Was frustrated by the wait time. I arrived early at 8:30 AM and did not leave until almost 1 PM. I was there for a pre-employment drug screen and respirator fit test. This was the first fit test I have done where the masks weren’t provided. The woman at the front desk was very kind in saving my place in line for me to run to the store down the street to purchase masks as there were two gentleman ahead of me. I was taken in for my drug screen at 10:30 AM. I was taken in at 12:30 PM for my fit test by the same nurse who did my drug screen. I was unsure why they would make me wait 2 hours between and especially since I was one of the very first people in the morning. Employees were nice, but it took up half my day to pee in a cup and see if an N95 fit my face.

Everyone there was very friendly, I did feel welcomed. Since it is a open area, it was easy to see how other people were treated and they were treated the same as me. Some people were greeted coming in (pretty much everybody was) and greeted going out. I got a feel that everybody likes their job. The only concern or I should say recommendation that I have is I wish they would ask when drawing blood, the patients name and birthday to make sure that it is the correct person, and that was not done. The gentleman who drew my blood was wonderful but it would have made me feel more at ease if this had been done.

ONLY DARIEN LOCATION-Very friendly people and highly professional absolutely recommended this place (but Harlem location no no no no beware )

I was thoroughly disappointed with the wait time. I did not need to see a medical provider for my visit I just needed the lab technician to collect a urine sample for drug screen. I waited 2.5 hours for the tech to see me. There needs to be a better system in sorting out who needs to see a provider and who just needs labs. I am recommending to my place of employment to not use this facility ever.

Employees are nice but service wise stinks. Both times I have been here the wait was over an hour and the second time the wait was over 2 hours. When I was finally brought back into a room I had to wait another 30 mintues because they lost my paperwork only for them to reprint it and have me fill it out again and wait another 20 mintues or more for the doctor to come in . This was all for a physical exam for my job. Been working since 16 years old I don’t think I need a doctors approval to start a new job already been doing jobs for years.

I was the 2nd person in line when the clinic opened at 8:00. I waited for exactly 1hour before I was called for the drug screening which took all of 8 minutes to complete. I was then directed to the PT area to complete the Physical Performance screening which took approximately 18 minutes to complete. I’m frustrated with the time management. I could have completed the Physical Performance screening straight away upon my arrival at 8:00 am, then I could have been direct to the drug screening where I presume that I may only needed to wait for 15-20 minutes if anything. My time is extremely valuable and I feel that the staff and the procedures do not appreciate or understand the value of time.

Workers were professional but the inability to schedule ahead led to long wait times. I went the first time after work and there was a 2 hour wait time just for a simple pre-employment drug screen. Unacceptable. I went back the next morning, was 2nd in line and still took 40 minutes! These kinds of appointments should be quick.. in and out. People dont have hours to hang out at the clinic.

If you love spending all day sitting in waiting rooms, this place is definitely for you. Every time I come here its over a 2 hour wait. Dont bother asking how much longer, they talk to you like youve done something wrong. Only reason I come to any of this companies locations, is because of work, otherwise Id stay far as hell away. Todays total visit time: 4hrs 40 min. The currency exchange, of Healthcare.

I’ve been to this location twice in the last 3 months for pre-work medical clearance. First time I had to go elsewhere for all my vaccines but they were super helpful with getting me the information on where to go and the hours, etc. 2nd time I was in and out for my appointment. Very helpful and professional staff. Only complaint is the 2nd time around I called repeatedly to see about coming in as a walk in and nobody picked up the phone.

This is complete insanity! If I could give less than 1 star I would. If any employer should ask you to come here for a drug test, request a different location. Was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Found out from ppl in the waiting room they had been there for 4 to 6 hours. Unacceptable. On top of that, they barely had AC on on a 92 degree day during a pandemic. A health hazard!

The people were very nice, in good spirits and very helpful. If you had any questions, they were answered with Know problem. Very, very, knowledgeable of their job.

They are very punctual in keeping appointments. Brandon is the best nurse there - I hate shots and his technique was so incredible, I couldn’t even tell I had the shot. He is courteous and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Hussein is very professional and attentive, truly listening to my concerns and addressing each one of them. They have a great team all the way around!

