, and executed everything to perfection, transforming my -4 eyes into 20/20. Not to mention their organization and flexibility to work with my schedule and get it done before I was even expecting. It’s been three weeks since the procedure and I’m loving the results. If my wife gets LASIK in the future, it will certainly be through them. Waking up to perfect vision is just never something I thought would happen. Im excited to never have to wear contacts and glasses again, thanks to Verdi!

From the moment I came in for my LASIK consultation I felt immediately comfortable with the team. They carried themselves as professionals and explained the process in detail. Susan the LASIK coordinator was exceptional. Dr. Borisuth did an excellent job keeping me comfortable and was open to questions. Great experience and would recommend this practice.

Good customer service much better than another place I wont mention in the area

So took 45 mins after apt time to be seen. Not thrilled about that Dr was really nice but he has no Eye-dea what is wrong with my family member go to a different place

Horrible customer service at the Davenport location not sure if it was because of the insurance I had or not but very unacceptable how they treated my 5 and 8 year old child I would recommend Eye Care Max around the corner behind Texas Roadhouse They were way better and had a bigger variety of glasses I would give virdie a -0 far as a rate poor service 👎

Dr Asota and Borusuth are the best

Seems waiting room does not seat enough waiting patients, and always takes too long during visit
