Dr Napier is one of the best OBGYNs I’ve been to. She’s very knowledgeable when I ask about certain concerns during my pregnancy and she takes the time to listen. The office is very clean and the staff is polite and professional.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Napier’s for over 12 years. She has been compassionate and thorough. I am so thankful she delivered my child as I had a difficult delivery and she expertly managed to keep my child safe and myself. My “baby” is now 5 years old and I cannot be more grateful to Dr Napier.

Im not sure why I had such a negative experience when others say positive things. I dont want to leave a bad review but I do want others to not feel the way I have. Im pregnant with my first baby. I have a long list of chronic conditions, and always assumed I would be a high risk pregnancy. I saw Dr Napier from 8 weeks to 16 weeks. I always felt like she treated me as if I had no issues and worried that she hadnt looked at my chart, any time Id bring up an issue she would brush it off and always was quick to leave the exam room. I had ongoing issues with what I assumed to be uti and the office lost/damaged/never sent my sample. I was in pain for 2 weeks almost when I finally inquired I was told the sample never made it to the lab. She frequently only gave me lab results over the portal, and recently mistakenly told me I should have been treated with an antibiotic that I never received only to be told that my previous dr had given it to me so not to worry.. the timeline for that was off and the antibiotic was for a different issue. I finally decided to move on, I hadnt wanted to because I didnt want to overreact. Im moving so I decided that was my excuse to transfer care. I got my records and I saw that I was labeled as high risk, and was NEVER told. That to me is unacceptable, I should have at least been told, especially since I was never treated like I was anything other than a healthy patient with no issues. If you have a complicated pregnancy and have a lot of health issues I recommend not seeing this Dr. Ive been with awh for years with a different Dr that I love (Dr.harms who doesnt see ob patients). Very disappointing experience, Im sorry to say.

“Terrible experience with the office staff “ they refused care for my wife with an active insurance . My wife is 8 weeks pregnant and we Came to this office to see dr amie Napier , they verified our insurance last week when we made the appointment . Today on our day of appointment my wife was scheduled to see dr Napier and also was scheduled for a sonogram . We arrived on time and the office staff said our insurance is not active and told us to call the insurance company. We called the insurance company and they said it’s active and also the agent from the insurance company called the doctors office to verify but they still refuse to see her . They just wasted our day and time , now we have to wait weeks to get another appointment . First time experiencing such an issue with a doctors office . One thing I know for sure is this place is not well managed , and after reading the doctors reviews we made up our mind not to see this doctor . We will find a better group , this place need a better management , they are wasting people’s time .

This is my first pregnancy and let me just say the staff here at advanced womans health care is amazing they all are wonderful and know what there doing

She’s one of the most unethical doctors I’ve seen in my life. My mom went there to check a lump on her breast. She diagnosed my mom with cancer by just looking at her. No ultrasound or anything. Long story short, my mom hag a pretty bad infection and because she didn’t catch it early on, got pretty nasty and life threatening.Please if you can find someone else, I would highly recommend that.Super unprofessional and unethical giving a diagnosis before any test result. Telling someone you have cancer when is not true, is something quite horrible.

Dr. Napier is nice & professional, I quess nice doctor dont guarantee you staff with good customer service billing staff is just not professional at all. Leave message, no return phone calls. Spoke with Diana on Aug 17, its now Aug 21 still has not received a statement, or a phone call/email stating why.

Ive been seeing Dr. Napier for nearly 10 years. She has great bedside manner, is thorough and knowledgeable, and I like how she never makes me feel rushed. I highly recommend her!!

Ive been to Dr. Napier a couple times. Thought that she was nice. The last time I called to get my B.C. renewed, I did not have health insurance and they wanted me to come in for another check up and some test, that I could not afford. It was a few hundred dollars...they refused to let me do a payment plan and refused to renew my prescription for B.C. which I needed bc I have endometriosis and am required to be on it regularly. Got 0 sympathy from them and no prescription. LUCKILY Texas is a state where I was able to get BC wthou going to the doctor! Thank ya Jesus. Now I finally have insurance I call to make an appointment for check up and whatever else I need and now they want to check and see if they take it. So I jsut asked what appt times they haev available for next week so I know, she said there are none til AUGUST....excuse me? What kind of Doctor cant you make an appt with for at least 2 months???? Absurd. I will find another doctor to go to since I really dont think this one cares much about keepingher patients.
