Using Beacon of Hope for our Dads last journey on earth was amazing. His nurse Barb and chaplain Yolanda treated Dad like he was their own father. They both knew what his family needed before we did. Expert care with love and compassion. I truly missed seeing them after Dads death because they had become one of our family.

We were extremely fortunate that we had Beacon of Hope for my dad’s hospice care. They were very responsive and an extremely valuable resource during this time. I would not hesitate to use them again for one of my loved ones!

We used Beacon of Hope to work with my mom as her life was ending. We were very satisfied and the nurse Angie was especially knowledgeable and kind. Made a hard situation easier to deal with

Wonderful hospice team with compassionate quality care.

This group was helpful with my grandmothers transition when she was coming close to passing. They arranged for everything she needed for in home care to be brought to our home to make her more comfortable and to help us with her care when the nurses werent here. They had nurses come in and bathe her and do wellness checks and to follow her progression and to get her any medication she may need to keep her calm or comfortable. They were all very helpful. They even helped us with clergy for her and us before and after.

Such an awesome group of care givers that took care of my aunt and her family. Very professional and very thorough in explaining and answering our questions. We truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed my aunt.

It’s a nice introduction to hospice care if you need minimal help. Velvet was nice to my mom I appreciated that. I do feel as if this agency should have done much more to advocate for my mom when it came to being mistreated by Dr. Ansari. I wish I would’ve known then that they had a good relationship with him, I would’ve never kept them. He killed the last of my moms happiness and she could’ve just been switched to their medical director. She’s now with another company that checks in with me daily her last days didn’t have to come this soon. I wish I would’ve known what hospice was actually supposed to be back then. But too late now, overall staff is nice just make sure you advocate for your loved ones during doctor visits and med changes because they failed me on that part. I’m still thankful for them and believe they have the potential to improve

Im sure Beacon of Hope is a good place, but be sure you get information on whichever nurse comes to help. My grandmother is currently in the hospital and we were nearly accused for elderly neglect because the nurse that suppose to have taken care of her was covering up gangrene that was located on her lower back with bandages and it spread pretty far and I am pretty sure anyone could have identified gangrene because we certainly did once we found out. She was taken to ICU and hopefully they can do something about the gangrene. I am nowhere near happy with the performance and I hope there are some repercussions to better themselves as a whole. I am hoping however it was simply one bad apple that has spoiled the bunch.

Stole moms pills and took upon selves to take away her ordered o2 and walked out after a nursing home stay .6tg mom alive I do not recommend these people is no leader thecbath girls dobgood as well as nuellmurses but theredleader is an idiot that takes no responsibility at all ...one day he will be old .....
