Got dip on Sunday and it started lifting by Tuesday. I dont think thats okay when one pays $83 for the service. This place was recommended to me and I was really excited since I heard good things. My experience started out a little odd. I usually ask for some help choosing colors and asking the nail techs opinion. I even showed her a picture from their site. She was very unhelpful. At this point I was already nervous about our encounter. Once my dip was done I realised that it didnt look like the color I wanted, so I was flexible and asked her to change the paint on my toes since it clashed with my finger nails too much. She looked noticeably irritated at my request and said that will be $5 extra. I was so taken a back that I had to think for a moment and just said okay. She rushed the paint job and just looked like she wanted to be done with me. Very Disappointed!!

I love this place. They do a fantastic job on my mani and pedicure. They have all kind of nails I need. Wonderful customers service. I’m glad to found them. You should come to try them I think you guys will love it. Thanks again for made me pretty .

I really wanted to like this place the interior was super pretty. But the lady cut my fingers open twice and one time it actually drew blood. she was filing and burned the skin open. she didn’t even realize until a bit. on top of that they charged me $10 extra dollars for one nail to have a glitter top coat but didn’t even tell me. My nails are not even, the lengths are all different. My friends also had bad experiences from here. My one friend got french tip and it wasn’t even done well, my other friend her nail cracked like 5 days after getting them. I will not be returning.

They ask you to sanitize your hands as soon as you get it. They did my nails and was meticulous about everything from cleaning the cuticles to making sure each French tip was even. Waited about 20 minutes over my appointment but id consider that normal. Definitely gonna be my go-to place now.

I have been coming here for past few months. Nice selection of polish colors and spa appears clean. Today I got clipped on two of my cuticles and they are bleeding and painful. I had to ask the guy to put antiseptics on both of them to stop bleeding because he was painting over the blood. When I asked to speak to the manager, she was not there so I explained what happened to someone else. I dont want a refund-I actually still tipped him because he performed a sevice but the point was someone has to know. He has done this once before on one finger and I chose to overlook it then.

This morning was my first time there. The nail salon I’ve been going to for years didn’t open until 10 and this nail salon opens earlier so I tried them out. NEVER AGAIN THE STAFF WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. IT WAS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THE TECH DOING MY TOES MADE ME FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. IT S BEEN 5 HOURS SINCE I GOT MY TOES DONE AND I’M LOOKING CLOSE UP AND THEY ARE HALF POLISHED AND CHIPPING AT THE TIPS. A WASTE OF MONEY I HAVE MORE POLISH ON MY CUTICLES THAN MY NAILS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE WAITED 30 MORE MINUTES UNTIL MY REGULAR NAIL SALON OPENED…. I AM SOOOOOO UPSET

I like that very much the atmosphere and the place is so beautiful and relaxed though beautiful and relaxing and you definitely need to have a specific nail technician to give you the job you want if not youre gonna walk out disappointed.

They over book and rush on your nails. I came for an exact look. Had a pic and everything. The guy said he could do the look …..but he could not do the look he took my polish off three time because the color did not match. And got mad at me and told me to find the color. I’m no expert at nail color I asked him to match the color since he works there and I took the photo off the website. He kept leaving during my nails and looking away while doing my nails at one point he was not even filling my nail he was filing the side on my finger not the cuticle my actual finger. He forgot I also asked for toes to be done and then he passed me to someone else who was nicer but I was already in a bad mood from his treatment and he forgot to tell her to match my toes from my nails so she had to redo my toes because I was on my phone not paying attention like everyone does. I was very angry.

I have given this nail salon more than enough time. I’ve gotten services from more than one employee and none of them try there best. I am very simple full set gel and square shape. Every time the works looks okay but the outcome is never good and of course they over charge for everything. Beautiful nail salon set up is great but no here put in there best work.

They use so much thinner in their polish, it leaves streaks. I went back to have my finger nails fixed for a wedding and was told they were too busy. Wont be going back.

