My regular stylist closed her shop so I needed a new place. Royal Ts, and specifically Mac, were highly recommended to me so I made an appointment. Clean, sanitary, punctual, friendly, professional. All around wonderful. But let me tell you this, Mac is amazing. She did an incredible job. Made me feel good. Fully focused on me as her client with no distractions. It was an awesome experience. It cost a little more than Im used to, but what doesnt these days. She was worth it. The service and the environment she created for me were worth it. I already booked my next appointment.

Had family in from out of town and took them to the Christmas walk in the Village. Took him over to Royal Ts as my daughter likes that they have it set up as a dance party. Other shops we took our family to had where you could shop so he asked if he happened to be able to get a hair cut. The girls was so rude and snotty and repeated twice. As I made it in the door my daughter had a look on her and wouldnt move so we walked out and my daughter told me anout how rude the person was to her uncle. Dont recommend going to rude people. R Doll house is amazing with wonderful staff and I recommend them even though they are in Elderidge.

Before I moved to Idaho, I came here a lot with my mom and thought it was okay. But I moved back here and came back after someone didnt give me what I wanted in Idaho. I wanted to be blonder. Andrea ruined my hair. I only wanted 1 or 2 inches cut off. She cut 6 inches off. Its way to short. And the color is pretty, but NOTHING like what I want. I asked for blending and there are streaks in my hair and lines. I didnt want it directly to the root and it is. She did the opposite of everything I said. I hate my hair. I hate everything about it. And I cry every time I look in the mirror because its so awful. And its WAY overpriced. I paid less in Idaho and it looked better there. Its going to take 6 months to grow out to where I like it and Im going to have to pay $100 to get it fixed somewhere else.
