Very professional and very urganized. They have struggled through the pandemic and, despite that, they have been able to give the best possible service.Its very easy to criticize when you are not the one having to deal with so many issues from lack of resources to stubborn people who would just not cooperate but only make things worse.My sincere admiration for the work that these doctors, nurses, pharmacists and all general personnel do for the good of the public.Thanks a lot!

They don’t do anything besides telehealth for me. I asked for an in person visit & they said if cough is a symptom, they have to do telehealth. Then what is the point of being a doctors office? I have switched to somewhere else. Very unhappy.

Its a good place, the doctor there are ok. Just dont spend the time they need to get to know their patients

Its ok and the people are ok to not every body.

So far no issues yet. Just annoying answer machine when you try to reach a doctor or a nurse. If you know the extension of the party you wish to reach, please listen carefully to the following since the ....has change For scheduling press 1, for bla bla bla. Then you press the number, and the same song again Ive almost pooped in my pants trying to find a real person to talk. Then you go to the office, and all receptionist, are just either just looking at their computers, or bored. Or chatting. Clean area, but some clinics needs more attention with cleanness.

Dr. Chetan Prasad saved my life! Almost as sure as Im writing this review.Ive never ran into a more caring person. Im so happy to have him as my CPC!

My aunt went in yesterday, hoping to get a seizure med refill, They refused to see her even though she stressed it was an emergency and she hadnt had her meds for three days. This morning we found her dead.

I seen a doctor on the 29th about ringworm after having to wait a week and a half to be scheduled .the doctor said she was sending a prescription but cvs pharmacy still has not gotten a prescription sent in and its now July 2nd . I work during business hours and any chance Ive gotten Ive called community healthcare to see whts going on and today they told me it got sent in yesterday but I called cvs and they still have not gotten anything and now community healthcare is closed until Monday so now I have to wait even longer while my ringworm spreads and gets worse because I dont have my medication. I should not have to go through this much trouble and wait this long.

Everytime i call down there to check on something they send me straight to voicemail and dont even get back to me. Like what kind of facility is this?

You dont always have the same doctors sometimes they stay with you for a while and then they leave to go on. The based on your income as to how much you pay. Service and Care is very good.

CHC is a great place for people who dont have insurance oh, they have a sliding scale that helps with prescriptions, bloodwork and appointments. Everyone who works for CHC is very friendly and helpful. If I had to complain about anything, I wish they had a pharmacy on the Illinois side. It would even be greatly appreciated if CHC thought about opening a hospital... Everyone deserves Medical Care and treatment, even if you dont have insurance its nice to know that theres medical professionals that care about people like me

Excellent outreach program. Bob Davis is the best. Bob is the manager at CHC homeless outreach program. He is always smiling and never turns his back on anyone. Whatever circumstance a person is in, he always smiles and makes sure one has the tools and resources for survival.

Horrible atmosphere, lousy and confusing layout, the nurse was rude and had a deplorable bedside manner. Dr. Siddagartha was friendly and seemed knowledgeable but also seemed like he was a little to busy to be able to truly give his patients his full attention.Were looking elsewhere for a better family doctor.

Positively the worse place to ever be seen at! They use to be pretty good, but this year they are impossible to schedule an appointment! They say same day scheduling but that never happens. They really dont deserve 1 star in my book. I am seeking a new doctor asap!

The waiting is terrible an hour after my appointment was to be it call my name. I am on oxygen all times and cannot bring enough sometimes. I wish they wouldnt triple book. I like my doctor very much and I know she cares about my health. Hate going to the clinic because of the wait.

Many people complain about CHC, but I never have a problem there. The nurses are all nice and cordial

Dr. Kimberly Hayden wouldnt let me get a word in. I had an ear infection gave me Amoxicillin. She didnt know I had acute allergies and my condition got much worse. Four days later my family doctor gave me a better perscripton and instructions for sinus flushing and Mucinex. After missing a week and half of work. Before Dr. Kimberly Hayden came in I could hear here telling the other staff Ill get him out of there. She almost missed my ear infection and had to look in my ear a second time to see it because I grimaced in pain. Go somewhere else!

Love the doctors but I cant deal with the scheduling, every time I call they are always 2 weeks out

The services are very slow. It takes my doctor forever to come into the room, and appointments are set to far apart. They are lazy, and are not afraid to show it

The staff is so friendly and the office is so clean. They play music back in the exam rooms, which imo makes the atmosphere more relaxed. Hard to believe this is a CHC office. Of course, the dental work is great too haha. And the wait isnt bad at all.

