Dr. Okai was horrible. My husband is in advanced stages of MS and she was like, Well, what do you want me to do about it? Um.....we were there to hear options. She provided us none. We finally made the decision to place my husband on hospice and she refused to write the orders. Her position was that it would be a complication of MS vs. MS that would actually kill him, so she wouldnt write the orders. Her lack of compassion, lack of knowledge and being overall unhelpful leads me to write this review.

Dr Okai has a wonderful manner with her patients. She knows exactly how to help make sense of symptoms that seem impossible to explain. She is the best in my opinion. Would highly recommend her.

She is extremely thorough. Takes her time to answer all questions and breaks everything down so it can be easily understood. My family and I both trust her with my health.

Ive had a hard time finding a doctor I liked let alone I would ever see again past the initial visit. I was at UT Southwestern before.... (enough said) Dr Okai has personally called me several times after hours, I see her EVERYTIME I have an appointment and she doesnt make me feel rushed she will sit and listen and it just shows she cares. I am so happy to have found her. The front desk is very professional but not super friendly. The social worker Ali is Amazing!! She always gets right back to me and gets what I need she is also very caring and cares for the patients just as much. I dont have one bad thing to say about them so if your needing an MS doctor look no further! You will be happy you did.If your reading this.. Thank you Doctor Okai and all the staff I love you!!Having MS is better with a better doctor.

I would give -1 star for the horrible customer service. Trying to Book an Appointment but the receptionist always turns down. I hope Dr Okai sees this message. The receptionist is so unhelpful and does not want to help.Horrible !!!!

This staff is adorable & friendly. I witnessed them with other patients making sure they were well-informed and comfortable.

Dr Okai is such a great doctor. She really cares about you and your needs. She takes herv time with you and explains everything to you. Love her so much !!!!!

So far I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Okai. Shes direct with a grace that makes me listen! My MS feels bothersome most days but I know that the MS Center is where I belong. I always feel heard and it feels so warm and welcoming in the office--which is not often encountered in the Neuro-world!

She wonderful is a believer in Jesus Christ very knowledgeable about m/s

She has helped me combat MS. She us precise in what she tells me abd assist in my understanding. My health has improved since I have seen her.

Had a pretty bad experience here and it seemed like it was because I dont have insurance. I was given very little information and I dont know what to think really.
