This place was amazing. I am a truck driver and had been to the doctor a couple times for it with no success.. I had a pickup near Dalton and had been crying most of the day because I felt so bad. I called Physicians Care and told them my situation as I went to crying as I still felt bad. My family doctor refused to let me in her office building and didnt exam me. The ladies I talked to here told me to come on and they would help me feel better. When I got there, they were welcoming, friendly and actually cared about my health. They did flu test, covid test and both were negative. They found my problem and talked to me about fixing it on the road and our next steps. The doctor took his time with me and talked to me like a human. I am so thankful for this place and that I found it. If you are in this area, please visit them. They are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable!!! Best urgent care I have ever been to!!!

I would give less than a star if possible, we have been here twice in the last few days and both times have lied to us on the phone and refused us medical care when we got here. Today they refused to give us covid test, after we called to ensure they would. Good luck if this is your only option.

The appointment went well. The staff were nice. My complaint is that they didn’t call me with the results of my Covid test or post them on the portal. I had to call to find out I tested positive.

I am a Registered nurse, and I have never met a doctor more knowledgeable than Dr. Heldzinger. You could tell he had thoroughly researched and was not just there for the money. I was very, very impressed. I hope my insurance goes through, so I can make him my primary care physician. If you are looking for a doctor who doesnt just want to throw medicine at your symptoms and thoroughly cares about your health; then I strongly suggest you make an appointment to see him. God bless.

This was the cleanest doctors office I’ve ever been in. I could see where everything had been wiped down and smelled extremely clean. Also had a air purifier in the room. The nurse and doctor were both very good at their jobs. Will definitely be back. Faster than other walk in clinics in dalton and receptionist is also very nice.

I dont like to write poor reviews, however, the overall service was awful. I understand this is a walkin clinic but the wait time was insane (3.5 hours). When I walked in, the lady at the front desk didnt say hello or anything just pointed to the screen for me to fill out. Then you go outside and wait in your car until they are ready to see you. When they finally called me in, I sat in the waiting room for another 45 mins until my room was ready. Then, waited another 45 mins for the doctor to come in. The doctor walked in my room and didnt introduce himself or anything. He quickly checked my heart rate and said I looked ok. I waited 3.5 hours for the unnihilistic doctor to tell me I am ok. The best part is he didnt even walk me out of the room to the lobby area. This place has no personal touch of kindness and you are literally just a number to them. Will definitely not be going back.

Honestly besides the waiting period which understandable, given the fact that its a Walk-In Clinic. This place was very professional, organized, sweet, funny staff. The physician that took care of me, I felt like he listened to my concern. Very quick Ready to go. I can say that I recommend this Clinic for any urgent matters. Right now they are given out Rapid Covid Test for anyone that is needing it.

A nice way of getting checked in. Paperwork could be done to some degree on the phone. It would be even better if all of it could be done on the phone. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic place, and extremely nice and sociable staff! Showed up with 10 guys for Corona testing due to company policy. Took too much time before closing so the Dr. and ladies stayed late to process everyone so we could get results and keep everyone as safe as possible. Really great group, and I am very appreciative of their extra efforts and great work!

Took my daughter for testing due to being exposed at school. Scheduled appointment and was in and out. Dr and nurses were wonderful. I would schedule appointment and not walk in due to high volume. Have been for other things in the past as well. They are wonderful.

Excellent place for care. The ladies are so friendly. Im a long haul trucker and was having a severe allergic reaction to something. They kept me laughing and laughed with me. They were so kind and understanding. The nurse that gave me my shot was excellent. Im terrified of needles but she was so gentle and it was only a mild sting I felt. Im so grateful. They were able to help me and I didnt need to go to the hospital.

From the beginning to the end they were so professional, nurse wonderful doctor was wonderful I have no complaints they took care of me got to my problem made me feel very happy. I will recommend them to anybody. And I will go to them from now on he might dont think he was my doctor but hes my doctor now. All I have to say it was excellent.

An hour wait to get a COVID test is ridiculous. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are still going to call you back an hour late??? Only to stick a swab halfway up your nose which takes literally less than a minute. Will never come here again after this mess. Go anywhere but here, the drive in centers are way better and less expensive.

Received someone elses discharge papers. Still waiting to verify money I paid was credited to my account or to the mans account that I received his paperwork. However the doctor was detailed and seemed to actually care about my health. I would highly recommend him .

I was recommended the Physicians Care as a cheaper and faster alternative than the hospital to get some testing done. I went online, made an appointment, checked in early and was out within 30 minutes, with my results and a prescription. The receptionist, assistant, and doctor were all very nice and helpful. If I have any health issues, Physicians Care will be my go to from now on.

Everything was awesome! I was very impressed with the nurse, Dr., front desk clerk, as well as the cleanliness and appearance. When I returned a phone call I had received the next day, I was also impressed by how quickly I was able to talk to the nurse who had called me. Plus you can “hold your place” in line. This is almost like having an appointment made ahead. You can do this online. You can fill out all new patient paperwork and even send in your insurance cards online. You receive a text with a link to check in upon arrival. We were able to check in before even getting out of our car. When we went inside we didn’t have to do anything but wait to be called back. We didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room or for the Dr. The nurse was extremely friendly and personable. We will definitely be returning when a walk in clinic is needed in the future.