An hour or more wait for a drug test. How hard is it to just have one person in after another leaves? Avoid this place.

Pre-employment drug test was required. This facility does not accept appointments. Walk in only. Wait time for something as simple as collecting a specimen for drug testing was over an hour.

I had 2 days to get a pre-employment physical and TB test which had to be done before the Lab made their last pickup at 5pm. I called to make an appointment, but they were booked 3 weeks out. I arrived at the facility at 11am on Tuesday and was told there was a 3 hour wait. It turned out to be 2.5 hours waiting. The actual appointment was less than 30 minutes.

Went to this site and took 2 hours for drug screening. The lines were long, they said it would take 45 minutes. Extremely slow in everything they did. Wouldnt go back to be honest. Might be just this location as Im pretty sure Ive been to other locations and not had any issues.

Knowledgeable physicians and reception staff. Very accommodating. Wait a bit longer than expected to arrive directly at opening but overall good experience.

I went in for a physical for a job the physical took about five minutes to shine a light in my mouth for one 60th of a second not even she couldn’t even look in my mouth looked in my ears had me walk balance 1 foot in front of the other and hit my knees for my reflexes that’s about it that was a physical I doubt itI think a physical should be a lot more time than thatAnd by the way what was the charge for that five minute physical I’d like to know I’m going to tell my company about it

90 min wait time for a 10 min pee in a cup drug screen is horrible! Otherwise the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

I checked in at 1:15 for a basic pre-employment physical. It is now almost 5:15 and I was told an hour ago that there was only one person ahead of me. Unfortunately I had no choice but to come here per my employer. But avoid this place like COVID.

Thank God there is a designated parking area for big rigs whose drivers need to do a drug screen. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

This facility made it very easy with social distancing. Letting me wait in my vehicle until my appointment. They gave me a call when it was time. And treated everything with respect.

My pre employment drug test.The assistant collecting my urine sample was one of the most unpleasant people I ever met. She was rude and unprofessional in the manner and area of communication.The good news, that was the first and last visit there!

Very clean place, staff very polite and friendly. Seemed crowded and was told would be hour and half wait but took like 30mins to get seen for medical dot certification WITH NO APPOINTMENT. So DONT Just leave and not take power good staff INTO CONSIDERATION!

I was there a week ago to get a TB test and waited for over 3 hours. I also asked for the results to be emailed and mailed to me and I have not received them.

2pm check in time for an employee requiring stitches. It is now 7pm and still not finished. I hereby suggest changing the name to Concentra Lack of Urgency Care.

Horribly run the ceilings are covered in dust in the exams rooms and it takes at least an hour to see the doctor once your actually in the exam room. Easily the least professional “medical clinic” that I’ve been to.

Walked in at 430ish forma routine DOT physical. Routine work for this clinic. Two people in the waiting room. Waited well over an hour to be seen. Good staff once I got in. But not the first time this has happened

It was horrible to just take a Breathalyzer Test for pre-employment, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours and they staff at the front counter were not very friendly! First and hopefully last experience with Concentra Urgent Care!

Went to recertify my med certificate for cdl. No problem at other places... Exact same info as last time, nothing had changed. after sending all info they asked for from my other DR. This place lost all my info by second day. When they found it wasnt till a week later they called and ask for more.. over a week now and my med card has expired since. I will never go here again

The wait time was extremely long. I waited over 2 hours to get a tetanus shot. There were about 5 people there when I arrived so I dont understand the long wait. The nurse was apologetic & the staff members were professional.

Ive been at this Concentra other times , but never ever have I had to sit there for 4 hrs . It was a dot physical and drug test , in my 40 years I have never had anything like this anywhere.

