Sent by genesis con. Care. To E.R. For testing on Heart. Been waiting for 4hours told doctor I was having a hard time breathing with mask on more than 4 hours later still waiting with a mask on.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Genesis Convenient Care located in the West Locust Hy-Vee. The staff was very friendly & professional. I was seen incredibly quickly (right away, actually). NP Amanda was very thorough & precise- giving me an accurate diagnosis & calling in my prescription right away. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to be seen quickly, Ill definitely be re-visiting.

I checked in online, waited a very short time and was in and out! They have a strep test checker there so it doesn’t have to be sent to lab, what would usually take 20-30 mins only took about 10! The staff was very friendly and compassionate! Will be my go to from here on out. There are only two rooms so if they’re busy it may be a long wait, which is why I check in online.

Waited 3 hours I didn’t know about the online check-in. So I asked how much longer the said 1:30 witch was a 1-3/4hr longer wait because ppl where checking in on line. I said I checked in in person b4 someone checked in on line they said that the online check-ins bump me. I guess on line people are more important!!!!!

Went there for ongoing sinus problem including experiencing a weird smell in my nose. Doctor was rude and didnt really seemed to care about my actually sinus problems and just told me to use mouth wash for the smell in my nose. I told her Im having sinus problems and congestion for over 3 month and dont thing it has to do with my mouth hygiene. She find care a got really mean. Telling me she is the only specialist and knows what she is talking about and I dont know anything in this field. I should put my faith in god and work on a positive mind and than I will feel better..... Im so mad that I wasted my money. I guess on the next day off I have to see another doctor and hope I get better service this time.

I took both my children in at the same time for strep tests. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Was super happy with the visit. But then they billed my insurance funny and now- even though both kids bad same tests, the way it was coded I am getting bills for one child and not the other. The visit was in August and in March I am still trying to get it corrected. And I have awesome and easy to work with insurance. Super frustrating.

Perfect set up. Easy, efficient, timely care. The staff is professional and gave excellent advice.

I went because I was sick and I dont go to a Dr went Im not. Paid my copay. Was with the nurse practitioner for less than 5 minutes. I was told I wasnt sick enough and to come back when I was worse. Why would I waste more $! Ill go see my personal Dr before I step into that place again. Plus when I arrived she was on the cell phone and my guess she was wanting to get back to Facebook. Dont waste your time and $ on a place thats not there to help.

Worthless. Ive been here 2 seperate occasions, 0 help both times. Opens late. Dont waste your time.

I checked in online and ended up being seen and on my way 2 minutes after my reserved time. Barb was very friendly at the front desk and Kate was very professional and also very kind while being seen. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a common illness (I was seen for prolonged cold/flu symptoms.)
