I had my first appointment here at this location and I have to give my kudos. I haven’t been to a doctors office in years because of how many bad experiences I have had, but I have to say that the NP Sherry Pass and the nurse(forgot her name) were so amazing! It was efficient, profession, and very throughout. I also, would like to say it is amazing that it is so cost effective for people without insurance! This will now be my preferred doctors office. :)

Extremely unprofessional staff. Attempted to contact by phone to set up an appointment, no one ever answered. Don’t bother calling- waist of time. Stopped in and was told there were booked for the day with appointments, had to take a lunch, and meetings. The person in front of me was able to make an appointment the next day. When it was my turn, I was told it would be two day before they would be able to schedule my in. I told the lady at the front desk, you started multiple appointment times to the person in front of me for the next day, why am I unable to be scheduled for tomorrow? She started it was due to my insurance provider. I’m sorry, that makes absolutely no sense. Left and when to a different walk-in clinic.

Usually, I’m scared to go to the doctor but they made me feel completely comfortable. Just went in for a regular checkup and told her some things I was worried about. Felt like I could confide in them. Completely affordable as well .

I liked the PA, but the overall experience was horrible. Unprofessional nurse and the wait was horrible even though I was the only one there.After all that my prescription were called in to the wrong pharmacy.All this would be ok if you were not sick, but that misses the entire point.Never will I go back, too many good options.

I visited the clinic for bronchitis. I thought they did a great job for me. They were very professional but also very friendly and comforting. Most importantly the physisians assistant listened to me and prescribed medicine that really helped me. I will go back there again. Its nice to know that theyre there for us and they have great hours for people who work days or cant make it in the day. Its a good place to go.

Medical staff are very helpful and very nice to us we been there for flue shots . They accept most of all insurance. Special want to mention. They do accept Ammbeter Peach state insurance becoz its new to there area and very few doctors tale this insurance. This Walmart clinic tale care of you very well . No much time to wait

My favorite walk in clinic so far, affordable price, Dr Muna Wagner she is very professional and helpful at any concert that you might have. Im happy with the service.

Nurse Practitioner Muna and Debra were so helpful with getting necessary labs. A lot of work was required over two days but they were courteous and professional at all times. Lowest prices of the four places checked as well. Overall great experience.

It was quick and easy. I notice that the review before mine had a bad experience. I can say that that was not my experience at all. They had the upmost professionalism and explained everything thoroughly. The hours and location are convenient. Also, there were no surprises on the bill. You pay exactly what is listed. Went in for a strep test- $59 consult and $8 test. $67 total.

I normally have no complaints with the Clinic. Today, however, I do. I took my 9 year old son there. We arrived at 7 PM. I checked the website and the hours said they were open until 8 PM. I walked in and explained the my son needed to be seen for a rash that had suddenly appeared on his trunk and was told they had just taken their last patient back. If you dont take patients after 7, then that is what the posted hours should be. I would have understood if it were 7:30 or 7:45 or if there were people in the waiting room. I understand that they need to close in a timely manner. As it was, I had already brought my son out in severe storms to be seen, there was an hour until close and there was nobody waiting. I have been there several times with my four children and this is why I gave 3 stars. If I had been rating solely on tonight, it would have been a 1.

Absolutely the worst! Got there 15 min before closing needing a strep test and they had already locked the doors and refused to see us.

It’d be really nice if the people in the waiting area would actually speak to you, let you know if they could take a walk-in at the moment, and get you on the track of actually being seen by someone, rather than sitting at the desk texting away on their phone. Waited for 40 minutes, and wasn’t told a single thing, not even a, “Oh, we’re booked at the moment, but can see you in the next hour“ or even a, “We’re booked for the day, but we can make an appointment for you tomorrow.”

Drove for 20 mins to come here, I live in Rossville, GA....got here at 115 pm they said they close for an hour lunch at 130 I would have to wait or come back another time, but heres whats funny....they dont have a lunch time posted on the hours!!!!! Yall need to fix that! Or get the proper amount of staff to cover lunch hour

I wouldnt even give a 1 star. It is false advertisement. I looked a web site and called the number where the price say 59.99 for visit 20 for strep test. So I take my sick child and Im told visits start at $100 test could range from $30 to $40. So I asked why both web site and automated message say what they say oh they are supposed to change it. Well will you honor what it says no we cant. I can see her Dr in the morning for $60 . Dont lie.to people and that a what they are doing.

Great experience. Doctor and nurese on duty were very professional and treated my condition correctly and have followed up twice with me. I couldnt have been better cared for. Thanx for saving my life

Absolutely the worst! Staffed by dubious Nurse Practitioners. After a night a zero sleep, I was sent away with only oral instructions for treatment, nothing in writing. They were rude when I called and complained about this later, and you cant call the individual clinics. You can only reach their call centers. Worthless! My worst experience with a clinic ever.