I went in for a drug test and standard physical for pre-employment.The facility seemed clean, orderly, and professional when I walked in. I was the only one in the lobby when I got there and I saw that the person that checked in before me had been seen over 20 minutes prior. I thought I was in luck and would get in and out very quickly. That wasn’t the case.I had picked up my check-in material the day before so check-in would go much faster (I took a break at work to make this appointment). Then she gave me more forms to fill out and handed them back to her. She tried sending me a text message to fill out more forms online but after 15 minutes of waiting for a text to come through she gave up. She seated me in the back to fill out those questions. I went back to the lobby and sat down while other people were being called in that came in after me.They finally called me, had me pee in a cup, do a vision test, check blood pressure etc. which went pretty quick. Then I was put in a room to wait for the Dr. I sat in that room for another 15-20 minutes before she came in. She spent a few minutes checking reflex, balance, etc and was quickly done. After that I waited another 15 minutes. I was tired of waiting around so I went to find the next person I was suppose to see. At the time I found him he was just walking through the hallway and said he’d be right with me. A few physical tests that took just a couple minutes with him and I was done.I was at the facility for almost 2 hours to do a few tests that took less than 20 minutes cumulatively.They really need to organize the workflow better.1 extra star for the politeness of the employees.

Everything was done in a timely manner and the staff was kind and courtesy , I liked the nurse who took care of me. Direct and to the point of business , she was very sweet and likeable .

This place is poor in customer service!!I waited for 3 hours just for a simple Xray procedure! I filled up the screening questionnaires and forms prior to my procedure but nobody mentioned or explained it to me that I could not get coz of my recent Covid vaccine shot. The point is what’s the purpose of the text messages and front desk questionares if they could not tell me right away the problem and had me wait for 3 hours. So disgusting and not very professional in customer service.

I was sent to this Concentra in Darien for a pre-employment TB test and a few vaccines. I first came in on a Friday and was told that FedEx was having issues with deliveries -- if I got my blood drawn that Friday, my blood sample may not arrive on time in which case I would have to come back for a second blood draw the following week. I went through with the blood draw and a couple vaccines, and the following week my employer was notified my sample did not arrive in time. No big deal, I knew that might happen. I went back for a second blood draw last week and today my employer called me asking if I had refused the blood test. The result my employer received from Concentra indicated they did not even collect a sample from me. Now my employer is sending me to a different Concentra location to get my blood drawn for the third time, and hopefully avoid any further issues.Id like to add that the man who drew my blood was very patient and friendly, and the staff in the back of the clinic were kind.

The facility was slightly overcrowded with not a lot of room available to fill out the required documentation for the test I was there for. The people were friendly and efficient.

Why does it’s take 1 hour for a drug screening? Zero starts if I could.

I had to take a drug test for a new job. I arrived at Concentra Urgent Care checked in quickly using my I’d and signing in, I also had to sign a release of information sheet so my employer directly received the results. The wait was less than an hour,the facility was clean, clear spacing of seats, hand sanitizer, restrooms and areas on the floor to properly social distance during Covid-19 and the staff were all friendly and courteous.

Worst place ever, waited six hours for DOT physical.

I visited this location today for a drug screening. Due to having a small time window to complete the test, I called ahead to try to reserve a time slot. Shonal was extremely helpful and kind to me on the phone, and she did everything possible to get me in and out in the necessary amount of time. Great experience thanks to Shonal!

I had to go here for a pre employment drug screening, physical and audio gram. I called the day before to schedule an appointment they told me no just come in and I’ll be fine. I show up and they told me wait time is 45minutes to an hour fifteen minutes and to go wait in my car and they’ll call me when ready. This is exactly what I was trying to avoid by scheduling an appointment. The place was a good 45 miles from my house so I was stuck there waiting. After I finally got called about an hour later I finally took my urinalysis which I was ready for when I had arrived. After that I was passed off to technician to perform part of the physical and audio gram. When I was dropped off after that the doctor didn’t come in for 15 minutes or so to finish the physical and after she was done I had to wait another 25-30 minutes for my paperwork. With waiting for my appointment to start and all of the scheduled pre employment stuff I had to complete I figured I’d be there an hour and a half or so, but this process took over 3 hours. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and seemed to be in a good mood. I’m very dissatisfied in the wait times especially after being told over the phone I don’t need to worry about scheduling an appointment.

I had an appointment for pre employment at 3:00 and I’m sitting here still at 4:15 waiting to get in to my appointment. They brought me back at 3:30 but I’ve been waiting ever since. This is the second time this exact thing has happened to me for an RN travel pre-employment appt. can’t stand this place but unfortunately they are the cheapest around the country so travel agencies pick it. It’s unfortunate. As a seasoned RN who travels the country to ICUs these nurses here could use a little training in professionalism and bed side manner.

