As a new patient they were fast to get me an appointment asap, explained everything in a manner I could understand easily! Everyone there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time was more than reasonable, they got me in right on schedule! If youre looking for a new dentist, look no further.

I was very sad about that, and also very hesitant on trying a new dentist especially with having anxiety when it comes to dental work. Ive tried another new dentist previous to Waterford and it didnt work out for me so I went back to my original. First of all I came here to find a new dentist. Up on entering I encountered the best customer service in a medical office in my entire life. I have worked 8 yrs at Nordstrom the world leader in CS so I do not give praise lightly. Anjel at the front instantly created a repoire. She did the standard things but each time made me feel so welcome like I just belonged there like family. I can’t tell you what an impact she made. Her co-worker in front was busy but when she had time she too interacted. This is exactly what makes a difference in your business and will continue you too grow it. Next I met Amanda the DA who was fabulous and kept that same sincere interest and feeling like family. My concerns were addressed and in fact they adjusted their focus to suit my needs. Lastly the wonderful Dr Monica surpassed all expectations with such thorough conversations about my care. I drive from a ways away but it doesn’t matter with service like this. What a fantastic team. I also never felt like the Dr talked down to the DA or anyone. Team work like this is what makes for happy patients an good referrals. Hats off to Waterford Dental. Funny I was trying to go to Eldridge but they never called back. I couldn’t be happier. You cannot train an Anjel in the front but you can cherish the fact that she is the first impression your patients get. Don’t ever lose her.

While going to the dentist is not something most like, when I do have to go I love going here! Everyone is super friendly and are very fast with x-rays, cleaning, and so on! With some friendly chatting and gentle hands, Waterford is the place to go!

My six year old had a red bubble above his loose tooth. This is the first time hes ever had work done on him other then the normal cleaning. I was very nervous. But the Dr Foley and her staff were amazing. They ended up having to pull the tooth. It all went well and he was not traumatized at all. Highly recommend. They really listen to you and your concerns and adjust to find the best way for you.
