De. DeLeon, PA Renee and the office staff are amazing! They guided me through my first pregnancy and I couldnt be happier with the care I received. I felt supported and listened to through the entire process, up to and including delivery. I 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for and OB in the Dallas or Irving area.

I was racial profiled as soon as I entered the door. Wouldn’t recommend. I find a doctor that has a more welcome environment regardless of race.

I have been seeing Renee for about 20 years. She is so knowledgeable and caring. She is down to earth and will tell you exactly how to improve your health. She is one of the reasons that my daughter is alive today.

You know you can see if the dr is any good when an emergency happens. I needed surgery due to fibroids and dr. DeLeon scored a 💯 % ! From the pre-op, surgery, recovery, and post -op, I was taken care of! If you are looking for a old school, caring, gentle, straight forward, trusting PHYSICIAN, Dr. DeLeon’s office is the place to go. He has been my Dr. For my last 2 pregnancies. 7 yrs later again he is the Dr i have chosen. His staff are always helpful cheerful in good spirit. I’ve been to Dr Deleon for both of my pregnancies, I can not express how grateful I am for such a friendly professional doctor. I had high risk pregnancies, he was comforting and always helpful. Dr. D is awesome. When I found out I was pregnant I initially went to him because they were the first opening I could find to get to ASAP. I continued going because the whole experience was always great. I had minor complications and it being my first pregnancy I freaked out often about small things and if my baby was okay. The staff and Dr. D always accommodated me and helped me work through it. My little one is now 7 weeks old and her delivery was flawless thanks to Dr. D. I highly recommend!

Honestly, I could probably write a couple of good chapters on Dr. De Leon. He is by far one of the best doctors anyone could ask for. Ive been a patient of his for almost 13 years. I did cheat on him for about a year because of insurance reasons but we made up several years ago and am so happy we did. Dr. De Leon delivered my youngest child, 3 of my grand babies and helped me with some health concerns and procedures.Dr. De Leon and his office personnel have always been polite, courteous, professional and very approachable. They have helped me numerous times with appointments, cancellations, rescheduling, questions about billing, coverage, results and have always been very patient with me. We all have busy schedules and sure we all expect to be seen quickly so we can get back to our busy lives but remember that he is an OB doctor and has many patients. Some that may be waiting for him at the hospital to deliver (imagine that). Dr. De Leon is a good listener and explains things thoroughly and in ways that you understand. Although he may not have all the answers (all the time), he surely will offer great guidance and his best recommendations. So, when you do visit his office, or any doctor office for that matter, remember to have a little more patience and understanding. It will be worth it.Dr. De Leon is genuine, professional, understanding and very knowledgeable. He is one of a kind. He has been there for me through some difficult times in my life and I am forever grateful. Dr.Deleon and the staff were great! Never once did I have issues nor think to change GYN. Walked into his office and he was very positive, his appointments are quick and answered all my questions.On the day of delivery his on call shift started at 6am- I was watching the clock to pass this time so no other on call doctor would deliver.He was quick to respond when it was time to push. The room had a positive vibe and very reassuring.The day after he came to check on me at the hospital & took a picture with my son!I had just told my husband that my next pregnancy will be with Dr.Deleon for as long as he’s still practicing.Thank you Dr.Deleon

Dr. Nguyen is the absolute sweetest! She is very personable. I was able to fully express my concerns and issues with her and then we both established a plan for my care. She also personally called me with my lab results. Those things go a long way with me and I am sure other patients too. She is awesome!

BE CAREFUL! WHAT THEY DO IS JUST TO TRY STEALING MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET. MY INSURANCE PLAN DOESN’T HAVE CONTRACT WITH THEIR OFFICE BUT THEY DIDN’T TELL ME AT THE FRONT DESK. THE GIRL CHECKED ME IN AND WHEN I GOT INTO THE ROOM, THEIR PA TOLD ME “WE CANNOT GIVE YOU ANY DIAGNOSIS BECAUSE YOUR PLAN IS NOT CONTRACTED WITH US”. When I went home, 1 year later, they sent me a $235 bill because they said I used their service and my PLAN is not contracted with them. THEY CONSIDERED THAT THEIR PA CAME TO THE ROOM AND TELLING US WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU ANY SERVICE IS CHARGEABLE. BASICALLY WHAT THEY DO IS JUST BECOME A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND TAKE PT IN AND DO NO SERVICE THEN JUST CHARGE THEM BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM 2 MINUTES TO TELL THE PT THEIR PLAN IS NOT CONTRACTED. I TRIED CALLING THE OFFICE TO COMPLAIN BUT NEVER GETS RESOLVED. THIS IS DEFINITELY A FRAUD OFFICE. BE CAREFUL!

