Dr. Robinson and her staff are the best! Doctor has great demeanor and very reassuring. Office staff is delightful. Would highly recommend this practice.

Always friendly staff and clean. They were willing to work with me since I needed some repairs on my front teeth from chipping but also wanted to do a whitening session. They helped me plan it so the repairs would match my post whitening smile and not stand out.

Hygienist Janhavi was awesome! She was super friendly and welcoming. She explained everything that she was going to do before hand and let me know what was covered by insurance as well. You can tell she is skilled at her job, she was very gentle and thorough. Staff at the front desk was friendly as well. Wesley explained exactly what my insurance covered when I had questions which aligned with what the hygienist told me. I haven’t been to the dentist in over five years because of a prior bad experience but I highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly, and professional.

I generally dread the dentist (as I’m sure most people do), but this was the greatest experience I’ve had. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist. The hygienist, Janhavi, is incredible at what she does. So welcoming, and her room is warm and comfortable. They were great with making sure I was covered by insurance and explained everything to me in depth so I left feeling reassured and comfortable. I would 100% recommend this office for anyone looking for a dentist. I’ve already referred a few friends.

Everyone here at this Dental office is very welcoming and sweet. They have an excellent staff. From reception, Dr. Bhatti , Janhavi (the hygienist), Jennifer (dental asst/ technician) were amazing. Finding new healthcare providers in a new town can feel a little like a crapshoot. My initial experience with Premier Dental office was great! Karen gives a great cleaning and Dr. Salvato Is kind and caring.

I have to say the new office manager provided great service in assisting me with a billing issue. I am truly appreciative of her willingness to listen and treating me as a valued patient.

You will be sorry if you come here. My insurance issue and refund still has not been resolved after Ive shown up in person twice and called however many times. Ive shown tangible evidence to help facilitate this resolution and after being told twice in person that I will receive compensation I still have nothing. The office manager is a dishonest, incredulous waste of time. Their x-rays are also low resolution trash according to my new dentist.

Ive been going here for 3 years. The staff is friendly.This July I had a filling done. The dentist forgot to use Novocain and started drilling before realizing her mistake. This filling fell out less than a week later leaving a hole in my tooth and extreme sensitivity. I had it fixed in August. Less than one month later I had sensitivity again and figured something was wrong, but held off making another appointment because I had a cleaning coming up in November. Turns out they had booked the cleaning too quickly since my last one so they didnt clean my teeth anyways, but noted that my filling was broken again and couldnt get me back for another month to fix it. They recommended I try chewing on the other side of my mouth until then. I showed up to that appointment and the new office was totally under construction and the receptionist told me my appointment had been cancelled and I should have received a few phone calls about it which I hadnt. I had received an appointment reminder earlier that week and day to confirm my appointment. So I made another appointment with the receptionist for another month in the future which was the first availability and will be at the end of this month.Would not recommend this dentist

This office made me feel like a revenue source, not a person. The hygienist was unfriendly and passive aggressive, and was listing potential procedures before she even looked in my mouth. Claimed she was unable to do a cleaning without a more expensive procedure first. Im not sure what the lifetime revenue of a client is, but theyve lost that much on me after my first visit.

The worst office ever. My entire family has had some issue with them. Between billing issues and appointments that were made magically were rescheduled or “never scheduled” The office manager never calls you back and they are not accommodating one bit. Very disappointed. I have many friends who used to go here and even worked there and all agree it is not a ideal practice.

Arguably the worst dental practice in the area. ADA fraud agency should look at their billing practices. Shameful.

After a bad experience at a different dentist, my 5 year old was terrified to even step foot into a dental office. She was in tears before we even entered the building. I was really worried we have to leave before she had a chance to be seen by the dentist. Thank goodness that wasnt the case! The hygenist, Lexi, at Premier Dental was AMAZING! She handled the situation like a true professional! She explained everything she was doing and made my daughter feel comfortable with all the tools she used before she used them. By the end of her cleaning my daughter was smiling and happy! When Dr Stubbs came in at the end of the appointment she was so joyful and pleasant! She quickly gained my daughters trust as well! I am so relieved that my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist and grateful to Premier Dental especially the extrodinary Lexi and Dr. Stubbs!