Way too long of a wait for a simple urine drug screen. If I had a choice of where to go, I wouldn’t come back here.

The staff was very nice. However, I made an appointment for 10:30am and I was not called to go back until 12:30pm. When I asked why the wait was so long for a scheduled appointment, I was advised that there were “emergency’s earlier that morning”. So be prepared to spend at least 2-3 hours of your time regardless of an appointment or not.

Literally the worst place EVER. I had to wait 3 hours to have a pre-employment drug screen, flu shot, and fit test. There is no reason to have to wait 3 hours for something that simple. I arrived an hour after it opened and still here 3 hours. Unacceptable in my eyes!!! No compassion!!!! I had a sick dog at home. And they still had no pep in there step!

I had to choose a star but honestly it is 0 stars! This Was my worst experience i went in due to an accident at Work that took place on a friday they had me Waiting in the doctors office for over an hour. The next day saturday they sent me to another location for X-rays but the Nurse and docters Would tell me they had no idea what was supposed to be done, when the first location had put everything into the system. Thad me in the room for over an hour again until i asked if they were going to do the X-rays or not so i can leave. I had a follow up monday at 4pm and once again they had me in the room waiting over an hour. once the doctors Walked in i asked why do they make me wait so long and she told me well we are busy today why didnt you come some other day. This Was honestly the worst experience ive had with a clinic.

The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful, making the registration process very easy. Nurse Brandon was amazing and so efficient. The doctor was sweet spirited and thorough in her examination/ physical assessment. The entire process was quick and smooth. I definitely recommend Concentra Darien, IL.

Long time waiting 2 hours and another hour inside 3 hours total they need to be better in waiting time

Wait was horrible even if u have an appointment. I went in for N95 fitting which only takes 10-15 mins maximum, had an appointment for 3pm but didnt get out of there until 5:30pm. Staff were nice but not so friendly when on the phone. I called first to make an appointment and ask for the availability and told them I will call back so I can check my calendar. When I called back the lady said they dont take appointments and when I said I just spoke to someone 5mins ago she finally took down my name for the appointment.

The medical assistant or phlebotomist left a huge hematoma on my left arm. Needs to practice and listen to the patients for before going to do it. Arms are bruised purple and black. Bad experience!!

Easy process for walk-in appointments. Was in and out fairly quickly for a pre-employment physical.

Waited 50 minutes for my appointment, even though i arrived early to my appt. I barely got direction from the nurse, and she bruised my arm extremely bad drawing blood.

This place is extremely unreliable in terms of time as well as technic.When I schedule the appointment for a physical test with them, they went through the list of the tests required and told me it will take 2-2.5 hours, but it ended up to be 4 hours! From 8:30 am to 12:30 pm! BTW I was fasting for the blood test and it was an urgent care center during the COVID pandemic.The worst is the technic. So the physical test found one of my ear has very poor hearing, also one eye has poor vision. The result was sent to my new employer. I had to follow up with my primary care doctor on the problems, which resulted in 7 doctor appointments including one MRI and one CT test, because the doctor was worried that I might have something growing in my head based on the problematic vision and hearing are from same side of my head. After spending all the time and money and gone through tremendous amount of stress, the doctors concluded my vision and hearing are normal and nothing is growing in my head. Thank God!! The physical test results were wrong. My doctors believe there must be some technical issues during my physical test! Thanks to Concentra for putting me through such a big headache!!

I had an appointment for a 10-15minute N95 fitting. Got there at 2:30pm and didnt get out of there until 6pm! They took me in the room and I had to wait there for hours. After I couldn’t wait any longer I went outside and told the techs. The tech came in and fitted me for N95 and was done in 10 mins. Then the tech lied saying “i just got here”. Which I know is a lie because she was the same tech that fitted my co-worker that I came with. DO NOT GO HERE. Its a waste of time and even you might be dead waiting in the waiting room and no one will even check on you for hours and they might just lie saying “they just got there”.
