I called to report an employee injury and asked for an appointment. The man who answered the phone told me they already had injuries coming and my employee can come, but will probably need to wait 1-2 hours. I said cant they come now? He replied no, were going to lunch now, we will be back at 1pm. - That isnt good customer service, that sounds like patients are an inconvenience.

Ive never been so angry walking out of a clinic, Mike Moon at the front counter will ruin your day, the man needs to work on his interpersonal skills if hes going to continue working at the front desk of a clinic. The Army sends troops here to have physicals conducted which requires certain paper to be sent in advanced from LHI. I contacted LHI (which has amazing customer support) multiple times the day before to have the paperwork sent directly to Mikes email and fax number, which he denied receiving multiple times. Finally LHI instructed me to give Mike the phone when I arrive so they can explain to him how to download the paperwork on his computer when he proceeds to tell me Yeah, im not going to do that. I walked in that morning without any preconceived opinions or attitude towards him to be immediately met with this kind of treatment. Id advise any service member to request to have their LHI appointments done at the Galsberg or Clinton office.

They work and are being paid by the insurance companies. I only met with the Dr. once she spent very little time with me. She seemed unconcerned with my injury and well being. She released me to return to work, after meeting with me just once, even though I was and still am, unable to do so. Just be aware they work for the insurance companies and my injury seemed secondary.

WOW! They guy checking me in is extremely rude and judgmental! Rude to me and everyone that walked in! I got rear ended by a semi truck and didn’t plan on getting checked out because at first I felt fine. But now I’m in a lot of pain and I come here to be treated like a piece of garbage!
