By far the best and fastest clinic I’ve ever went to. I’m in the military getting deployed and they squeezed me in the same day I called. I told them it was urgent and they definitely accommodated. Also I love the lady at the front desk, so sweet! I forgot my doctors name but she was great as well. Overall an amazing place :)

My experience here was excellent. I was very much so distracted and needing to move quickly and the staff worked with me and got me through the process fairly quickly all while being super informative (especially and specifically the doctor). The doctor addressed everything I said I was experiencing. To be an urgent care, they did a really good job at making me feel like a valued and important patient. Thanks!

I have to say it was the most pleasant doctor visit ever . We arrived A head of our appointment time and we were taken in right away nurse was amazing she sit down talk to my daughter listen what she had to say . When doctor arrived she was supper nice talk to her explain everything the way she could understand .I’m really surprised I didn’t even know they exist there and I love our visit it was the most pleasant visit We had I several years . I would highly recommend this immediate care.

Very pleased with the front desk staff and the PA I saw today. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient. Happy to know they are a primary care office as well as immediate care. I will be scheduling my annual physical with their doctor and establishing a new primary !

Ive been here twice now and it was a good experience both times. Most notable is how friendly and caring everyone is, from scheduling an appointment to the end of the appointment. They also are great at explaining insurance and payment. They offer tele-health and its convenient. Ive been recommending Darien Immediate to other people.

This place is phenomenal. I am so happy I came across them while searching Covid testing. All the staff that I have been in contact with have been so friendly and understanding through this scary time.

Such amazing and caring staff! I did a televisit with a provider to determine if I needed a COVID test. Then I came by today to get it completed. It was about a 20 minute wait since they were busy but the rapid results came back so quickly. The staff is so great - I get panic attacks pretty easily and I let them know that when I got there. They were so kind even when I called them again just to check in on how long of a wait I would have from that point. I apologized profusely for being a pain and they handled me with so much kindness and grace. I will absolutely come back here when I need them!

Only been here for Covid Testing but both times eveything went great. Friendly efficient staff. Schedule ahead, televisit and this time car visit testing and your done.

I thought it was great until I owed $100 and the front office forced me to cancel my appointment because I only could pay $50 at the time not including my co pay.It’s amazing how during a pandemic they can still be stingy with medical care.

Do NOT trust this place for Covid 19 testing. I confirmed a False Positive and it ruined my Thanksgiving and my family employment for 4 weeks after experiencing ZERO symptoms. Just did Anti Body test today and it showed negative Covid 19. This place will not refund their $200 cost in cash I spent, nor accept the results from another provider. This place is horrible!!!!

Great facility! Facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Dr. Anita was amazing! I brought my 13 year old in today to rule out a pinky toe fracture. It was great that they had a x-ray machine on site. Dr. Anita had a great bedside manner. My daughter was a little tired and grumpy after a long day of school and sports games. Dr. Anita’s personality was so refreshing. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!

The experience was great. It was 7pm and I was able to get my son in to see the doctor right away. No wait time at all. The doctor and staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend going there.

I took my mom because she was experiencing pain in her leg and Erin Browne was AWESOME! This young lady has the patience of a Saint! She has great bedside manner and took her time explaining everything to my Mom whos 81. There should be more folks in the industry like Erin! We didnt have to wait long and it was an overall great experience!

Darien Immediate is by far the nicest and cleanest urgent care I have been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining the procedure and walked me thru every step. The made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, my experience was wonderful. the staff and x-ray tech were incredible and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place.

Easy and convenient! Young office so they’re very informative and laid back. I usually walk in with zero problem and I’m seen within 5-10 min, which is pretty great for just walking in with no appointment!

Bad people and they dont know what they doing, the doctor looking in google to tell you whats this and what medication to give, also I late for the appointment 20 minutes and they didnt wanna even hear , what kind of location is this ? for helping people?? They just lazy and dont wanna work.

I have been to many urgent cares and this one was by far the CLEANEST and NICEST facility I have been to! Finally, I am impressed! The staff was so kind and considerate, attentive to my needs and made me smile when I was incredibly nervous. Best thing about this place was how quickly they were able to get me in and how they answered all of my questions. I definitely be going here from now on.

I had the most pleasant experience Walking into Darien as I was very shy and nervous I was greeted by staff With a warm welcoming. Ely the X-ray tech greeted me with a beautiful smile. Ely walked me through what was going to be done and explained what X-Rays were going to be taken and why. She was very sweet even though we had short conversation my questions were answered and Ely was very helpful and educating me on X-Rays. She was very patient with my Arm and my back being in Pain with positioning for X-rays. She was quick I was in and out and walked me back to the waiting room. Communication is amazing family oriented, very friendly and just a great place to come back too. Thank you Darien Staff and Ely for putting the patient first and showing beyond care.

I have had such a wonderful experience here! The manager is such a wonderful person and very patient oriented. They make you feel as though you are part of the family. There was a time when I didnt have insurance and I know that I could have afforded the self pay rates they have. The equipment is so new and technologically advanced. And the clinic itself is so beautiful. They have TV to watch while you are waiting, and they always offer water, coffee, juice.... What a nice staff.The PA I had was super nice and very knowledgeable. They spend a long time with you, not like some in -and - out doctors that I have seen in the past. I actually felt as though they cared about me and not what I could do for them. I will definitely be coming here again in the future!

