Booked a Romantic package weekend with included spa credit. Spa unable to accommodate any massages of weekend, cancelled reservation at hotel. Better communication needed between Bonvoy and spa to not offer spa credit if services cannot be provided.

Absolutely garbage customer service. Room was delayed 2 hours and then they gave it away. The service desk lied repeatedly on room availability, pricing, and that no management was around to help. No attempt to remedy the situation. Will never spend money here. I plan on telling everyone I know how horrible this experience was. You dont want to go to this hotel.

Absolutely amazing!!

My bridesmaids, mother, and I all got our hair and makeup done at the Spa for my wedding day. The team did a great job on everyone! I had a fairly complicated hair piece that I wanted to use, but Cheyenne made it work, and I got a lot of compliments on it throughout the day!

Loved it. Went in for a facial, the whole thing was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Shout out to Cara for the wonderful experience.

Just what we needed! This was our first couples massage in a couple of years. We had stopped getting massages because we werent having any luck both liking the massage at the same place. When we were done my husband turned to me and said next time we would do the 90 minute massage which is a huge compliment from him. Thank you for a great atmosphere and great massages!

Let me start off with the reason for 3 stars. Rusty pair of nail clippers. The place is nice and clean but the tools being used could be better. I would not go back for a pedicure but I will continue to go see Jen and Karah for our couples massages. The massage was great havent felt so good in a long time. We enjoyed it and decided to start going once a month.

Me and my boyfriend did couples massages and they were amazing. Definitely the best massages we have ever had. Trust me we got alot of massages everywhere in different places in the United States.

Great service, worth every penny. Just do yourself a favor and book services here.

From the pleasant greeting when you enter their door, to offering you a beverage immediately this is a calm and pleasant experience throughout. They also offer full salon services. The only time it was a little loud was during a bridal party prep-party, otherwise a very calm experience even in the salon.As a connoisseur of massage all over the world including Watsu, Ashiatsu, Swedish, Stone, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Deep tissue and many more massage modalities their massage therapists rock! Jens experience, energy, precision and awareness to her craft is one of the best I have ever experienced. She works with you in a blended fashion of techniques to support you and your bodys need for the best possible outcomes.The facials are divine and what you would expect from a big city (which QC isnt) Spa. I go as often as I am in town. I would be remiss in not mentioning they also have a separate area for men with a barber and he provides hot shaves as well. And he is so booked definitely call ahead.We have also hosted a 50th wedding anniversary at the hotel and all of the guests were very pleased with their hair and make-up services. This is a must if you are in the QC.
