Vision 4 Less made my single lens in less than 20 minutes. They did a great job with very friendly helpful staff. I needed only one lense for my glasses because in 4 weeks my other Cataract will be done.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The facility was clean, maintained and nicely lit. The showcase of frames had many options to choose from at price points to fit nearly any budget with deals that beat the big box store competition. My two pairs of glasses were fitted with lenses and scratch coated within 20 minutes of transaction completion. I will most definitely be returning to do more business with them in the future.

I have been buying my glasses from Vision 4 less for over 12 years. Their prices are great, especially for branded frames. Most of my experience with Vision 4 Less was great. The employees are very helpful. The only drawback is quality of the hi-index lenses, which is not that great. Couple of my recent hi-index glasses coating was damaged in less than 2 years.

Fantastic store! Great selection in frames with a very friendly staff. We went most recently on a Saturday morning. The place was very full. Staff handled the business very well. I like that customers are still able to freely try on glasses without a person hovering over my every move. Facemasks are required.

Came in with a broken frame on December 24th needing a new frame. Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The gentleman who helped me found me a frame to fit my lenses and shaped the frame to my comfort. I was visiting family from out of town and was desperate not to go home to get my old pair of glasses. Thanks to him and the staff, I did not have to drive over 3 hours to get my old pair. My friend and I visited the Vision for Less store in Davenport on Wednesday Jan 9 at about 6:30 pm. This store closes at 7pm. There were two ladies working and they were both so very nice. Sam waited on us, and she could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and just a delight. They both were so pleasant, even though it was past closing time as we finally left the store. One would not even be able to tell it was time for them both to go home. They just continued to be very gracious. That is excellent customer service! With a smile! We will definitely be back and we’ll tell our friends what a great place to get your glasses.

I have used vision 4 less for years. Price are great. I came to pick up glasses and waited over 1 hour because they kept helping people that came in after me selecting glasses over adjustments, repairs, & pickups. The wait is ridiculous.

Originally was told it would be two weeks to receive my glasses due to adding anti-glare. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived on nine days. The gentlemen that did the new eyewear adjustment did a good job. The service and the price was excellent.

When I went to vision 4 less I had a wonderful experience. On the eye exam side the employees was wonderful they was so polite and answered all my questions. They was so niceOn the side where you got your frames, they was wonderful and also very polite. They took the time to help me pick out my frames. And I had my glasses done with in a half an hour. I had a pretty good experience with Vision 4 Less! Great pricing and my insurance made it even better. I just received my new glasses a few days ago and I’m liking them so far. The only thing I was not happy about was the wait time to speak to somebody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time both times I was there and it was rather irritating. Definitely not the staff’s fault, but I think they could use an employee who tends the desk regularly.

Called To make an appointment to get contact lenses, verified that they take our insurance only to find out the day of my appointment that the doctors side doesn’t submit to insurance and you have to submit claims on your own. I requested a copy of my prescription to order glasses online and they don’t fill it out completely. So make sure to ask lots of questions! Staff is very nice, but communication lacks.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. My son bent the frames I got here recently and I went in to see if they could fix it. They swapped out the bent one for new frames for free and it took less than 10 minutes.

About 29 years ago, my parents took me to the New store that could have your glasses back to you the same day. Bought a new pair of glasses every 2-3 years. I have also bought many pairs for my children. Every 2 years would be GREAT, considering how active (and fearless) they are. Needless to say, I have spent a lot of money, and time with this company. I do not blame the company, they have always been good to me, however, my experience this time, has driven me to never spend another dime with Vision4Less/Eyemart Express.I had the rudest customer service today. My wife and I felt this lady (didnt get her name) cannot handle stressful situations. Every time my wife would say something, this lady would come back with a very snotty, condescending tone and words. We were not the only people who thought the same thing, as evident in their shaking their heads at her.Finally, the last straw for us was when she came back to us, informing us that the frame I wanted, was not in stock... I really liked this pair, so I asked if they could order them in, I didnt need them that day.She snapped back at me and said I said we dont make them anymore. Finally my wife had enough, she said No, you said youre out of them...Right then we got up, and walked out. She was determined to insult us one last time, by saying You people are a waste of my time. Have a great day... so we did. My hope is to inform the CEOs, and stock holders, hopefully, they will start to ask questions of other recent customers, how they have been treated. If they ask the other couple who was shaking their head at her. Since I left without spending any money, The Headquarters will know what is really going on in their stores.Hope this wont fall on deaf ears.Response to Vision4less.Do you really want to rectify this or just trying to make yourselves look better?IF you want to rectify it, give that lady the boot! She is not serving your best interests. Let me start by saying I have been a customer of vision 4 less about 20 years have never had an issue until this visit. The only reason for coming to Vision4less is convenience of glasses in 1 hour. However it was different this time ...having worn glasses my whole life I do not have good eye sight at all. Upon reviewing my rx I was informed my lenses would have to be polycarbonate because of the strength of my lenses. An additional 140.00 dollar charge for 2 pair of glasses, understandably so...however then I was told they dont keep these lenses in stock. Now we have a problem, 7 to 10 business days to get my glasses...what happened to 1 hour glasses? My current glasses are broken so the necessity of 1 hour glasses was evident. Safe to say I will be going else where next time.

