Do not go here. The staff is very unprofessional. The massage therapist had the door halfway open during my massage and she also answered a phone call while giving me a massage. She then called me cheap because I didn’t want any to leave her a bigger tip.

Pros... loved it.. Ill be back.. its veryReasonable price, for a great Service..A very friendly all Asian / Chinese StaffA Great stress relief...Only one Con...It was not the cleanest massage place Ive been too. But its not horrible either... Id say it has just Average Cleanliness .. And Hopefully they will read this honest post, and make a positive change... if so, Ill give 5 stars.. not 4...

It is good place to get a deep tissue massage.dont expect them to do nice relaxing or a therapeutic massage because they dont do that at least that was my impression I was there twice and I was happy with the way they treat me the place is clean comparing to other places around the neighborhood. It is not a five-star place but you can get a good decent massage for a decent price.

I have talked with several other guides in my area many of them have had family or friends who used the services there...my personal friends are many.. And the massages are awesome the care and techniques used here are among the best in the business. Prices range and time slots are always available just call ahead book ..I have heard of walk ins as well ..I am not sure if you need a customer card on file at this location.. It is all very peaceful satisfying and comfortable.. I would like to see more reviews from customers . but so far the word of mouth in the area is spot on great place great people

Would like to go here, but they dont answer their phone at all (tried from two phones on more than a handful of different times during normal business hours). Not everyone can take a whole day off to do a blind walk-in, some of us need to have some idea of wait times and schedules.

Had a good experience, the price was good would go back again. I only recommend using a language translator to help with communication.

They had fantastic workers and had the best massage of my life they where also very nice and relatively cheap

Had sore muscles after first time back at the gym so it was a treat to come in. Be patient with their English, and enjoy a good massage.

The info on the website does not match some of the services offered. A request for one of them lead to what seems to be an argument between the guy and the woman working there, in chinese. Finally I was told one of my requests was not possible (10min foot massage). I had a 10 min neck massage. For the price, it worked.

Paid for 90min and i got 60ish, she said she is tired, when i got out she asked me for 20$ extra for tip. At she could offer a water first 🤦‍♂️

My partner gave me $100 gift certificate for this place because it is close to our home. I was excited to try this place because I like the location and hours. I was having a stressful day and decided to cash in ony gift. I walked in and explained to the woman worker that I wanted a massage. She asked how many mins, I said 60 mins, she then asked what type of massage, I told her I wasnt sure between the swedish and deep tissue. Unfortunately, due to the language barrier she had no clue what I was talking about. I was hoping to have a consultation so I could explain my problem areas. She walked me to the room & asked me what type of pressure. I again tried to explain that I wasnt sure between the swedish & deep tissue. After the back & forth she finally said medium pressure? I responded yes, low to medium. Yes! We were finally getting somewhere. She left the room & I got undressed. I waited about 10 mins before she came back. I was lying on the massage chair, she came back and explained she would begin. She then hopped on the massage table with me..which completely threw me off. The place already looks creepy so in my mind Im thinking No! Not THAT type of massage!. But then she gets to the massage & I realize thats her way of getting comfy & positioned for the massage. And OMG!! From the very beginning, the pressure was extreme!! Way more than I expected but I didnt say anything at first because Ive had a massage in the past where there was almost NO pressure. However, after about 5 mins i could no longer bear the pain so i yelled too much pressure!! She said huh? I had to repeat it 4x before she said oh ok sorry. Then continued with the massage...slighlty less aggressive. Mid-way thru she did ask me how I was feeling. I was afraid of the exchange & her not understanding me so I just said ok. There was about 10 mins of the massage that was great perfect and on point. However the rest of the massage was very painful. I just kept hoping it would soon be over. The phone did ring once and she stopped to answer it & talk to the caller which I was hoping I would get her undivided attention. The 60 min massage had to be about 80 mins at least. So i guess i got more than I paid for. However, I would rather have had it end much sooner. Finally it was time to pay. She asked for a tip. I was going to give a tip but she asked & in my opinion that is very professional. I cant wait to use the rest of my gift certificate so I can be done with this company. Two good tbings I can say is I got more than 60 mins and it was a full body massage including my feet. I would have liked to explain where I wanted most of my time dedicated to though (hands, wrists, neck & feet). Most of the time was spent on my back and legs which is where Im most sensitive for pain.

I will never come back here..every time when somebody come .. she left the room me ....she go to speech at the phone and dont come back.. I paid for 60 min and i get 40 min... And after that she ask me for tips