This place was amazing! I brought my 21 month old for a fever and of course at his age he was not a happy camper but the staff was very nice, understanding and helpful, they did an amazing job at keeping him calm and even made him crack a smile. Thank you so much for your help! I will be bringing my whole family here.

Fast, easy and great

Went in for a physical and drug screen for my job, and the staff was real polite and friendly. They got me set up pretty quick and was basically in and out. Will definitely consider coming in for my personal visits.

Dr Erin Brown is filled with compassion & empathy. She gives you direct eye contact while addressing your concerns or answering your questions making you feel as though you are her only patient. Her staff, the ladies in the front are sweet & helpful.My husband & I have made Dr. Erin Brown at Darien immediate care our primary Dr. Thank you for making it enjoyable to visit the Drs office Dr. Erin Brown & staff!

They were wonderful! Very easy to find, competent staff, quick in/out and really made our son feel comfortable. Their service and care were really A+. The staff were very gentle, and personable. Also, very informative and very professional. We were feeling relief that he had been thoroughly checked and examined by a doctor, and gave us detailed instructions on what to do next, and when we should bring him back.I plan to bring my mother in when she needs an annual check up, since they take both walk-ins and appointments.

Each provider I have seen has been very kind and compassionate. Staff is great. I was taken back to a room as soon as I was done with my paperwork and didnt have to wait long to see the doctor. I love that this urgent care is open 7 days a week including holidays and will make sure I am up to date on all my preventative needs.

The place and location is very convenient, but the workers are very unprofessional, I had a surgery get canceled because they failed to fax the information needed to the surgery center and/or surgeon. Stated that the person that was supposed to fax my information was just released from the company. Tried to make MD my PCP and she showed up late to the appointment, and didn’t follow up about surgery. I would not recommend this location and/or physician.

I had a wonderful experience! The facility is beautiful, with up to date technology and equipment. The staff is very compassionate and thorough. I went in with my kid for a physical and a flu shot, They made my child feel very comfortable and relaxed. The doctor was very personable and did a remarkable job to cover all aspects of his physical. The nurse was able to keep my child engaged during the shot to ease his anxiety. My son walked out with a SMILE.I made a followup visit to bring my other kid in for his physical too.

I had a great experience here. Definitely beats going to the ER money wise and time wise, but thats not what made it so great. Every single person there was super kind and extremely kind knowledgeable. Also the fact that they open at 8 is also a really nice plus!

Just want to say that I had an amazing experience at Darien Immediate Care.In the past I was always anxious when going to a Doctors visit, this time I was very happy with the way the entire staff including Dr. Anita took care of me and addressed my issues. She called back in 2 days with the results and inquired on how I was doing. The Immediate Care is beautiful and the location is great too, right off I-55.

They are so warm and welcoming, bedside manner is superb, always make you feel better and comfortable. Very clean and professional. I live in Chicago and I drive all the way here for there service. I love the entire staff.

Ive gone here several times for my girls, I wasnt too fond of my experience with the doctors. But I kept giving them a chance since they were so conveniently located for me. But I just had a bad experience with the Manager from this location who is rude and took it upon herself to automatically debit my account without my authorization. That was the icing on the cake, I will no longer come here. There are way too many immediate cares out there that will treat their patients better.

Great place! Friendly and caring staff took great care of my son and got us taken care of and in and out quickly.

A knife fell off the counter and hit my 1 year olds hand and he started bleeding a lot. This is the closest and first place that came up. I called in advance asking if they would see a 1 year old and if the did stitches and described the incident. I was told yes come and they would see him. Drove 8 minutes to this place and were turned away because it maybe involved his finger nail. No one even looked at him or his finger. The girl and someone whispered around the corner and then the front desk girl came back and told us they would not help us. We had to drive 16 minutes to another emergency room in Hinsdale. This place should be totally embarrassed to say they are urgent care. I think there was only two people working there and the parking lot was empty. The office area had chunks of dry wall missing. Pretty pathetic.

I visited this clinic when it was new a few years ago. Nothing going on and I waited and waited. I went back 1.3.2020 for a pink eye check -- got it from the grand kids. Again, nothing going on --- I was the only person in the waiting area most of the time. Finally got into an exam room and waited for another 20 minutes -- at 21 minutes I left. What an ignorant business person. They do not deserve my business -- professional fools.

She is the best doctor I have ever had and I have decided to make her my Primary! I have been there and seen the other providers and they are truly wonderful!!! Amazing front staff as well!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone else!!! Truly appreciative of the care I received at Darien Immediate Care!!!!

While the staff and doctors are good, the wait time is absolutely horrible. Even if you have an appointment you will wait more than an hour. I came twice in the same week - once on a weekly and then once again in the weekend for a follow-up and both times waited more than an hour to see the doctor. You guys need to staff up - one doctor is not enough.

The staff and PA Erin are very thorough and friendly. Highly recommended their services.
