Awesome and communicative! Dr. Chhutani took the time out of her busy schedule to video chat me about a procedure that I was nervous about. The staff is great also!

I dont even have enough words to describe how great this doctor was on delivering my wifes baby. She was extremely professional through out the entire process and was always available to answer questions and deal with any issues we had. On the day of the delivery she was quick and made sure that the entire procedure was done in a great manner. My baby could not be healthier and my wife is already recovering just fine!

Staff is rude, does not return phone calls, and when asks questions you were told only she can answer, she passes the buck as the doctors fault. Dr. Chhutani is uninterested in spending the requisite time with you to explain all the details of hormone therapy, does not go over your labs before injecting you with pellets, will not check in on you between procedures to see how your body is handling pellets, I could go on.After I showed up for my 2nd round of pellets, she injected more estrogen and testosterone and then asked how my prescribed progesterone was going, to which I answered I did not know I should even be taking progesterone. She never told me to take it and her office never called it anyway. I experienced heavy bleeding for weeks on it and had to call multiple times to her office before Jay her nurse bothered to call me back. She told me to stop taking it for one week and then resume and I would not bleed again. WRONG. Never followed up to see how I was doing, etc. Tried to give them one more shot after my GYNO convinced me that Chhutani would absolutely not approve of this going on. So, they called me and made an appointment for virtual which I believed was to finally answer all of my questions that had never been addressed and to make me feel comfortable enough with returning as a patient. They were late calling me on the day it was scheduled and then demanded money. DONE. Cannot discourage using this doctor or her nurse strongly enough.

***Please stay away from here****New appointment for a pregnancy. This place is so unprofessional from the poor taste front desk receptionist to the staff. Went in as a new patient and filled out all required information. I have 2 insurances, primary and secondary. Receptionist called my insurance and allegedly they couldnt find me in the system. Advised receptionist to kindly try again. She refused and said I needed to do it myself and reschedule for another appointment or pay in full over $500 something dollars to be seen. I was in shock of why I should need to pay that amount of money if I have two insurances, which by the way they refused to even run my second insurance. Asked to speak to a manager and why did I do that. She was way worse than the reception. She had a nasty distasteful attitude right off the bat. She advised me to reschedule as well and that they were not going out of there way to help a new pregnant patient. I would strongly recommend women to not go here. They definitely dont care about patients and there motto is so fake. This is a self worshiping company that has no true desires in really looking out for their patients. I will never step foot in that shabby office again.

My obgyn oncologist referred me to her once I was all clear. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she is absolutely AMAZING. She is very thorough, easy to speak to and answers your questions. I highly recommend her.

Was very nervous for my appointment, thus got there very early. Front desk was friendly and quick. Sheila Chhutani was my doctor and she was exceptional. She was very patient with my questions, took her time with me, and was overall friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. I found her unexpectedly, or I guess she found me (had to have unexpected surgery and she performed my surgery) and now I have found a doctor I can go to for my yearly health screenings. Appt was at 9am and I was out by 9:30. I recommend.

Dr Chhutani is wonderful and my pap smear appointment with her went really well. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The only issue I have is with the hospital itself. The receptionists and people on the phone are pretty rude. When you call and ask a question it seems like it hurts them to give you an answer or help. I went 2 weeks ago for my pap smear and still hadnt heard anything about my results. I called to ask if everything was okay and someone rudely said, she doesnt call the patient for normal test results. OKAY well no one told me that when I was in the office for my visit. I will debate on going back for a follow up next year and definitely wont consider this hospital for any future pregnancies.

Dr Chhutani has been my Dr for over 20 years, first in Wheaton IL and now here in Dallas, she is by far one of the best Dr’s in the field. I trust her implicitly. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Chhutani is the best gynecological doctor Ive seen. She is knowledgeable and up-to-date with the latest research in her field. Her bedside manner is impeccable and she listens to you intently to give you the best care possible. Ive called multiple times with questions and I ALWAYS get an answer within 24 hours, but usually it is the same day. I highly recommend her.

LOVE DR. CHHUTANI!!! She has been my doctor for several years and she has ALWAYS been very helpful and puts my mind at ease whenever I have any health concerns. Her bedside manner is polite and not rude in any way. The office is very clean and bathrooms are always stocked with necessary items. If I leave a message with her medical assistant she calls back same day. I wholeheartedly recommend her and Dr. Weprin at this same practice for your OB/GYN needs.

The system made me give at least 1 star. I wouldnt give this Dr a star if she was the last doc on earth! Very rude.... Who gave this Dr her license? Whoever did, theirs need to be revoked as well. Ladies please, if you want your child birth to go as stress free as possible, if you want to be knowledgeable about your pregnancy the whole way through, do not come here. I had a relative who had a very disturbing experience with this Dr and I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Stay woke, Stay Blessed ladies.

She has been my wife’s ob/gyn for several years, and she has always been professional, compassionate, and thorough. Recently we had a situation where we spun out of control with self diagnoses and internet searches; Dr. Chhutani sat us down, laid out the facts and set a plan of action restoring our mental peace. Dr. Chhutani is the best! She is so humane and compassionate. I have real trouble handling this type of doctor and she was so fast and gentle. I did have a little bit of a freak out and she was SO kind.

This is the best office in town. So glad I dont have to worry about going for my yearly dreaded visit. Great nurse and Dr. Chhutani is the best. Highly recommend!!

My previous ob/GYN doctor stopped doing OB when I got pregnant so I had to find an OB (my first pregnancy) I came across Dr Chuttani and I absolutely love her! She didnt deliver my baby as I hoped for but! Her partner did and she was amazing as well. Definitely recommend.

MD Chhutani has absolutely no bedside manner which is vital when going though a process as stressful as childbirth. She also performed a botched circumcision on our newborn and gave incorrect lab information. Not a doctor I would recommend ever.

Dr. Chhutani is the best doctor I have been to. She is very compassionate, caring, explains everything thoroughly, she has patience. Dr. Chhutani is a great professional and knowledgeable, and she goes beyond of just being a doctor. She takes time to listen to her patients. She discusses multiple choices of treatments or options, always looking for the best well being of her patients. Wish I found her when I was much younger. She makes sure you understands. I was billed for a test I wasn’t told would be ran and did not ask for. Then I was told by someone that worked in the office that that was common. It took the office over a year to tell me they would not be covering the bill. Disaapointed in the situation and how it was handled.
