If you’re lucky enough to get Nancy or Mariah, this review doesn’t apply. They are awesome and listen.The last few times I’ve gone in here and have had to use someone else, when asked what I wanted done, I specifically said I am trying to grow out layers so please just trim the ends. It’s like they didn’t hear me at all. The next thing I know, she’s going all Edward Scissorhands on my hair. What part of “I’m trying to grow out the layers” did she not understand?! Luckily my hair grows pretty quick. Strike three. I won’t be going back.

Lady asked me for a clipper # i stated that i wanted short sides and back and leave 2 in on top. Did not get that

I wish I got her name, but she did an amazing face framing and layered hair cut for me in just 15 minutes.

I had Lucy and not to be dramatic but this honestly has to be the worst haircut of my life. I know I get what I pay for so I wasnt expecting much for $15 but I went in with a picture and said LONG BOB NO LAYERS NOT SHORT. I also asked for long bangs. This is what I got. I know my hair is tricky because it is thin but curly but that is why I was very clear with my request. Hair grows I guess.

Honestly, great clips does not know how to cut mens hair. You might get lucky sometimes, but most of the time I get wacky, rushed haircuts. Today the lady cut my sideburns and then out of nowhere started trimming my facial hair 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

The service was friendly but then when so got my haircut it didn’t turn out the way I wanted. I wanted my sideburns and just to trim my hair a little but they took off a lot more than I had hoped, along with my sideburns. This place only knows how to cut little kids hair and that’s it. But even if I get a response it’ll just be some bot giving the information to complain even more instead of actually hearing me and doing something about it.

I go to this chain quite often to get my haircut. Just like any service , it depends on who you get. Some are really good and others are fresh out of school getting their feet wet.I am not a very picky guy, but I can imagine this would be dangerous for other whose hair is their identyi, may want to talk to the coiffeur before just going first available.

Its an OK place for a hair cut. The staff is friendly and the cut is fine. The shopping plaza itself is a bit run down, dirty at times, and tends to attract some unkempt and discourteous people.

If I could give it no star at all it would. Girl named Hayley cut my hair and she kept sighing because my hair was knoty and it took awhile to do. She was being extremely rough with my hair and didnt even condition my hair when she washed it, the water was also freezing cold. She even cut less than i said i wanted.Terrible employee.

Very upset with my son and I haircut we had to get different people because our favorite person Austin had he baby congratulations to her but the people that cut ours yesterday Im not happy with my sons hair is so many different lengths his front of his head has 4 different lengths and I get a diganal forward but this is not want I wanted my hair looks so chopped and really uneven I hate it
