Emily was amazing, for my first time she made me feel relaxed, she explained the services so I know what to pick. Im definitely going back, the atmosphere was gorgeous and its super clean.

Would’ve done them myself if I realized they were gonna be this awful. The 5 year olds I babysit have done a better job than this.

Firstly... walking through a metal disinfectant arch was unsettling.... but then greeted at the door I was asked if I had an appointment (totally understandable as I was a walk in) I said sorry I dont would you have time for me? The other woman muttered something and then waved her hand in the air shoo-ing me away. I was not pleased by their lack of address nor their subtlety in simply saying sorry we handle by appointment only or sorry were booked. As an avid and frequent guest of local salons... I will not be back to this one.

We drive past many nail salons to regularly visit this one for spa pedicures, chair massages, and regular massages. Great staff! Always welcoming and attentive.

This was my first time coming here. the nail technician who did my nails was ada. she finished my spa really quick. she was really rude. i’m not coming back again, her attitude will affect your business

I like this nail salon. I only had one poor experience. I don’t like to mention names, but the technician I had was not experienced or confident at all. She had to redo a few nails. She didn’t know how to correctly apply polish. It was very aggravating. The other technician was fantastic. I’ll stick with her.

I love this place! So professional and clean and they always do a fantastic job. Everyone I’ve ever had work on me has been amazing. The prices are also reasonable given that my gel manicure lasts forever. Best nail salon in Fairfield and they take Covid precautions very very seriously.

I just called to make an appointment for the first time for eye lashes. The lady was super rude on the phone. It’s my first time, so I wanted to know the process to pick up the best size ( large) because I wanted natural etc.I wanted to hear suggestions. Anyways ..I was just starting to ask when she said : bye bye bye like crazy! When obviously she heard what I was saying. Plus I had to repeat my name 10 times because she couldn’t understood nothing. I cancelled the appointment. The people at front are the first impression. They should take care of that.

Had an awesome facial with Madison. I used to see Eva regularly and was very sad when she left. However, Madison was great--she took time to make recommendations, educate me, and was very pleasant. I would recommend her anytime!

They upped their price so much! I got a revaluation mani pedi and it costed 55$ PLAIN and when I asked to put black spots they said it’s be 20$ more!!! No way I’m doing that again 🙄🙄

I usually do not leave reviews but I felt the need to do so to warn new customers who are contemplating coming here for eyelash extensions. This is my honest review. When I called to make an appointment I was greeted on the phone by I assume the receptionist- however due to the language barrier it was very difficult for me to make out what was being said. After repeating myself 7 times the receptionist was finally able to book an appointment for me under my name and phone number. During the conversation I asked for the technician Kim- seeing my sister had her eyelashes done by Kim and they came out beautifully. The receptionist went on to tell me Kim was not available but there was a very good technician similar to Kim named Emma. I trusted her advice and later that day came in for my appointment. The salon and spa itself is clean, well lit, modern and tastefully decorated. My technician Emma was told this is my first time doing eyelash extensions and also my first visit. She was pleasant in front of the receptionist until we reached the back room. After asking her several questions and showing her pictures of the eyelash extension style I wanted she abruptly interrupted me and asked me, “Can we start now?” I was quite taken back by her obvious annoyance and simply maintained my composure seeing I needed my eyelashes done for a vacation I was going on the following day. During the eyelash extension service she was quiet and worked diligently, there was no discomfort and I actually fell asleep. One hour later I was finished and excited to see how my lashes came out. To my disappointment they looked nothing like what I had showed her I wanted. They looked like fans over my eyes and did not look natural at all. At that moment Emma then said to me, “They look better this way, you look younger like this”. I was appalled. Her simple comment made me realize she did understand what I wanted when I told her prior to the service- yet she decided to do my lashes the way SHE wanted to irregardless of what I had requested. I was so upset at that point I simply thanked her for the service, at which time she proceeded to lead my back to the front desk where I paid and I also gave her a $10 tip. My mother raised me to do the right thing despite what I feel or how I’m treated- for those who are wondering why I tipped her. In all, I just want to recommend to any new customers: please do not allow them to refer someone to you. If you were told by a friend to see a particular technician it is best if you see that technician otherwise you may be dissatisfied with the service you receive. I will not return to Posh unfortunately. I drove from New Haven CT to Darien CT only to waste both my time and money. I hope no one has to experience what I did at this location.

Posh is a great salon!!! It is the only one I’ve been to in this town that actually knows what reflexology is. They are very nice and terrific at what they do!!! 👍

I had such a great experience and I will definitely come back again. The people were so nice and sweet and my nails came out terrific. I also got a massage and thats was worth paying. I definitely recommend to come here and get a different experience compared to other nail salons

I always receive great service whenever I stop in. Staff is always warm and friendly. Their establishment is always clean and organized. I discovered this spa and nail salon a few years ago when I moved back to CT. Im so glad I did because their service is a-1. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality services.

I went to this location thinking I could get my nails done from all the nice review .. I ask for the powder nail polish and they proceed to walk me to a table which had a man whom was doing nails ... I quietly turned to the women and said I would prefer a female .. at which point in front of a salon full of women she began to laugh at me and asked me WHY?? But WHY?? HahahaAt that time I did not have to explain why but that I wanted a female and again laughing said she didnt have one.I walked out with her chasing me for a reason.. I should not have to justify why I would prefer a women .. you lost my business!

So happy my girlfriend reccommended this spa to me!! I went for a pedicure, facial and massage all with Madison and i was so pleased! The pedicure was truly unlike any other. The massage was so relaxing and the facial was magnificient. Madison took the time to educate me on products and tips for my skin, as well as asking questions about my current routine. She was friendly and so kind. I cant wait to visit her again!!!

They do great Lashes, but they use the same tape on both eyes, and the tape scratches my eye ball and I let the technician know and she kept telling me she is almost finish and my eyes was mess up!! I was in so much pain and I tell the front deck when I was checking out. I drive 45min back to New York and my eye hurt so bad.When I reach home my eye was very red and in pain, the next morning it got worst. I call and told the front deck and she put me on hold and never came to back to my line, I have to call her back, I send her a picture of my eye and told her I can’t go to work I have to see an ophthalmologist and she said she can’t do nothing about my job and if I go to the ophthalmologist she will reimbursed the money I spend, and she never call me back when I send all the Doctor letter and receipt.I send her a message letting her know I will have my lawyer call on my behalf and she tell me don’t text back this number. this happened three days ago my left eye still in pain and I still haven’t heard or get a call from the manager at All