Dr. Nguyen is really laid back and easy to talk to. She very knowledgeable and answers all questions directly and openly. I would recommend to personal friends and family if they ever asked. 10 out of 10 I would go back.

I first met Dr Deleon when he was an intern at St. Paul’s he was my moms doctor at the clinic and he was able to diagnose her when no other doctor before him could find out what was wrong with her. I watched as he progressed in his field and with so much success now holds two offices. Come to find out she had 5 tumors in her uterus. He saved her life and that is priceless . Since then it has been 19 years and counting that I have continued my relationship with Dr Deleon and his staff and all the women in my family including my own daughter go to him and trust him 100%. In total he has delivered all four of my kids and all c-sections and not one problem with any of my deliveries.The whole staff makes you feel like you are family and they are all amazing women who truly and genuinely care for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Deleon to anyone.

I received my first c-section from Dr. Dr Leon and he did a marvelous job! I couldnt ask for a better experience. I was very nervous but he made me feel really relaxed and safe. My family has been seen by Dr. De Leon for over 15 years! He delivered my brother who is now 13 and 2 years ago he delivered my baby. He is very courteous and very accurate with his diagnosis. Just visited his office for my annual checkup and he never disappoints. He remembers me every time and makes the encounter very comfortable. You wont leave there without a smile!

If I could give them zero stars thats what it would be.. Everytime I had my appointment. I show up early and Ive always been talk down on. They have people taking your blood that dont know what there doing. Left me a big bruise on my arm and had to stick me again.. and then I tried to talk to the doctor about me being in pain from my back and side and then he just brushed it off like its nothing but when I went somewhere else. They treated it like they cared about me and my unborn child.

Dr. De Leon was my doctor for over 15 years. He ceased being my doctor only because I moved. I have known him most of my life as a friend (we went to high school together), but it was because of my high regard for him as an individual (we were always in advanced classes together) that I bit the bullet of embarrassment (did I mention we went to high school together?? ;) ) and trusted him as my doc!As expected, he was patient, understanding, had excellent bedside manner, stayed abreast of current research as he could answer my many, many questions, and always facilitated my care with a smile. AND, I trusted him so much so that when I married and became a mom, he delivered both of my boys! Even during the birth process he was encouraging and allowed me opportunities to listen to my bodys natural utterances for birth!I loved him as a friend, and I loved him as a trusted physician to be the first face my newborns would see coming into this world! If you need an OB/GYN, Dr. De Leon is your best choice!Im so glad I was nice to him in high school...well, sometimes I did teasingly drop my books on his head as a freshman when he was in his locker (I had the top locker; he had the bottom)...but, he didnt hold it against me. Ha!

Dr. De Leons office is little far from my house, but he is worth it because he is a great physician and has the reputation for being a very skilled and sharp surgeon. He indulges my idiosyncrasies and answers my questions ( in person and on the phone) with patience and candor, which is is very important for me because I am scared and worried all the time. HE DOES HIS OWN SONO.He remembers every small details from my previous visits and follows up accordingly. He is not into acting fancy but uses state of the art technology to improve patient outcomes (very space-x type of stuff). His staff is very friendly and competent ( I love miss Sofia). All and all, he is definitely worth the drive.

Dr. De Leon and Rene Casella, PA are AMAZING!!!!!!! They both listened... and let me emphasize...LISTENED to me and every symptom I had. Previous doctors would always dismiss me and say I was perfectly fine. Dr. De Leon did further examinations and began to treat me. Now, I am better in health because of them....because they listened and did something. I always feel welcomed by them and their staff. Dr. De Leon and Rene have great memory and can recall things that was previously said in past appointments. They are interested with what you have to say and they take their time to talk things out and explain what is going on. I will continue to go to them. I definitely recommend them!