I was there today and will NEVER go back there. Very unprofessional and you dont get to see a Dr only a nurse practitioner. Done a flu swab and it came back negative but still put me on tamiflu. And false advertisements on the prices. Very horrible service.

Called on Sunday at 3:39 pm and made a 5 pm appt. Drove down to the clinic and was told I didn’t have a appt. I told them I called and they told me I called their call center and I said it was a Dalton number and I didnt know it was a call center. They acted like they didn’t want to see me. I told them I could go somewhere else but since I work for Walmart I came here. So I called the same Dalton number back spoke to a gentleman this time and he said the same thing no appt. I went off on him I said why call and set a appt and it don’t get posted through your call center. I told him I work for Walmart if I got treated this way how would a customer get treated like this

Refuse to give their opinion on a medical release form. They said they cant justify anything on here. Had my other clinic sign it and they didnt have to justify anything. She was being lazy.

I called my GP on Tuesday morning but they had no openings for the rest of the week, but did call me in a Z-Pak. But by the time my daughter got home that evening it was obvious that I needed to see a doctor and get a steroid shot. By this time it was 5:45 and most walk-in clinics were closed. My daughter called the WALK-IN Clinic at Walmart on Shugart Road in Dalton to make sure they were open until 8:00 like it said online. They told her yes they were there until 8:00, I live in Murray County so by the time we got there it was 6:30. We were met in the lobby by a woman I assume was the doctor, she told us she was there by herself and had 2 appoints and would not see me. My daughter tried to tell her she had just called and been told they were open until 8:00 and if they werent taking walk-ins they should have told her. But before my daughter could finish the woman said Im not going to see you and walked off. My daughter called Hamilton Convenient Care, they were open until 8:00 as well. But before we drove there she asked if we came would they see me? They said of course they would, by the time we got there and got signed in I saw Dr Kyle Parton by about 7:00. The staff was super friendly and I received excellent care and got the steroid shot I needed. I would recommend Hamilton Convenient Care to anyone as well as Dr Kyle Parton. As for the Walk-In Clinic at Walmart..... I had never been there and Ill never go back. It was 6:30, an hour and a half before they closed, the doctor, I feel, could have seen me as well as the 2 appointments she had in that amount of time. But to be honest with the treatment I received in the lobby I dont think I would have received the medical care I needed.

Office personal is rude and not very helpful. Long wait periods even if there is not any other patients.

I arrived at this no appointment necessary clinic at 9:30 and the waiting area was empty but I was told I would have to come back at 11:30 because they were booked. I told the lady I just needed my bp medicine refilled, she said its been 4 months since you were last seen so you will have to be seen and you will have to come back in 2 hours because we are booked. If you are booked wouldnt there have been people in there waiting. Making me come back every 3 months just so I can get my bp medicine that Ive been on for at least 15 years is ridiculous. Most Drs will do 6 months and if no problems with the medicine will even do a prescription with enough refills for 12 months. Walmart is just after the money. But my main complaint is them telling me they were booked for the next 2 hours but there wasnt a single person in the waiting area.

I would warn anyone going, they will talk about you within earshot. They have done this twice to me, two of the front desk girls and Muna too. If you value your privacy, do not visit this establishment because I guarantee you if they will do it within your earshot, they most surely do outside of business. I get office gossip may be inevitable to some degree but this is unprofessional and appalling.

This is NOT a Doctor! This is a joke of a place to see anybody who will help you! You know everybodys business just being in the waiting room they are loud & discuss your problem s loudly it is very unprofessional! You will get more help from.your pharmacist.. My friend had a severe cough with chest pain from it.. They told him to take over the counter cough syrup which is what he had been doing is why he has not gotten better.. They was acting like all he wanted was Pills & all he was wanting was a shot to get better after being sick for 2 weeks already.. Charged him $70 to tell him to buy some cough syrup from the pharmacy & ask him if he had any of the ibuterol he had from a prescription he had for it when he had pneumonia 2 years ago... Im telling you people you kid would treat you better with there play nurse kit...

Traveling and feeling terrible coming down with something walked in at 7:45pm. Three staff standing there and said Sorry, we dont see patients after 7:30. And I say, Really the sign says 8pm. And they tell me Sorry, come back at 8am, we shut our computers off at 7:30. Unbelievable, aTERRIBLE way to treat a patient!!!

I went to one of my regular doctors for a sport physical and they said I had a low pulse and high blood pressure and the reason was cause they had been talking about me and my condition very loud and rudely around the other patients so when I refused to pay for something they wouldnt give me I went to Walmart care clinic I walked in and was seen quickly and I passed with flying colors I will come here from now on!!!!!