Dr. Bahatti provides an unmatched patient experience. Her technical and subject matter expertise is top-notch. She takes the time to explain workable treatment solutions, including patient options. She responds to questions patiently and completely in easy-to-understand terms. With the excellent help and support of her dedicated assistant Jenn, care is always gentle and thoughtful.I neglected my teeth for almost a decade prior to meeting Dr. Bahatti My mouth was a mess. But neither she nor Jenn ever scolded me. I never felt guilty the way others in the field treat prospective patients. Frankly, she is the sole reason I continue to be a highly-satisfied patient. Whenever I recommend the practice, I call-out Dr. Bahatti and Jenn specifically. If I had to drive an hour to see her, I would.The front staff and administration are pretty good - - better than what you see at most practices. In particular, I like Cindy. She is as busy as anyone (maybe more). But from what I can see and hear in the lobby and when I interact with her, she seems to excel at managing a heavy workload. Of course, lots of people can multi-task, but the patients are often collateral damage. Ive never felt that way with Cindy. And I consider myself a needy patient.The only criticism I can make is that the billing system seems far less patient-friendly than I expect. The Statement of Services Rendered is very comprehensive, which I guess is good. But boy it seems unnecessarily complicated. Way too many numbers. My wife has a background in the health insurance business and she has a tough time understanding them. Even my HSA struggles with them; I have had to resubmit claims several times because the relevant numbers are clouded by all the detail. Plenty of room for improvement here, in my opinion.

I was told I was due for an X-Ray at my appointment here. After the procedure, I was informed that this X-Ray had already been done before but was not documented in my chart, and was accidentally repeated again by the hygienist. The office proceeded to charge me for the unnecessary X-Ray and told me they would open a case to refund my money by next week. 1 month has passed and despite calling the office multiple times, I still have yet to receive my refund. Not only was it a waste of money but also exposure to unneeded radiation

Hygienist unfriendly and rushed. Had an appointment at 9am during a snowstorm. Called at 8 to confirm they were still open and the hygienist was able to make it in. Spent 30 minutes digging out my car and drove 30 minutes to dentist. Waited 20min past appointment time then receptionist told me they needed to reschedule.

Just had an appointment at Premier Dental of Danbury and my experience was great! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Doctors and hygienists are very professional and kind, I was afraid of the dentist but after coming to this office i feel much more comfortable, will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!

They got me in on time, which I appreciated as I had to return to work. Brunna the hygienist did a great job thoroughly cleaning my teeth, best I ever had. It took her about an hour to clean my teeth, and was a very nice person to interact with. The dentist came in and was friendly tooShe checked that I did not have any cavities.

I went to Dr. Stubbs in need of a crown, she never did an x Ray, just put the crown on. Two weeks later when I called complaining of pain, she said I probably needed a root canal now. After evaluation from my new dentist, it is not acceptable to crown a tooth without an x Ray. So now, instead of having it all done in one visit, as it should have been, I’ll have to go to another dentist to correct her mistake.

I came from another town and had a phenomenal Dentist, looking around for a new dentist was tough and I had my fears of my dental needs not properly address until I found Dr. Bhatti. My wife and I love her and speak so highly of her to our friends. She has her personal approach with you as her new client and she makes sure youre questions and needs are addressed properly. When you are under her care, you wont feel like a client/patient - youll have the confidence of having a partner to your dental care (a very professional partner!!!) Highly recommended!

The Dentist and dental assistant are caring and take their time. I have made Gish and Associates my family dental providers and we’ve all had the same great experience. Most recent I bought my 4 year old in to have a cleaning and then cavities were filled with Dr. Roberts. He was so calm and cooperative it bought me to tears. Had my appointment today with Premier Dental in Danbury. I’m very apprehensive when going to any dental appointment. Upon arriving the front desk was very welcoming with smiles and laughter which set my nerves at ease. The assistant and doctor were kind, caring and very patient and explained very well all they were doing and any future appointments that they thought were necessary. Leaving today I had a smiles thinking to myself I no longer need to feel any anxiety with any of my dental work. Would highly recommend giving this office a visit and see for yourself.