We had 4 pair of glasses made and they were completed within 2 hours. Frame quality is great! Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Cost was half of what we paid 2 years ago at a different optical place and at that time only had 2 pair of glasses made. Half the price of 2 pair and we got 4 pair at Vision 4 Less. We will definitely go back for our next exam and new glasses! Also we got a one year warranty on the frames which is something we didnt get at the other place.

Let me start by saying I’ve been getting my glasses there for the last 10 or so years . But this visit was totally different . To begin I was looking for my favorite frames but I was told by the lady they they don’t carry those anymore. After getting a text that my glasses were ready to pick up I proceeded to get in line . 7 people was already in the line . For 15 minutes no one came to the front counter to take care of us.i counted 14 people in line waiting at one time. My total wait times was 28 minutes . Why? Too busy ? I don’t know. But next time I’m not planning on standing in line for that long . Will do business somewhere else.

The ladies who work up front were very lovely and helpful. The doctor was great, he knew his stuff. The sales lady that helped me pick out my glasses was very nice and helpful and she knew her stuff but she seemed a bit distant. I would just suggest to smile! Also, their prices are amazing! Ive bought and worn glasses for 50 years and done business with numerous eyecare places to give me credibility to make an unbiased review.I chose to do business with the Davenport V4L due to a recent relocation and to see if I could save some money.I wanted lenses only in a regular pair of glasses with my current Rx, and a pair of Rx sunglasses.Some confusion came up between what I was informed and what V4L could do for me.I ended up with a regular pair of glasses that fit nicely, look great, and cost considerably less. V4L did agree to replace the lenses only in my RB sunglasses but unfortunately my RB frames were broken while being worked on. I was told to pick out a new pair of sunglasses which is how customer service should be. I made a poor choice without knowing how much weight lenses would add which is based on the overall lens size. After receiving my new sunglasses I commented on the added weight and also how the lenses didnt fit the frame properly due in part to the very slim design of frames at the lower part of the lenses.V4L called me. They informed me that they wanted me to be happy and to come back in and pick out another pair of sunglasses. I did today. In 56 minutes I got the text that my sunglasses were ready. Picked them up and couldnt be happier! Light weight and nice lookin!That is AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! they now have my business for life.

Everything went very well till I picked up my glasses. I was handed them at the main counter with a case and the sunglasses were in a case. I was told about warranty on glasses, to look in mirror and then dismissed. She moved on to someone else. No fitting or adjustment which they need. Couldnt read the card, but told I had bifocal and my eyes would adjust. Ive worn glasses since 12. I was frustrated 😒 and left. Weve used them for years. Wont again

Shanna N was very helpful about frame shape, colors, options and discounts.She noticed the frames that I tried on by myself, and she started grabbing frames from all over the display racks and drawers to give me all the options of light weight frames with hinged ear pieces and adjustable nose pads that were bright, bold and fit my personality and styles. I am waiting on the decked out speciality HD lenses but love the other pair that was ready the next morning as it was closing time when I left the store. I was already a return customer but as long as I get a knowledgeable endearing associate like Shannon, I will remain a loyal customer.

Pretty good place. Cheapest eye exam I could find yet they didn’t lack in anything really. They have loads of styles of glasses to choose from no matter the price range but because of my parents I have really good insurance and didnt have to pay for them. Maybe it’ll be different when I’m not on theirs anymore but otherwise they did exactly what I needed and finished making my lenses in about half an hour. I recommend this place to anyone whose trying not to spend too much money. They also have nice designer glasses there too if that’s what you’re into.

I had a great experience at the one on east Kimberley. I didnt have vision insurance. $70 for exam. Had a trial pair of contacts for 2 weeks. Came back to get them rechecked. Had them write out a prescription so I can get them online cheaper. Also got 2 pairs of glasses for $58. They were done in 40 mins. They were really nice and answered all of my questions.

I’ve been going here for years. The retail side of the store has always been great. However, the drs office not so much. Reception seems put off when you talk to them or ask them questions. They’re unclear about appointment requirements which constantly leads to additional exams that they charge you for. On top of that, they won’t release the prescriptions that you paid for. After many years, I’m taking my business elsewhere.
