I’ll be switching somewhere else after today, I called because I have an issue. The nurse was rude, gave an attitude like my problem was and could only be one thing and I can guarantee it’s not, she acted like she just wanted off the phone and was not considerate or professional at all. I have severe anxiety when it comes to medical care. Sometimes it will take me a week to get up the courage to finally call a doctors office and getting treatment like this is why. Every time a medical professional gets a condescending tone with a patient it makes the patient more anxious and less trusting, so thanks for the emotional abuse Edgerton, I hope your provider gets the mental help she obviously needs.

Horrible. I wish my insurance accepted other places, i had an infection for 2 weeks an i called them everyday and never got a call back. Only to call them a last time and get told that my results that i had waited 2 weeks for where inconclusive and i had to come in an do the test MYself. Only to have the infection for another week until my results finally came in. Now i’m dealing with the same issue and once again my calls are not being returned. Worst place ever.

Dr. Leveridge is the best OBGYN Ive ever had. I had gone to a family doctor and then another obgyn looking for help and even though no one did anything wrong I couldnt get the help, compassion, and care I needed. Dr. Leveridge always listens to me and makes me feel understood and safe. When I had to get my very first blood test, she had a nurse come in and hold my hand. The empathy of both the nurse and her made me feel so much less scared. For anyone who was raised in a traditional conservative environment and didnt get the obgyn care they needed and are nervous about starting, this is the place to go.

Very professional, clean, and makes you fell at home. I have a special condition with my pregnancies and they noticed without me telling them 🤗💕

I have been a patient there for almost 26 years. I appreciate the time they have spent explaining things to me during many feminine issues Ive had over the years. The doctors have always been great, but to be honest, the nurses are the heart and soul of the place. I really feel that they cared for me. I have had two children through Edgerton followed by a tubal ligation. After many years, feminine issues arose again and I had to have a hysterectomy. Let me tell you, I would not go see anyone else! Thank you Edgerton Womens Health Center for being there for me, and now my daughters!

When I first came here a few years ago it was actually a good place especially for it being a clinic but these past couple of weeks have been horrible I never had an issue waiting for a long time but the doctors do not care about your concerns and are very rude and very condescending I was having issues with the birth control and wasn’t reacting to the hormones right and they kept telling me that the symptoms I’m having had to do with something else because it wouldn’t be the birth control even though in the pamphlet it literally says if you’re having these symptoms then let your doctor know immediately which I did and they refused to take it out now that I finally have it out because I had to threaten them I feel freaking amazing but I will not deal with doctors do not care about how you feel. I missed work and also some school assignments that I cannot make up because it had me so sick. and when I told her that it was causing me to be very fatigue &!that I was falling asleep because my headaches were so bad from it she said to drink coffee and to drink pop or eat candy even though she knows that I had other health issues and I wasn’t supposed to be eating or drinking things like that so yeah not ever going here again.

This place has gone downhill since it’s merge with CHC. It’s sad because when I first went with my second and third child, it was amazing and the OB’s really cared and now they show no empathy for anything. Hopefully it gets corrected, or the decent OB’s still here find better clinics.

Everyone seemed nice, my problem was I was there for almost 2 hours just to get lab results read to me. I checked once they told me I was next and I know I heard the doctor or someone knock on 3 different doors. I wish they could have done this over the phone, or that I can charge them by the hour like our clients, for my time. Sitting in purgatory for 1 result.

Doctors are nice. Other than that it is so unorganized and they do not care about you or your child. Never able to get through to talk to a nurse on the phone, and the people who answer the phones are so rude. Switching to The Group.

Couldnt ask for a better team to help around bringing our first baby into this world!! People tend to get swept away by the glitz and glam of the group but the group is very new and doesnt seem to have the expirience Edgerton does. But this place is hands down the best. The midwives are excellent and they offer great doula classes right upstairs. The doulas will even come to your home. Edgerton is a PRACTICAL place to use. It is right next to one of the best birthing hospitals in the nation and they are both really great at working side by side with one another. I recently had to go to the hospital for fluids and the Drs. Reassured me that the drs. And midwives I chose, were hands down the best to work with in the quad cities. To me a little wait time should be expected at any drs. Office. I dont typically have any issue though. If you want the best care though this place is the one to go to.

I love the females doctors. But the one guy I dealt with I was not very pleasant with. He wouldnt make the decision to let me leave the hospital the doctor that came 4 days later had too (Dr Lang). He did my C-Section because he was the on call and it took 3 months for this to heal up. I still have some issues almost 4 months post partum. I felt him close me up and I told him and he ignored me til he was done then he told the anesthesiologist to give me a dose after I started to cry. It hurt so much I swear. I got infected after a week and decided to go with the Silvis Hospital and the nice Dr C helped close my incision. My PCP sent me for labs after a visit with her because she was concerned for preeclampsia. I was admitted. They didnt even catch it, my Primary Care did and I went there for my ezcema... I like the female doctors but didnt really get to deal with them. Definitely a bad 1st pregnancy and birth experience. I was in labor for 2 days before I ended with the caesarean section anyhow. I know those are unpredictable but thats just how it went. The other things dont outrule that.

I switched to the group because Edgerton is a terrible place to go to the midwives seem kinda rude, the people at the front desk are rude, the nurse NEVER answer the phone and when the people at the front desk answers the phone they are very rude!, Its always packed i always wait a very long time just to get called to the back. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here

I hate this place. I was here friday Nov 3 3017 and waited 1 hr in the waiting area, and then another 40min in the patient room. Before it became CHC it actually was a decent place. I probably would consider getting a new doctor, please dont waste your time coming here. Also when you come for your appt the waiting room be so crowded it looks like the DHS office.. The only positive thing i would say is that the sonographer does a good job, and the doctors are okay.

Recently had surgery and could not have asked for better care. genesis was a great help in this! thank you to all involved.

Dont come here if u have anything else to do the day of your appt nurses are dumb secretarys are dumb not one of them seems able to work theyre horrible computer systems if u make an appt at 8 30 prepare to wait till 9 30 to see the doctor we wIll never get our prenatal care here again
