I have been a Tomboy my entire Life! Played all kinds of sports! I have done some crazy things to my body! Well now Im paying the price! Dr Hoover is correcting the damage I have done! I am finding out that I am able to do things now vs just a couple weeks ago! Feeling Better! Recommend to Everyone who has Any Kind of Issue!

I LOVE this place the staff was so kind and friendly! I was a bit nervous because I have never been adjusted before but wow I feel great after my first adjustment. Dr. Mike explained everything to me and asked me questions so he could get to the root of my problem! I can’t wait for my next appointment so I can see my X-rays and get adjusted again. This place is awesome!! The doctor’s and staff are are so kind and helpful. I came to them when I was pregnant and still continue my treatments. I got my child adjusted a few days after she was born and she gets check once week now. I would recommend them to anyone! Don’t wait, call them!

Hoover Chiropractic Clinic is an amazing place. The initial set up process was smooth and easy. The staff is extremely kind, compassionate, friendly, and very easy to work with and they cater to your schedule. I‘ve called to cancel or reschedule appointments and the staff was very understanding and happy to reschedule at my leisure. The doctors are extremely knowledgable, warm and friendly, and eager to answer any questions you have and work hard to help you get back on the road to recovery!!!

What a pleasant new patient experience! My regular chiropractor has been out of action due to covid, and I really needed some help with my back pain. I had already missed two days of work and could barely get around without being in a great deal of pain.I called around to a few places, nobody could get me in until the next day. Except for Hoover! They were the fourth or fifth place I called, and they offered me an appointment for that same day.After the paperwork, I was consulted and treated in short order and man...I feel so much better! I walked in hunched over and miserable, and I left walking upright and kind of amazed. Later that afternoon, I get a phone call and its the younger Hoover (Im sorry I forgot his name), inquiring into how my back was feeling. Outstanding!This morning, I woke up pain-free and took my dogs for a nice long walk to start the day. I feel great, and Im looking forward to my follow-up next week.I gave a five star rating because they were just very on-the-ball and professional from start to finish. The receptionist I spoke with and set up my appointment was great, and I left pain-free! Hoover Chiropractic is where I will be sending my friends and family to in the future, without a doubt.

I Love Hoover Chiropractic! They have a different approach to Chiropractic care! Its not your everyday bone~cracking treatment. They use a probe~like instrument, to align your spine, to move those bones where they should be. Then the big vibrator they use feels amazing!Try it out & see what you think! My chiro here literally said “I don’t do adjustments with my hands”. I came in because I have torticollis and he basically told me he was too nervous to touch it. He took 6 xrays and didn’t let me see the films. He did adjust my back, but I felt worse leaving than I did coming in. I went to Palmer and had no problems getting adjusted there. I felt WAY better once I left Palmer. I’ll never go to this place again.Also, we’re in the middle of a pandemic and nobody wore a mask, not even the chiro.

My Daughter and I both use Hoover Chiropractic. We love them! They are so nice and easy to work with. The front office people are some of the best I have come across. The Docs are wonderful always willing to figure out whats going on and start you back to feeling good. This is a place they get to know you and actually care how you are doing in life not just while in office.

If you have never tried chiropractic care then I strongly suggest you give Drs. Dan and Michael a try. They use an entirely different approach to chiropractic care than I have ever experienced and I’ve been going to chiropractors for over 40 years. And if you are a regular in the chiropractic care world and feel a need for a different method, Hoover Chiropractic is the place to change to. It works!!!!I am status post both knee replacement. With a surgery like this people have a myriad of different symptoms and Dr. Dan has treated these symptoms as they arise. Great Chiros who have a genuine concern about your well being. Great office who make you feel like family

Ill probably never try a different chiropractor. I base this opinion on the fact that the technique used at Hoover Chiropractic Clinic is less intrusive and less aggressive than other places. The general misconception among people, especially newer patients, is that your body has to be cranked on and twisted till you crack! That does not happen at Hoover Clinic. The area that is injured is the part that gets fixed. It is a technique of efficiency versus more damage.

Crissy Pairrett: I called to R/S my appointments due to being under staffed at work. The receptionist that asks Can I help schedule an appointment today got her rude panties in a bunch & apparently didnt want to do her job & R/S my appointment. She acted very put out by doing her job. Hope her employer realizes she pushed me away to not feel welcome & apparently wont be making money from me. I pay cash as my insurance doesnt cover chiropractic care & I go 2-3 x a week religiously. Too bad for them.

Dont go to Hoover Chiropractic if you have Medicare and only partial insurance paid ex rays from an orthopedic or other Dr because they will only treat you for what they can see on the exrays. Medicare wont pay for their exrays. They will take you for the limit Medicare will pay for and only give you minimum treatment. And they charge you for two evaluations Medicare wont pay but require. One woman in the office kept changing the amount I owed out if pocket for those evaluations. All they amounted to was a range of motion check to see progress. Which is important but they could have accepted what insurance would pay. The first one was $30 the last one changed to $35.Not worth that much. Im retired and living on Social Security and insurance poor from paying for my medicare supliment +.My hip and neck are still out after 2 months of treatments because they werent on the exrays and they wouldnt treat those parts. Maybe they dont carry malpractice insurance. Better to go to an Osteopathic Dr who will give you a full manipulation when you need it, without exrays if its just upkeep you need.This chiropractic office is a father & son business. I went to the father. He also had trouble viewing my exrays on Cd. Still uses an old flip phone and I believe he has a bit of trouble utilizing technology from other places other than his own.Likes using a gadget he says was designed by NASA . It pulsates pressure , doesnt really adjust anything as far as I could tell. Acts more like a massage would. Good luck here.