First off we scheduled at 9:20, we arrive at 9:10 and there is no front desk representative. The MA from the back said sign in and when the front desk arrives she will help us. Fast forward 9:50!!!!!! Yes 9:50, there are now numerous people just sitting there as we look at one another all not feeling well and no one has arrived to help. Unprofessional and unacceptable in a place of business and medical on top of that! Then I get a phone call at 10:02 from a lady telling me they didn’t accept my daughter’s insurance and couldn’t see her, what a joke! I told her they couldn’t see anyone and we had already left the building. I got a notification my appointment was canceled, it wasn’t the could not adequately treat my young child. Insurance to the side she needed to be seen and we could’ve paid for that, NEVER again would I step foot into this poorly ran establishment or refer anyone. The doors should have been closed if they didn’t have staff members opposed to letting patients book and just sit. I would give it zero stars if I could, none knew what they were doing, you call a potential patient almost an hour after they book to tell them you don’t accept the insurance, and obviously she was oblivious to the fact we had already left for lack of medical employees!!!!

Awesome physicians! Great care and communications on my 1st visit, which was this April. The 2nd time- was last wk an was a little more challenging, perhaps because of the covid surge? I called every day for 3 days an no one answered. I also left messages begging someone to help me access my patient portal- needed instructions and no one ever called me back. I finally received a call 4 days later, w my test results on that Friday. I tested on that Monday, That Was Not the case however when I 1st visited in April I had all of my results by the next morning and I didnt have to call them, they called me. I did see a different provider on the 1st visit, however as I said before I think the majority of the reason for that was the covid surge the lab was probably backed up last week. They typically have pcr an flu tests back much sooner. They do also offer Rapid covid testing that takes about 10-15 min. I did get those results at my visit Both times, however pcr is a little more accurate and I also flu tested an those are currently/typically taking about 72 hrs is what I was told.

Terrible customer /patient service. Made appt checked in early too. Was told appt were not really taken in order and there really wasnt a point in making appointment because they dont follow the order. Waited a hour in the car then 25 mins in lobby then put in a room and waited again. The NP not in any hurry to keep things flowing either. Dont come here if you dont have hours to wait and wait. Would give zero stars if i could.

The staff was friendly, fast, and treated ppl like you would expect from a medical facility. The hospitals burn out their employees and the nurses and doctors go through the aggravating motions for each “patient”. The walk in clinic was amazing in customer service, friendliness, wand speed. The clinic also treated me like an ill patient instead Dan insurance card holder that we can run 5-6 test that cost a few grand a piece to keep their salaries in tact too. At Hamilton my “doctor” once a day at 10:00 - 10:30. We wouldn’t listen to me? Bit could determine my 24 hours of treatment with hearing a word i said. Thanks Dr Dasai you set the bar so low it will not be hard to surpass your skills.

Made and appointment for 11:45 got there at 11:30 to fill out paperwork and did not walk out unitl 2:30 horrible place to go, and the receptionist is rude as she can be!! I asked why the wait was so long her reply was becuase of walk ins so i guess the appointment thing is usless!!

Be very careful using this doctors office. Was charged for a covid test, to which they kept my card on file and today ran said card for an additional 183$ without my consent. Very unprofessional. I will not use them again.

When I came in at the last minute they explained they wasnt taking any more patients because they was about to close... when I explained how desperate I was in need of care due to a bad sinus infection they went ahead and took care of me right away... I greatly appreciated the care I received, even tho it was last minute, I didnt feel as if they didnt care with it being at the end of the day nor did I feel as if I was rushed out the door... it just made everything even better simply because the staff was absolutely amazing.

Worst experience in a quick Covid test clinic. You guys promised me a results in 24hours so I could go back to my country the next day. I was stuck at the border for 5 hours because you couldnt provide it. Three days later I still didnt receive my results. I did about 30 test of this kind in the last year and you guys are the worst Ive seen. Congratulations. Oh yeah I forgot, the receptionist was sleeping at her desk last friday.

I have waited before posting this because I was so frustrated when I left Physician’s Care yesterday. I had scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon and received a call that I needed to wait and come the next day. When I asked what time, the receptionist told me to come at 8:00 when they open. I told her that was fine and that I would be there. I was there a little before 8:00 with about 10 others. Once I made it to the front counter I told her I was there for my 8:00 appointment, completed my paperwork, and went to my car to wait to be called. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, I go back in to make sure I hadn’t been overlooked (I tried to call them but no one ever answered the phone). I mentioned again that I had an 8:00 appointment. She was very rude telling me that I didn’t have an appointment and she was just telling me what time they open. That was not the conversation we had the previous day. I go back to my car and watch other people that arrived after me come and go. I was finally called to come back in around an hour later. I waited over 2 hours which would have been fine if the waiting room wasn’t almost empty by the time I was called back. I believe the receptionist intentionally made me wait and called other people before me. Once I made it into the exam room, the ladies were very nice and it was quick. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I have never used a public format to address an issue before. However, no one will answer your call and I was unable to talk to anyone about this. I recommend others save themselves much aggravation and frustration and use another healthcare organization other than Physicians Care. Someone from Physicians Care is welcome to call me. You have my number because you were able to call me and tell me I needed to come in the next day instead of at the time I had originally scheduled online.

