I love this place. Alecia was the only doctor who was able to take me seriously that it wasnt just migraines . And with her help Im basically a functioning human again!

I dont know about the Dr. Irena Charys-birski lady, but Alicia is great, and i wish her reviews werent reflected on alicias.

Dr. Irena Charys-birski is completely unprofessional and uncaring. The office staff are rude as can be to top it off.I dont recommend this place to anyone!Bad service all around.

Irena Charys-birski should not be working as a doctor anywhere. She is unprofessional and her EMG tests are completely inaccurate because she tries to rush and doesnt care tondo properly!!I needed an EMG test done on my arms and hands and was sent here to see Irena Charys-birski.I was diagnosed with bilateral carpal tunnel and cubital and was sent here. I questioned why I was sent to this location and not the one in rock island as I wanted to go there ( the one family has gone to for emgs ) and its often the one doctors send patients to because they trust the doctors at that location so I been told by the doctors office.The lady scheduling me at the for the EMG got mad and said I have no choice and to go to Irena and I better be there in morning.Which was a bit messed up to say. My husband almost missed his Dr appointment due to overlapping appointments.So I get to my EMG appointment andI was told to undress and put a gown on by the nurse who then left the room. Remember Im getting an EMG done on my arms and hands.Irena came in to do my test.Irena explained nothing. Didnt answer my questions and just said youll be fine. So here we go:So she did the EMG test on my right arm and got mad at me due to my weak strength.She got mad at me because I physically couldnt do what she asked!!She proceeds to be a bit rough and eye ball the measurements needed on my arms without marking with measure tape as it seemed to be frustrating her.She proceeds to absolutely pry into my family life and she wont drop it. I have no idea why she did this but she wouldnt stop. She wouldnt respect me avoiding the subject as it wasnt her business and would get upset. She just wouldnt drop it.When it came to my left arm she barley did anything to it. She was just wanting to be done.So here I am bleeding from arms and hands and she looks at me and says okay you can leave now.And Im like ?? What?She wouldnt even give me anything to wipe the blood off.Meanwhile Im swelling up From where she jiggled the needles about and bruising up quick. Which is probably to be expected. Blood trailing down my arms is not.I still had to get dressed but she refused to give me any privacy!So I had to get dressed in front of her which is absolutely unprofessional. She wouldnt leave the room.I find out by friends and family later who have had EMGs on their arms that I shouldnt have had to get undressed at all and they never did and they have never heard of anyone having to get undressed for an EMG on the arms. At my doctor office one of the nurses seemed shocked at the fact I had to get undressed among the rest of the stuff she did.So Irena Charys-birski.1. YOU WILL HAVE INACCURATE EMG RESULTS!2. Doesnt care about you at all.3. Will pray into your life aggressively.4. Will leave you bleeding and not let you clean up.5. Will get mad if you are physically incapable of doing something.5. Will make you get dressed in front of her.I could go on and on here .She is absolutely unprofessional and shouldnt be doing any EMG on anyone!My EMG test was completely inaccurate and I cannot afford another one. My doctor at the was just as upset as I was over this entire situation.Also the receptionists here never answer the phone so I had to drive here to confirm my appointment which annoyed them. Answer the phone and people wont have to drive here to confirm.Sorry for any typos.

Rude receptionist. Extremely rude. Dr. Alicia is a great dr. But the service is terrible.