I have been a client of Dr. Gish and Associates for about 4-5 years and I go for general cleanings twice a year. I have met with Dr. Roberts who is just wonderful- she was very patient and showed concerned and wanted to make sure I was comfortable when I had to have a tooth filled. All the hygenists that I have had, have been super professional and polite. The receptionists this last time were super nice, during my visit last year they had different receptionists who were not customer friendly but they were not rude. I guess, my personal experience with this office has been a very good one. No complains so far.

Hidden fees-- STAY AWAY! After searching my dental insurance for a practice that would cost 0$ for a cleaning, I came across premier. After confirming prices and a time for my appointment, both with my insurance and premier dental, I was excited for my appointment. After doing paper work, taking X-Rays, and starting my exam with the dental hygienist, I was told that all new patients (and yearly returning patients) need a periodontal gum measurement. This evaluation is out of pocket (I was told 45$) and non-avoidable as it is required in order for the practice to see you! Most other dental practices include this evaluation as part of the yearly dental cleaning/checkup-- it takes less than 5 minutes!Then, I HEARD THE DENTAL HYGIENIST AND PATIENT in the NEXT ROOM OVER TO ME ENGAGE in the SAME EXACT CONVERSATION. Indicating that the periodontal evaluation is an additional cost out of pocket. Premier Dental of CT in Danbury is running a scam built on out of out of pocket expenses that are not disclosed until you are sitting in the dental chair. Be Warned.

I have been going to Dr.Gish’s office since I was a kid! I love it there from the friendly and helpful staff to the knowledgeable doctors. I always see Tahira, she makes my visits worth it. I am a very talkative person and she has no problem having a conversation with me through out the cleanings.

I was treated by Dr. Hira Waquar and Sidney the Assistant (she didnt write her last name). It was my first time being treated by either of them, and they were phenomenal!!They were very sensitive to my anxiety, taking preemptive measures to reduce it. They also noticed that my jaw was getting really tired, and tried to fit the smallest bite block they could, but my jaw wont open that far so they gave me breaks when they could even though we were in a bit of a time crunch due to a miscommunication of what the appointment was for. The doctor was really sensitive to my pain when they started getting near the nerve, and gave me a bit more anesthetic. I couldnt feel my face for most of the day, but I also couldnt feel the drilling in my bones, so Im not complaining.I still hate going to the denist; nothing will ever change that. That sinking feeling of dread that settles in the pit of my stomach the morning of isnt quite so bad, though, knowing Im in good hands.

I had a difficult time with a tooth that had a root canal. The Dentists worked with me to get the problem corrected. They took extra time at every turn to make things right. The office staff is friendly and efficient with a great understanding of the insurance process. The Doctors are experienced, professional and interested in the patient, one of them may have a second career as a recording artist. The hygienists do a great job.

We have been going here for years and always loved Dr. Gish. Since changing over to “Premier Dental” I have had a terrible expierence. Two extra unnecessary visits and trying to charge me multiple times for “exams”and trying convince me to get unnecessary work done. We will not be returning.

I used to think that this was a great practice. The staff was friendly amd polite. The dentist and hygienist were very good at their job and very competent. However, management has been terrible. Ive tried to talk to them over an issue with a consultation and they have not returned my call. When I became a patient here I referred friends and family members, but since I realized how unfair they are when it comes to money I decided to look for a different dentist. I will also make sure the people Ive referred there are aware of the issues Ive had in the past few months.

Just had a small cavity filled by Dr. Stubbs. I was very anxious over what to dentists must seem like such a small thing. But Dr. Stubbs was very kind and took my anxiety seriously. She made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. I highly recommend Dr. Stubbs.

