Worst place ever. Went in for an appointment waited an hour and a half for them to tell me the doctor was going to take another 20 minutes and I could either reschedule or not wait. I rescheduled and the secretary told she would make sure the doctor saw me first. Came in for my appointment at 8am on a Wednesday, the staff wasn’t even there. They showed up at 8:10. I went in and waited to be called, I was called brought into the room and so was another lady. Few minutes go back and the doctor shows you but he goes to the other room and not mine when they said I’d be the first one to be attended to.I got up and left and all they had to say was “sorry”So unprofessional and all I was doing was cleaning.

It was my first time at this location and I really enjoyed the doctor that I met with. He really explained my situation well and told me step-by-step what needs to get done and made me feel very comfortable. The people at the front desk were very nice and very welcoming, it was very easy to get all my paperwork done and was seen right away. After speaking with the manager and a financial information person they made everything extremely clear on what my insurance covers and told me about various payments options/plans. It was overall a wonderful and extremely comfortable experience, and will be making future appointments for all/any dental needs. I 100% would recommend this place to everyone! I genuinely really did love my experience compared to other dentist that I have seen in the past!

I don’t know what to say . Overall was good but from 2:30 to 6:00pm? Waiting time was around 30 min .3 hours for X-rays ,cleaning , fillings and expressions. Staff was very friendly and so the doctor but I wasn’t expecting to stay almost 4 hours there . I think they need to give more explanations to people and be more organized. Doctor was going back and forth between other rooms and mine, at least 3 times. But over all it’s not a bad practice . I recommend the doctor but won’t recommend the place if you’re looking for something quick . This is the place to spend half a day in .

Over all went in for a cleaning and check and was told I needed a deep cleaning that I couldnt afford but was told by the doctor that it wasnt worth doing a regular check up and cleaning cause a deep cleaning was needed.but yet they did x-rays so they can charge my insurance...basically the doctor made me feel like since I couldnt afford the deep cleaning I couldnt get a regular check up and cleaning unheard.. I went up the road and was able to be serviced and atleast get something done instead of nothing and get sent away.when I was paying for visits they would take my money amd mention I needed it but with state medical they wouldnt touch me...hmmmmmm

I’ve been TERRIFIED of going to the dentist my whole life. I went to Dr. Dental because of unbearable pain and I must say this place restored my faith in dentistry. Everyone is so nice. They recently removed two teeth and made sure I felt nothing. The Dr is literally SO calming and made sure I felt okay throughout the whole extractions. Not to mention they blasted my favorite songs on Alexa for me. I’m so happy to say this is my new dentist home.

I cant begin to describe how happy I was with Dr. Kattas approach at Dr. Dental. Im not what you would call an easy going dental patient, having had many a bad experience with dentists throughout the years. Id come into Dr. Dental nervous about the outcome, but I have to say, when done, I practically skipped out of the office like Marlo Thomas of That Girl fame. Not only was Dr. Katta kind and gentle, he treated me with respect and talked to me rationally, without making me feel like some sort of freak for feeling anxiety. He also did not try and force unnecessary work on me, but rather gave me good solid advice on having the work done, and leaving it up to me to decide. I so appreciate the care he took, and the fact that he didnt try to talk me into doing something that I wasnt ready for. Which means that I will be back. Thats good care, and good patient service.

This place was a disappointment to say the least. Wasnt seen till a hour past my original appointment time. They took X-Rays for a small crack I had in my tooth. The lady looked at it for 15 seconds and then told me I needed a crown that would cost 1,600 dollars. I asked if they can fill it in because it was so small and without hesitation she said that wasnt an option.. (Went to my primary dentis early Monday morning and they filled it in for 300 dollars) Receptionist also said X-Rays and exam was 25 dollars on the phone and charged me 35 after the visit. I never write reviews but I paid for your expertise and you guys misdiagnosed me and constantly told me false information.

Every time I go to my dentist appointment I see a different doctor. At my last cleaning appointment I was prescribed medication for my sensitivity. I was excited about that because other dentists that cleaned my teeth never offered anything for me. I was told I needed a bridge as well. At my next appointment, I went to be measured for the bridge and was explained how that would not be the best decision due to my sensitivity. I heard the dental assistant tell this doctor I have some sensitivity issues. He asked me several questions and showed me other options. He was very patient with me and we decided on the best options. In addition, I had been having another nuisance problem for YEARS and I asked if I could have it eradicated and he said yes, immediately and forwarded me the information I needed to get it done. I know I still have to get these services done and I will send another follow up review then if anything changes. Good luck to others out there.