Sorry but not sorry.. wouldn’t recommend this nail salon. Very unprofessional staff. Went in for toe polish change, the nail tech didn’t say hello nor thank you, she did my polish super quick, neither did she wipe off access polish which I noticed once I’ve left. This was my first time and sure will be my last. It’s all about the money not the customer. Pro Nails for the win because this place sucks

My daughter and I both got manicures with no chip designs.. loved the hand drawn 🦇 the lady put on my nails. Everyone was super patient and super nice. We will be coming back

Most definitely worth your time and money.*Updated* have gotten my nails done here several times now. All fantastic work and long lasting. Im gotten pedicures and no chip and dip manicures. Amazing!

The owner/manager is not professional. He thought he recognized me and thought I was an hour early to my appointment, and started yelling at me until I finally was able to explain to him that I wasn’t the customer he was thinking of. Then I showed the nail technician a few pictures from their Google page that the business itself posted and requested one of those styles, but she stated that they didn’t have the products available to do any of the styles. I’ve given this place a couple tries and I was hopeful but unfortunately today after they said it would be a 45 min wait to remove nail polish I will not return.

Service is awful. I hate the way they did my nails, I had to ask for someone else to do my nails because the tech clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere!!!!!

I’ve been coming weekly here for 7 weeks. Polish lasts me about 5 days. I had my last manicure and it did not last me 24 hrs. Came for a polish change and they took 5 people before me that came in after me. Then owner, Amy came to tell me that polish only last 2 days and I should get no chip. This time is free. Sorry but, have you not seen me here weekly?! If you have looked up to greet me while you are eating your lunch at the front desk or look up from watching a movie you would see me. A returning customer. You have lost.Don’t bother coming here!

I had the most amazing experience with Nicole at the World Star Nails salon and spa! She did a wonderful job on my dipped nails! I got the French tips look. They look so natural and beautiful! This was my first time and now this is my new nail and spa place! Im definitely going to be coming back to get my nails done again! The interior design is beautiful as well. You feel like you are a princess or a famous person getting your nails done its so posh! Its so worth to give it a try and deff try out the dipped technique!***I just went back with my mom and mother in law and got a pink Into white face with a coffin shape and they look amazing... We got all our toes done! And we felt like queens. They made my mom feel soo good about her feet which she was so embarrassed about. This Nail spa is truly an amazing place to to come for a great relaxing time to come by your self or friends! Come see for yourself you wont be disappointed. The gentleman who worked on my nails was so intent 9n getting my nails just right Im telling you. This is the place to go! I even got my eyebrows done. I come here a lot and for the most part they do a good job with one exception. Its this one girl everytime she does any work for me she is unprofessional. Her name is Nichola or Nicole. Shes either half doing her job or doing it poorly. I literally just wanted her to stop touching me but I just wanted the services to be over. This is the 3rd time she worked on me and same results. If I do decide to return I literally dont want this lady any where near me.

I wanted and needed a pedicure. The price was 30 for basic, lovely decor nice bathrooms, the staff was friendly and they did a good job. They used Ok I polish everythibg seemed hygienic, I did not like the chair massage function as well as others I have used. I may go there again.

I never make below 3 regardless but there is always a first. I got the hot stone for ,48 ...but I told her the stones were cold and she looked up smiled and said no they are hot it was done in 32 minutes start to finish not even lotion...move on to the next salon...ps they got 2 because they are clean and its very nice inside

Horrible services today. The lady who did my feet today didnt touch my feet with a pumice or grater once. She was more interested in the other employee(male) than doing her job. They kept laughing and looking at my feet. Not a relaxing experience because of her.

A friend and i had an appointment together.They separated us, as soon as we got there. My technician said maybe 4 words to me and couldnt do a simple design I picked. I ended up getting stickers instead of a design. My real nails are sticking out under my gel ones and the polish is chipping after 5 days. My friends no chip is also chipping.

I don’t often get my nails done and i will not come back here when i do, i felt rushed picking my color for a full gel set and the results were too thick and mis shaped, i felt the whole process was rushed and paid too much for what i got

I like this place but they need to stop using the electronic drill on natural nails. I can tell my nails get super damaged from this practice theyre all grooved and feel so dry. I read an article this is a huge no no. Another salon commented on how bad my natural nails were ruined because people used the drill incorrectly.

I finally found a place I absolutely LOVE. I went in with a picture I found on yelp and explained what I wanted for. Theyre very sharp witted in their color. And they made sure took pride in their nails scarf! They have made a loyal customer out of me. And my experience here was well worth.