The worst dental office I have ever worked with. My 5 year old was sent from the Fairfield office to the Danbury because she needed cavities filled and Danbury is the only location with nitrogen gas.A day before the appointment I was informed none of the doctors could see my daughter and felt it was better she go to another office without a proper explanation. That tells me the Dentist at Gish & Associates areA) incompetent to treat childrenB) has an office staff that are completely rude and dont know how to communicate effectivelyBottom line donT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!

I was disappointed due to the fact when I made the appointment I specifically said, I only need done whatever my insurance covers, which was cleaning, x-rays, and doctors assessment. Well, I had a full mouth debridement without any prior consultation explaining the process was needed and what was the cost. At the checkout counter is when I find out on the extra cost of this debridement and they didnt even know if it was covered by the insurance, they had to call them to be told. No, it wasnt covered. I finally, to end the issue I said, fine Ill pay for it, however, I only had $100 and promised I would call with a payment. I called the next day, I said Im paying with a care-credit card, and Im then told, Id have to come in to pay with that card. I rebutted by telling her, I dont understand, you have the application for this card on your counter, whats the problem, I use the card over the phone all the times with my vets.It seems this office is very disorganized, it seemed with me, as a first time patient, all went wrong. I still have to come in for the final process if my cleaning and I think I may go back. Too many things went wrong, and the appointments are ridiculously too far apart.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Gish and Associates since 1991 and have all kinds of dental work done, from root canals, crowns to regular cleanings. Ive received nothing but first-rate treatment, professional and dedicated service from the a variety of dentists and hygienists. My hygieniest, Stephanie Donnelly has been cleaning and keeping a watchful eye on my teeth for at least 15 years and she does a great job not only with my regular cleanings but monitoring my dental needs.

I always have a great experience when I go for my check ups at this office! The staff is personable and friendly.

Went to this place as a kid. Didn’t have a choice. They destroyed my tooth. All for greed. They gave me a root canal I didn’t need and, of course: it was botched. They used a TEMPORARY filling and pawned it off as permanent. And it was put in wrong! My new dentist kept shaking his head and saying, “Jesus Christ!” when he saw. The tooth now needs to be pulled due to chronic painful infections. Their “handiwork” is well known among other dentists in the area. They also skimp out on novocaine, then mock you and act like they’re doing you a favor when they inject the proper amount. I was surprised when other dentists DIDN’T sneer at me for needing more (which is now rare, instead of EVERY TIME). Oh, and these reviews are suspicious. They were rated 1.5-2 stars a couple years ago.

Its ubelievably amazing how this functioning! This office is about as unprofessional as it can get. Im sitting here in the waiting room listening to the receptionists rip each person apart as they walk in or out. Further more there was a computer problem and they were unable to take appointments; however one said said if its that important theyll call back. Never waste your time with a trashy front end, imagine what their dentistrys like???

I have used Dr. Jack Gish & Associates since 1991 and have found their services to be consistently dependable and professional, as well as caring and courteous, whether it be the receptionists and office staff or the hygienists and dentists. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Gish himself as my own dentist for years and one could not ask for a a better one. Since his retirement, I have seen several other dentists who have provide the same quality care. On the occasions I had unexpected dental emergencies, I was able to schedule an appointment with another dentist quickly and easily. I want to give a shout-out to Dr. Kelly Stubbs and my long time hygienist, Stephanie Donnelly whove provided much of dental care in recent years. Lets face it, no one really likes going to the dentist but if you gotta go to one, I can heartily recommend this practice.

Unfortunately, since another doctor took over the practice I can’t say the same. My procedure was haphazardly done and needed to be corrected by another dentist that I now see. It was then that I was aware the dentist who performed my procedure had done it incorrectly and caused multiple trips to my newer dentist to rectify.I received a bill for almost $1000 almost 2 years after this service was “completed”!! The office failed to give me any detail into why I received this bill. They didn’t know. The billing department has been a hard to deal with. Very rude, very condescending.I am willing to amend this review should the office rectify this ongoing problem.

Dr Roberts is an awesome dentist that makes the experience easier and she cares.....
