Saw one of your CNAs that works there out in public and boy does she have a mouth on her! I didnt think I would ever see this person again nor did I want to, but when I visited your establishment to see if it would be a good match for my mom the girl was working there. Im a firm believer in you represent the company you work for inside the building and out.

I spoke to a coordinator who gave me a quoted me a price of about $6000 a month, I was the transferred to a nursing director who said they didn’t have anything less than $9000 a month all this in a matter of 6 minute phone call. I was told they accepted people with a feeding tube by the coordinator and then told by the director of nursing that they didn’t accept patients on feeding tube. The nursing director was extremely rude and spoke over me the entire time of our conversation. I guess it’s whatever they can get financially. Surprised how rude they were for a Lutheran organization based on Christian principles.

This is a Great nursing home. My mother has alsimerers and has been here about 10 years. The management and staff are great and treat all the residents with care and respect.

Very good care for residents. They gave a very nice Christmas supper for residents and their families.
