Massage therapist was apparently running behind or forgot about our appointments. She never came out front to greet us and we didnt get our massages as planned. Very unprofessional.

My husband and I have both been seeing Dr Sara since we moved to the Quad Cities. We both love a good chiropractor, but shes so much more. She was a blessing throughout my pregnancy and has continued being so important in postpartum care (for both of us!). Highly recommend her & Motherhood Matters

I have been to Motherhood Matters twice now for acupuncture and both experiences have been wonderful! Sara is so incredibly sweet and caring about her patients. I feel so welcome and at home in their space and like my care is so important to them. My husband and I have been TTC after a loss almost a year ago, and a friend had reccomended acupuncture. Sara has already shown so much empathy to my situation and trying to help however she can. I am happy I have found a space to help with our TTC journey! I couldnt reccomend Motherhood Matters more!

I have gone to Dr. Rausch several times for chiropractic care as well as acupuncture. She always takes time to make sure she understands what I am there for and makes sure that I get what I need. She has a wealth of information on many holistic ways to help her patients and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Sarah is wonderful. Shes down to earth and is very conservative in her treatment. The office is gorgeous and they have a big space for classes. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah for chiropractic care. I also love her woman-centered business model.

I was going to another place for years and have left there hurting more than entering the last two times. My wife had to help me out of bed and was hurting to the point I couldn’t move. Dr. Marie listened to my problem and fixed me instantly. She explained what my issue was and how to help my back improve. My back feels great thanks to her.

If you are thinking about getting pregnant, currently pregnant or already a mother, this supportive place has you covered! I began going to MM for prenatal chiropractic adjustments and was blown away by Dr. Saras knowledge and expertise in the prenatal arena. She was super helpful in providing recommendations and answers to all my first time momma questions. I fell on the ice a couple weeks before my due date and she was kind enough to come on her day off to see me! I have attended prenatal yoga and birthfit classes at MM and was very impressed with the sense of community that these classes provide. The ladies at MM are all so hands-on and so willing to lend a hand and answer any question big or small with wherever you are on your journey.

I love this place so much. Don’t know what I would have done without any of them after I had my baby. When I was pregnant, Dr. Sara did acupuncture to treat my possible gestational hypertension so that I could avoid an induction (it worked) and then after the birth I continued to see her for acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. Then I started taking the BirthFit Postpartum Series and joining their Baby&Me Yoga and Gentle Yoga classes for something to do, which I ended up loving. More than anything though, I found a real sense of community here in a time when I really needed a support system.

The BEST prenatal yoga in the Quad Cities! I really enjoyed coming to the prenatal yoga classes during my most recent pregnancy. The instructors are very knowledgeable and care about each mama in the class. I really felt better after each class. It helped ease my round ligament pain, heartburn and other general pregnancy discomforts. I highly recommend every expecting mother to check out prenatal yoga at Motherhood Matters QC!

I worked with Kaitlyn for breastfeeding weaning support and she was so compassionate and empathetic!! She is a wealth of knowledge and really took my personal preferences into account!! She created a detailed care plan to help me first night wean my toddler so I could get some sleep and then we worked on reducing times during the day so it was a more gentle process for me and my babe! We can’t thank her enough!! I wish we would have known about private lactation consultants or IBCLCs when we had our first baby!

I joined the Motherhood Matters BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series when my new little boy was about 6 weeks old. I was able to make connections with other newly postpartum moms in the area, start rehabilitation on my new body, and all while having Charlie with me. The Postpartum Series was such a fun experience and opened my eyes to new ways of breathing and fitness. I would absolutely recommend Motherhood Matters and the Postpartum Series for any woman.
