Dr. sashi and this whole Gastro intestinal clinic are extremely bad !!! iIf I could give them a zero star I would!!! They do not care about their patients whatsoever! They don’t follow through With appointments, if you have questions that you never answer your phone call even though you’ve left 10 messages! I have a serious condition that I’m in considerable amount of pain and still couldn’t get them to help me! Do not come to this clinic!

Horrible communication. Horrible. Never called with test results. Very hard to get ahold of them when calling the office.

I gave up trying to get into this place. I called over a period of 2 weeks and nobody called me back.

Great group of physicians! I have been beyond pleased with my care that I have received in trying to diagnose my stomach pain. They are very thorough!

I had an appointment with the GI doc about a month ago now and when I got there I didn’t actually meet with the doctor, but one of her nurses. So whatever I’ll just assume she will relay the message, but as I was leaving the nurse said they’re going to want to get a CTscan, another appointment set up and that they’ll send in a new prescription for me and the office will call to set up those appointments. Well a few weeks went by and I still had not heard from them so I decided to go somewhere else for my care. I get a call from them yesterday saying I didn’t make it to my ctscan appointment and wondering what’s going on. Save yourself the time and headache because these people have no clue what’s going on.

Comfortable place, friendly and great staff.

Filled out a packet of paper work to complete the first step to set up an appointment for a colonoscopy. About a week later I received a call that my paperwork was received and to call in to schedule an appointment. No one answers the call. Leave messages and no one calls back. Be persistant and finally get a person. Asks about my history which has been normal and then says they have to contact the doctor that performed my last colonoscopy. Gave them the contact information and have not heard back. Process started on August 21st and today it is Nov. 27, 2015. If there is a problem Ill be dead before I can have the procedure scheduled and performed by these people.