I’m not sure why anyone would leave a bad review on this place . I see a few regarding overbooking , and I could see where that could cause some frustration. When you have an appointment, you wanna be seen . For me , I was afraid to go to the dentist for a long time , years. So many years have passed that I can’t even remember what happened to make me feel that way . I finally swallowed my fear , and went . I’m so happy I did , the dentist was probably one of the nicest I’ve ever came across, along with the assistants . They’re like normal people that you could probably talk to about anything if you wanted . The only thing I find to be a little frustrating is the receptionist doesn’t seem to be on track . I called to confirm an appointment, and when I got there she said “ I thought you cancelled “ . I was a bit confused because when I called , I made it more then perfectly clear that I was coming in for my appointment. However , I did mention that I did not want to be called at 8:30AM regarding an appointment ( I was contacted at 8:40AM to confirm an appointment ) I honestly don’t want calls at all , but that I will take care of . She proceeded to ask if I had mentioned someone else coming in to the office 🤔 other then that , everything was good . I’m going in for a deep cleaning in a few days , so if anything went wrong , I would for sure update my review , but I don’t believe I will be doing that . I find this place to be quite pleasant . I am extremely honest when it comes to reviews .

Highly recommended I will go no where else! Dr. Arora is The best dentist in the world!!! She sincerely cares I haven’t seen her in 2 years and she still remembered me!!!! I never feel her give me the Novocain!! Shes delicate and effective! I will never see anyone else she really cares! Her dental assistant Manuela was the perfect teammate she was quick, careful and sweet. Kiandra took THE BEST X-rays I have ever taken she was awesome! It’s always the most painful process and This didn’t hurt one bit!!! She didn’t have to retake anything! Everyone was on point with kindness and skills. I love them all!!!

I was pleasantly surprised that Dr. DENTAL and my particular dentist Dr. Katta did not try to pressure me into full mouth x-rays or any services that where not my top priority. He took care of extracting my broken molar and I left with an appointnent for a cleaning and thorough exam. As a Husky-D patient funds are limited to $1000 per year I felt things were handled very efficiently. DR. Katta is also a very pleasant fellow.

My family and I go to Dr Dental for our dental needs. We find them (Danbury location) to be accommodating, understanding and patient, follow COVID protocols and are very thoroughly clean and organized. I really Love the office music

I now have husky and its quiet difficult to find a dentist that takes adult husky but I went online and found dr. Dental near me. I really like dr.katta, he is very polite and professional. I told him about my difficulty with numbing as I went in for a broken tooth and he never rushed me and was very gentle over all. I highly recommend him :) I had to go back for an extraction and that went over all okay but I wish his partner who I guess is now leaving the practice did not really warn me about the discomfort I would feel and it caught me off guard. I actually screamed because I wasnt warned or anything but after that she worked slower with me and realized I am just someone who needs a little more time. I love the front desk staff. I have been there twice but they always return my calls and I got an appointment super quick. When I needed a preop before the extraction they went and scheduled it for me and got all the necessary paper work ready so when I arrived I would be good to go. If it wasnt for the screaming caught off guard moment I would have given you guys a 5 star review. But I plan to be back. My overall rate is more of a 4.8!! I would definitely recommend this dental office :)

Waited over an hour an a half past my appointment time without seeing the doctor at all. Definitely seems like they are over booking appointments because there was a patient in almost every room but only 1 doctor working. After all that wait and no word from the doctor finally I just walked out. While I was waiting I witnessed another patient who was complaining about the same problem. Waiting over an hour past his appointment time. Not very professional and a waste of our times. All that after having to call multiple times trying to set an appointment. I will not be returning to this office.

Place is absolutely terrible. Had a root canal started in September, they forgot to send out approval for the crown. 2 months go by and I had to return twice to replace temporary filling. Then I go for a THIRD time because the temporary filling and another filling came out. The Doctor tells me she only scheduled me for one filling and I would have to wait to fill the other. Now finally in FEBRUARY my crown came. The Dentist puts the crown in and sends me home with all the excess cement still stuck in between my teeth. And the Doctor caught an attitude when I went back inside unhappy with her work and told her to remove the excess cement . I highly recommend a different dentist.