What terrible service. I brought my grandmother who is 75 to be tested for covid & flu. She couldnt be seen due to doctor leaving early for emergency, understandable. Lady at front desk tells us to come back tomorrow. So we did early and drove 25min to get here for another lady to turn my grandmother away and say sorry we arent taking new patients. Why wasnt this informed to us yesterday? What a waste of time making an older lady go through all of this. When they could of easily said sorry no new patients the first time we came to their office.

I was trying to go to this clinic to get tested for Covid and see a doctor. Upon arriving, I was told that I would need to schedule an appointment. This was strange because Ive been tested once before, at this same place, no appointment needed. But, I refrained from arguing and just asked when I could get tested. This was a Saturday, 1:00 pm. The next spot, which was open, was on Monday at 12 pm. Skip forward to Monday, I arrive five minutes before and go to the front desk. 1. They do not have me in their system. 2. The clerk continued to brush it off to the side, not giving me any answers. 3. I had to then get in line for my test. 4. It took hours before I was finally tested.The doctors Ive met here are nice, but their staff is lackluster at best. Not only wasted my time, but as well assured me to never come here again. Its sad, considering this place is close to home. But, I cant tolerate the sense of unprofessionalism coming from the staff.I hope you have a better experience than I. I give it two stars, theres much better alternatives than here.

I waited over 2 hours in the room before anyone even came in to speak to me. just to get one covid test done. i do not recommend this place what so ever.

I have not been feeling great for the last few days, and I am pretty sure it is just a cold, but because I work with a lot of people and many of them are older, I decided to get a COVID test at this location because they do the rapid test. My family had used the particular facility before back in October, when my wife tested positive, so I was familiar with them. On Wednesday morning (12/9), I went online and did a Hold My Spot at this location for 3:05 PM that afternoon. I then sent in all the information they requested (driver’s license, insurance card, other information). Within a few minutes, I received a call from the receptionist saying they were no longer doing any COVID tests that day, so I went back online and made an appointment for 9:44 AM the next day (12/10). I received a text saying, “Your estimated visit is at 9:44 am on 12/10.” On Thursday morning I drove into the parking lot of this location at 9:25 AM and walked in to tell them I was there, and the receptionist told me she could not find my scheduled appointment, so she added me to her list. I went out and sat in my truck at that point. At 9:45 AM I received a text message saying, “Please check with the front desk soon. We may not be able to hold your visit.” I went back in and made sure I was on the list and was told I was. At 10 AM, I received another text saying, “We’re sorry that you’re having trouble making it to the clinic. In order to keep other patients in process, we have removed you from the queue.” Needless to say, when I received the second text, I went back in and checked to make sure I was on the list and the receptionist assured me I was on the list. She mentioned something about not being able to log into the online system, which I assume is the Hold My Spot appointments. I didn’t think anything about it at the time and went back out to my truck to wait. I went back into the building to check every hour after that point on the hour, and in the last hour I went from “2 people before me” to “1 person before me.” They finally called me to come in at 12:47 PM! I ended up just sitting in my truck for 3 hours because this location’s computer would not log into the online system, they couldn’t see the appointments that had been scheduled, and I ended up being treated like I was just a walk-in even though I made an appointment. In fact, the same scenario happened at this location back in October too (the texts were still on my phone), there was just no one in the facility waiting at that time we showed up then. Once I was in the facility yesterday, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they treated me well, that is why I am giving a two star review rather than a one. I am just extremely frustrated because I thought I had an appointment, so I did not bring anything to do and ended up basically wasting more than half a day sitting in the parking lot with nothing to do except play on my phone.

There is no way to reach anyone when calling the office. The phone tree repeats until it goes to a voicemail for Courtland thats obviously not monitored. Even though I indicated on paperwork that info could be left in a voicemail, all I was told was to call back. I cant reach anyone to get my lab results!The prior response to a review saying that staff is too busy to answer phones is a blatant lie. I sat in the waiting room for HOURS and the girl at the front desk didnt answer a single phone call and browsed her personal phone the entire time. I will never be back.

I walked in, filled out my paperwork and sat patiently. Within moments, I was taken back. In no time at all, I was checked by the Nurse Practitioner and off on my merry way. Everyone was very kind and I felt I had been diagnosed properly. I would not hesitate to go again if necessary.

Dr. Allen, his nurse and staff were so kind and helpful. They rushed my daughter, who had bad burns, through the process and eased her pain quickly.