Wonderful experience ! It is gorgeous inside. They really took their time to do my pedicure and manicure, and the foot scrub they used is to die for. They did take a little longer than I wished for but I understand they are new and maybe still getting the hang of things. It was well worth it- because that’s the best foot rub and hand massage I have ever experienced in my life ! Not to mention, prices were great.

Ambiance was nice walking in. Came in with my boyfriend for pedicures. Very dirty and unsanitary conditions. First off I’m paying to get my dirty feet cleaned. The towel that they lay down at the pedicure station and put your feet on while picking at your toes and removing cuticles & dirt, he made me put my clean feet back onto the dirty part of the towel multiple times. None of the tools appear to be sterilized. Nail files are so used. They are the ones that are black when new and they were actually white and brown, gross. nothing comes out of a wrapper from being sterilized even the sponge that they use to remove callus has been obviously worn down. Gross. To make matters worse he burns my legs with water as he is washing off the soap. BEWARE. I will not be coming back.

Ive been there 5 times first 3 times were great with Ombree nails, were great would just walk in and let anyone do them. I am very particular just got lucky I guess. The third time was not a good experience, she was doing the best she could but was having a problem with the product, was unfamiliar with it.The 5th time It was great Vicky did my service it was great. The prices are good and she clearly new what she was doing. Going today for pedicure with my husband I hope that they dont disappoint. My only concern I really hope that they get very busy and do not close.....

Its beautiful, but Im not sure about it as my new permanent nail Hangout. They did Give me a 20% discount. The pedicure water was cold. Adding gemstones to a full nochip gel set is incredibly expensive.

3rd strike and your out. no chip is supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. This is the 3rd time it has came off in a week. Not mention the owner is not friendly by no means. Last time I was there when I was done soaking my nails in the bowl of water another tech took my bowl and dumped out the water added new water didnt even wash it and used it on a another guest. I wont go back. Instead of World Star it should be NO Star nails !!

Great place,very welcoming. BUT IF YOU SEE THE 20% OFF SIGNS AROUND THE PARKING LOT, DONT BELIEVE IT. I went there to take my mother for her 50th birthday and they didnt give us that discount, and one of the two pedicurist actually had the nerve to ask for more of a tip. Its super close, convenient, and friendly but be clear of what service you want and that they charge correctly.

I used to like this place a lot but they really upset me when I had an appointment and they told me I had to wait a half hour to get my nails done. They weren’t it all apologetic. When I told them I had an appointment, they just kind of shrugged and said I had to wait.

I went to this nail shop at least two- three times. I wear long nails all the time. I come here to get the ombré nails on my birthday and the lady applied them out of order and there was more nude than it was the yellow. Then one hand my cuticle was shapes perfectly and the other wasn’t. That same day a nail breaks when I clacked my nails on the table. I come back to get it fixed the next day the lady fixed it but then the same day she fixed it two nails broke again. Good customer service but horrible nails.

They have a huge selection of colors, May attended to me and was really talented and fun to talk to. The facility is beautiful and everything is cleaned and the tools are sterilized.

After not being able to get into my usual salon I tried this place for a pedicure had some young boy doing my feet I do not recommend it to anyone horrible job

Unfortunately my daughters nails have broken or fallen off the last 3 times, so we wont be going back. When she went back in for repairs they really didnt care. They are fast though.

I get my nails done every 2 weeks and have tried this place it was ok but when I went this time it was horrible. Eva cut my pinky with the nail file to where I was bleeding and then when she was shaping the nails with the electric one she got the tip of my finger and it burned!!! The nails turned out cute but I also had to tell her to push my cuticle back so the polish didn’t look uneven. Aren’t you supposed to do that anyway??? In the past I’ve had a gel no chip nail break within 2 days they fixed it for me but this place has very inexperienced workers and I will never be going back!!!

They did great job with remodeling, but their nail technicians.... i dont think they actually know how to do their job.. i came to do pedicure, with one broken nail which was acrylic. She even did not try to smooth it using machine. When she finished i came home and found what she did... i returned in few days to TT nails and they fixed it... 25$ for foot massage i think thats too much...