My appointment with Dr. Nguyen was rescheduled to Dr. De Leon due to her Maternity leave, so I drove to the Dallas office. I can honestly say that this was the worst doctor visit of any kind that I have ever experienced. Dr. De Leon gave me about 3 minutes of his time and then said he had to leave because he had more patients. He had not read through any of my medical paperwork and winged the whole appointment. He suggested SURGERY just by glancing at my paperwork for the first time while I was sitting in front of him. I felt so bad that I spent my money with this doctor. He was very unprofessional, unethical, unhiegenic and he even discussed another patients medical issues with me. I think that maybe people do not know better than to go to him. I wish that Dr. Nguyen was not associated with this guy because she is great, but his name is on the door. I feel like my money and my time was stolen.

The very first time I meet (2005) Dr. De leon I was 32 weeks pregnant and on that very first meeting he admitted me into the hospital. If it was not for him I dont think my baby would have been here. I am so grateful to him because he actually listened and payed attention to my concerns. Before him i was seeing other ob-gyn and i kept on telling her that this pregnancy did not feel right after going to the er many times for throw up and letting her know what was going on, on my last visit to her she stated that i wanted to get rid of my baby at that point, 32 weeks, i decided to end my relationship with that dr. At that point i didnt have an ob-gyn and now consider high risk. Dr. De Leon was recommended from a co-worker. To me i feel like Dr. De Leon saved my babys life, because on that first meeting i was having contractions and 2 days later i had to be induced due to i was losing fluid. Thank you Dr. De Leon for listening to me on the very 1st meeting and also for saving my babys life. If there were more stars i would give him more than 5. This year that past he also treated me and he is still the same. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and worries.

Pros and cons. I had a procedure done after my loss.Pros • staff is friendly but Dr.Jose seems careless and rushed.• always call you to remind/ confirm your appointments.• medical assistants listen to you when you have questions (Bianca was the best).Cons• never answer phones especially if it’s about to be closing time• when leaving messages/questions on Healow app never are returned• time is not promised; nurse visit can turn into 2-3 hours, even your appointment can be up to 4 hours.• went in about 6-8 times and doctor wouldn’t even know who I was and always ask me my reason for my visit and my name (made me feel unwelcomed).• when getting blood drawn some nurses wouldn’t put latex gloves (not sanitary)I asked Dr. Jose if I can get labs done since I already had 2 miscarriages but he PROMISED me it won’t happen again. I only trust god, can’t fully trust his words without having any labs done.

Terrible experience! On my very last appointment a male medical assistant offered me a wellness test and stating my insurance covered it 100%. Now I owe $2,500 to my insurance company because it was a GENETIC TEST and they dont cover genetic tests! I can not believe they did that to me!!!!!!! I do not recommend these scammers to anyone! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU GET OFFERED!!!

Dr. Jose Francisco De Leon is the best dr. I know he helped me with my delivery even though it was high risk and had preeclampsia. I recommend him and his friendly staff all were awesome!

My girlfriend and I went for a new patient visit. They took her insurance information and told her that it would be 200+, because she subject to a deductible. She was very confused, because she knew she had already met her deductible. Strange thing is she called and confirmed it with her insurance providers. She questioned the front desk clerk and you could hear them discussing how it applies and works as if they didn’t know. I’m glad she’s well informed on how things like that work and made the decision to leave.

Loved the staff and the care of Dr. Deleon! I was in pain in my last weeks of pregnancy 🤰🏻 and he was so attentive to my needs. Delivery was great with the quality and care of Dr. De Leon. I would highly recommend him!!!

Dr. De Leon is very proactive and was able to treat my endometriosis proactively. His bedside manner is very professional and he is cost conscious for his patients. I have been his patient for over 3 years and he and his staff are quick to respond to all my healthcare needs.

Dr.Deleon and his staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I had such a nice experience trough out my entire pregnancy visits. Clinic is well kept and clean.During my delivery Dr.Deleon went early that Morning to check in on me and was on time for my Delivery! He said he would be there in 10 min and sure enough he was there!!After my Delivery I had problems with my BP. Dr.Deleon asked me to go back to the LD floor to check checked and monitored.After that incident I kept going back to his clinic for weekly check ups on my BP.I was such an emotional wreck my 1st visit back with him for a follow up with my BP.....3 yrs prior I had lost my sister to post Partum Eclampsia and just 2 months before my Delivery my childhood friend had lost her newborn baby...so you can imagine how I was emotionally and scared because of my high BP.Dr.Deleon and his staff gave me so much emotional support and encouragement...I kept remembering Days after giving myself strength and saying over and over in my head what Dr.Deleon told me that day “from here on out every day is going to get better not worser” (referring to my BP, anxiety and emotional state) thats truly what kept me at ease.Would refer Dr.Deleon and his staff in a heartbeat

I loved them at first but when you accused of being a drug attic and also the fact when i came in for a routine check-up to find out i was 5 centimeters in only 31 weeks the doctor looked at me and said to me is it not registering in your head youre in labor.Then i had to drive myself to the hospital they didnt even offer to call an ambulance.I didnt even go to my last appointment.