I have never in my life been so disappointed with service, timeliness, and over all lack of communication. I have been waiting for months to have my teeth cleaned and when I called for my appointment I was assured I would be able to get my teeth cleaned properly when I got there I had to wait and watch people walk in the door just arriving to work, I was there early for my appointment 1st one of the days so I wouldnt have to wait. Then after waiting longer for the dentist to come into the Room Im told that she cant clean my teeth because theyre not allowed to use the machine which I was not made aware of. I would not have wasted my time or theirs had I known this, very unprofessional

EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE. I WOULD SCREAM FROM ANY ROOFTOP TELLING ANY AND EVERYONE TO RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF THIS PRACTICE. This practice is terrible at everything. Lack of communication, unorganized. They drag every procedure into multiple appointments so they can milk the insurance. They will schedule your appoint cancel your appointment multiple times in a day Then still call u back to confirm. The manager confirmed people quit very often which assisted in the facility being in such a terrible state.

Honestly one of the best dental experience ever

I had to get a deep cleaning (gum cleaning) yesterday and at first it sounded awfully painful and I did not want to have it done at all. The staff was very nice and informative and they explained the process to me thoroughly so I had it done. It wasn’t as painful as I had made it up in my head to be and the doctor was very attentive to asking if I was alright if I was in any pain. The nurse even held my hand! I highly recommend this place.Sara L.

Everyone at Dr Dental was so professional and nice to me. The office was clean and had a place for kids to play. They took X-rays and did my cleaning. I was prepared for major work, but found out my teeth are in great shape. Dr. Aurora was so thoughtful and kind and did a great job on my teeth. I never write reviews but I had such a good experience and I know my review can help someone who is hesitant or nervous about their first visit. The front desk Jennifer was so welcoming and reassuring me when I got there. I then saw Dr. Arora and she was so down to earth I felt so comfortable with her and she went over my dental options and explained everything to me from start to finish. She was patient and answered ALL my questions I was so nervous before this visit because I havent been to the dentist in over 4 years but Im so glad I went here. I would honestly recommend anyone to this office they are caring and will help you with anything you need.

They did nothing. The tech kept messing up the xrays. No organization at all! They didn’t tell me they don’t do treatments and I’ll have to go to Waterbury. Didn’t even try relieve pain. Never again!

I had a great first experience here, but even more important, my 5 year old did also. After having a negative experience at a different dentist, she was nervous about her first visit here but everyone was wonderful with her and shes actually looking forward to going back.

My visit was pleasant, they made sure I was comfortable and I noticed a bunch of kids and adults, coming in and out with with smiles on their faces. They seem to accommodate all ages and are pretty flexible with getting an appointment. Front desk is great to deal with so it seems management must be doing something right. I will def. go again and bring my son when the time comes.

I had a cleaning done last week and wait almost 30 minutes just to be called in, then on top of that had to wait another 15-20 to see the dentist. I ended up speaking to the office manger. Who in my eyes were one of the most unprofessional people I have ever met! She had a nasty attitude, and a smart come back for everything. Very poor professionalism and I plan to never go back for a visit.

I will not return here. I had an appointment for my 2 year old and we waited almost an hour before being called back and once back there we waited another 15 mins for the dentist to walk by and go see the person who came in AFTER me who was an adult. When I asked they said he just had to write something down and those of you with young child know how hard it is to entertain a kid in a chair who is already scared of what is going on. So I let her down and she went into hall only to find the doctor was in fact not writing anything down but was taking care of the patient who came in after me in space next to us. This is not how you handle patients who are 2 and scared of their surroundings by making them wait over an hour for their appointment and lie to them.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They take their time to listen and answer all my questions. And their prices are very reasonable and I like how they work with you to help you out

My daughter had an appt at 12:30pm but we had finished our errands an hour early. We were already in the area and thought I should call just to see if there were any cancellations. The person who picked was so sweet and patient and picked up on the 2nd ring. She said we should come in since everyone who was schedule for 11:30 was already there. We got there around 11:40 and within 5 minutes she was called in. Everyone was so nice and very informative when we got to the back. Ive been bringing my daughters here for years. Ive gone to the one in Waterbury and they dont even come close. Thank you for making it easy to be there. You guys are great!!!

She has a way of getting patients to relax , even the kids willingly cooperate . She explains the issue thoroughly and professionally , so you can make an informed decision on what procedures to get done without any pressure .