I called in to CHC.I was instructed to bring my daughter into the walk in clinic.When i got there, the nurse came out frowning and shaking her head. She told me she cant help us until tomorrow.Meanwhile my ten year old was burning in pain.She made the visit so uncomfortable.Her attitude was so uncaring, cold and evil.I took my child to Unity Point walk in clinic.She was seen and taken care of right away.

U always have to make an appointment for different things. If u go for one thing, dont u dare bring up anything else... u have to make a appointment for that. Never heard such a thing. Its not the worst place to go, I just feel u shouldnt have to make a different appointment., especially when it could b something associated with why ur there. U could b sick and need refills, u have to choose which u want, treated for being sick or getting ur refills.

EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND MY DAUGHTER WAS SCARED AND WAS SCREAMING AND CRYING THE STAFF DID A GREAT JOB WITH GETTING HER CALMED DOWN AND MADE HER FEEL COMFORTABLE. I HAVE HAD A HARD TIME KEEPING WITH A DENTIST BECAUSE OF HOW SCARED SHE WAS BUT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO CHC FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND SHE HAS NO PROBLEM WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS THANK YOU

The staff are awful. The Drs there can not be trusted. They are nosey, judgemental, arrogant and they are not competent either.

Our daughter has been with them from birth til now..16 years, but since the staff cant follow proper policies and procedures, we chose to go elsewhere. Dr. Kandulla and her staff have been very unprofessional, unreliable and lack compassion. I would NOT recommend her as a peds physician.

I have been a patient through Chc for at least 20 years. 20 years ago this was a place you went cuz you had no other choice. You were broke and couldnt afford a regular Dr. Now I look forward to coming to a Dr here. They have changed so much. The Drs and physicians assistants are wonderful. They get you in fast and treat you like a human not a person who cant afford a Dr. I cant say enough how much I love my physicians assistant and when shes gone, I dont drag seeing another Dr or PA. I recommend this place to everyone now. Sometimes they cant follow up on a referral as fast as youd like but other times Ill get calls from the nurse reminding me that the PA wanted to see me for a follow up. Get a good relationship with your Dr or PA and youll get great service. If you slack off, they will. So your relationship and how they do great service for you friend on you and how well you take care of your self.

I think that business should be discontinued with Hy-Vee stores. My family has been repeatedly humiliated at Hy-Vee due to mistakes in their systems. We would try to check out with with WIC eligible items (also proved by management) and their system would not remove the items. Examples are as simple as grapes, to Hy-Vee yogurt, to brown eggs. Its hard enough to be in a situation where you need assistance, but to also have to draw the excess attention.... Its just degrading! I really hope you consider this. Were already ashamed. Thank you.

Went in to see if my insurance would cover me seeing their Chiropractor, found out it did not, told them I therefore could NOT afford ANY exam, x-rays, etc as I was already paying a Chiro. They went ahead and billed me without my knowledge and I didnt find out until it was in collections. CHC Dav is a joke.

I have used CHC since I moved home in Dec 2008 for my girls.While everyone is kind and generous. Sometimes trying to reach an actual person is a hard, especially when insurance is asking for information that the parent doesnt have and needs the dr/np to provideit.

The staff are very kind and professional. I have been treated with great respect and dignity even though I find myself in a predicament which has made me part of the population of homelessness. I originally relocated from Monterey County in California and had volunteered at Natividad Community Hospital. I assisted many of our unfortunate clients who were uninsured and homelessand I had assisted with many Human Resource complaints of not been treated with respect. I have had a postive interaction with staff and doctors and even though I am homeless it has not been a negative experience because everyone is so polite and professional. One seems to forget that the patients are the clients and the unfortunate should not be looked down upon or subject to disgrace. I give 5 start to CHC and I am going to E-mail the CEO to praise your services to your clients. Thank you for your support during my health issues.

I was the first one to check in as an emergency patient. After a 3+ hour wait I left without being seen. The front office staff was rude and I will never go back here again. Horrible patient care.

Dont get me started. The care here is horrible.

Clean and friendly dental office, however werent able to do an extraction and didnt inform me of the cavities I had. They gave me the X-rays and sent me on my way.

Been on the phone for 45 minutes trying to make an appointment. They wont answer their phone except to quite literally hang up on you. I am not sure if they are pranking people right now or if a child got behind the counter but dont bother trying to make an appointment with them. Taking my business elsewhere.