I think this place is all about money.... they rushed me to have a c section when i told them i didn’t have one...the front desk girl is extremely rude... & the spot they cut me in hurts none stop and is swollen(7weeks after) i wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This office is very unorganized and professional. I was referred to this office once DR Johnny Henry retired. The 1st visit there were roaches in the rest room and the lady advised me to urine in the cup and there were serval other cups in there with urine ( very unsanitary) i had to ask the nurse if she could move the cups due to I didn’t want to move other clients urine cups. Next visit they advised I would have to start paying out of pocket for delivery (only 6weeks pregnant ) mind you I have very good insurance with Cigna. They stated I would have to pay 600 every visit till delivery or I can’t be seen. I asked I never heard were you pay this early for a delivery serval months away her reply was due to dr Jose deal with a lot of clients who don’t pay after their delivery. I understand but this was not my case due to very good insurance and both visit I paid them copays which I advised I was fine with paying a for copay going forward but not a delivery that my insurance covers. Also with blood work the dr Jose wasn’t able to explain questions very well, which utimalty I asked them to transfer my files to another dr whose office is very clean, professional and cares about me and my baby well being and not just the money! If this place is going to be all about money at least let the office meet the same standards!

Dr. De Leon is the most amazing gynecologist I have ever met, he was patient with me and answered all my questions. His staffs are friendly too. I came from Nigeria to have my baby in the United States and he gave me a top-notch service. I had a vaginal delivery with no episiotomy and my follow up appointment was helpful too. I was referred to Dr. Deleon from Dr. Henery. After have been under the treatment of Dr. Henery it was my prerogative not to accept anything less than phenomenal treatment. Im sooooooo happy that I choose Dr. Deleon he listens to all my concerns and answers questions as needed. This is my first baby and it is my pleasure to let Dr. Deleon deliver. All the ladies in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention Renee, her energy is astonishing and makes every Dr visit even more amazing. I wouldnt change my Dr for anything, and iv refereed him to many of my close friends and family members and they to are astonished by his patient care.

I have been seeing Dr Deleon since 2002. He was first gynecologist and i must say i simply love this man. Im working on my 4th child and he has delivered all but 1. I would recommend him to anyone. He cares about his patients. He doesnt come in the room and rush me because he wants to make sure everything is ok with me. His team is amazing from Sophia to Evette. Let me include its not all about money for him. Without going into detail he has swallowed a bill for me. Thats LOYALTY! For that reason and more i will continue to be a dedicated patient of his. Excellent!!!! Outstanding patient service, I have been to many different doctors offices in my time, but wow the service provided here is awesome! Dr. De Leon is very professional, but also very approchable! I cant say how many times I have gone to a doctor or a clinic where I felt too intimidated to open up and share my truest concerns medically, because I was too embarrassed to ask when the time came to share my concerns or where the doctors wouldnt be as concerned about my concerns, but at Dr. De Leons this is not the case! He TRULY is concerned about your concerns hes there to listen and will make time for you, he doesnt only care about getting you in and out, but he is sincere in wanting to help you as much as possible. I am sooooo grateful I got recommended to this clinic and I will be a loyal patient. I feel I can be totally open with anything I need to talk about medically and there is no shame or discomfort but a safe and happy environment where the patients health truly matter as an individual. I feel ALL doctors offices should be this way!!! If youre considering coming in, you should do it!! Dr. De Leon is the best!Update: 2 years later! My opinion stands strong, Dr. De León is an excellent Doctor! He is my first and last OBGYN so long as I live in Dallas and he is working! I have been to many Doctors offices, and the way I am treated at Dr. De Leóns Office hands down is the best! He is sincere and kind! Always more than willing to answer any concerns I have, and I know he truly does care for his patients well being emotionally and physically speaking! Real bad experience and neglected doctor,,I went for a check up and I need up in the emergency room for two surgeries and two blood transfusions,,never going back to this doctor. I not just only lost a baby but I also lost one of my overies and a tube
