Great clinic. We got an appointment without any problems. Wonderful service, all employees very polite. The medical assistant was very patient with my kids and explained to them everything she was going to before. Would definitely go back to this clinic.

If I could give a negative star I would. I’ve driven 40 mins three times this week just to get a run around and can’t go into office after scheduling an appt each times. Beatrice was so rude and non caring. I would never go here again! And do not recommend it at all.

Went there with youngest kid for a Tetanus shot without issue (except for long wait). But tried to take my oldest for the Bacterial Meningitis shot, and receptionist blew us off with requiring we needed a full shot record with us. ?? What?? Sure, everyone has that with them. It was a way to blow us off, so she wouldnt have to do that dang paperwork for this $140 shot. This is not required anywhere, and wasnt required there. Laziness in her job making life more inconvenient for me and Im sure others. I guess they get no new young patients with her at the helm; requiring something that most anyone will not have on them. Dont waste time stopping here. I will not attempt to take any of my family here anymore. (We found the awesome minute-clinic inside of CVS on Oates and had great service.)

PLEASE PEOPLE DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE! I BEEN HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS CLINIC THEY CHARGE YOU TO GET YOUR OWN MEDICAL RECORDS! $25.00 FOR THE FIRST 25 PAGES AND .50 CENTS AFTER THAT FOR EACH PAGE! HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT! MY CHILDREN HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK EVER!

I gave it 2 stars because the medical assistant and lab tech were very sweet and caring. Ive went to this doctor since I was a teen. The names change from Bruton Family Medical, to Patient Place and now its Md Clinic. The doctors went from Dayian and the ob/gyn Usuga (who delivered my son), Metzger, and now Cardenas. When it switched from Bruton to Patient Place I had to start all over with my medical records. That was okay because the new NPs and PAs made the transition easier. I really loved Porsha, if I knew where she went to work Id try to get there. She cared about her patients. They actually followed up with the patients. However, during the transition from Patient Place to MD clinic I feel some were for got about. It took me months to get to see a doctor because my insurance couldnt find the new doctors and when they did they had to many patients. I didnt want to have to start the process all over with treatment so I waited. I was finally able to switch the doctors so I can go in and get things rolling again only to feel brushed off. I went in for my follow up, physical, prescription refills and referrals only to be short changed. The young lady said I can only be seen for 2 things and would have to return for other visits for everything else. So the only thing that got done was my blood work and refills for pain. Nothing was said and/or asked about my other illnesses except for who diagnosed you with fibromyalgia and as I was telling him that it was that office and Parkland hospital he changed the subject. He said he havent seen me in months not realizing HE was the one during the transition who gave me prescription with 3 month refills and when it was time to go back they had switched doctors and I couldnt get seen due to the mix up with THEIR doctors, so I had to visit a urgent care clinic. There was no questions asked about my anemia, my thyroid, my back pain, my hand/arm/leg pain (from my fibromyalgia ). He seem to get upset that my phone was buzzing. I tried to ignore it but it was buzzing back to back. When I went to answer it he walked out. Luckily I answered it because it was my sons school calling to pick him up because he had fell ill and temp was high. When he came back in the room he checked my breathing then told the nurse I was ready for labs. During the labs he walks back in and said your other prescriptions were sent, this one you have to take inside the store and left. When the lab tech was done she said youre free to go now, have a good day. I feel like I didnt get nothing accomplished. My goal was not to just mask the pain. I wanted my referrals sent so I can get rid of the pain or at least learn how to cope through it. I wanted my referrals sent so I could make sure that the goiter and nodules in my neck has not grown any bigger. I wanted for the doctor to care just a little. I was skeptical about the new people but I wanted to give them a fair shot. The staff is still nice ( well the ones I encounter this day). I need the doctors to be just as nice and concerned as their staff. A little bed side manner goes a long way. I know this was long but I needed to get this off my chest. Peace and Love.
