I cannot say enough great things about my experience seeing Dr. Duong! She was extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything she was doing and seeing in a way that showed her expertise but also conveyed a sense of warmth and caring. She was very thorough and took her time to make sure she completed each aspect of the examination. The front desk staff was also very friendly and efficient and I felt very well taken care of. I appreciate it very much!

I was able to be seen within an hour of my “emergency”. I tore my contact at work and I’m pretty blind! (I’m a lash technician who needs contacts in order to lash) I was able to see doc and get in and out with new contacts within 30 mins! Super nice front desk girl and great doctor!

Dr. Dirks and the staff were very kind and courteous during the exam. Easy to follow instructions and I felt well cared for. It was a straightforward appointment and even with another patient before me, I spent less than an hour for the entire visit. Fast, convenient, with excellent care.

The woman working the front desk and also with the tests before seeing the doctor was extremely friendly and helpful. She was even nice enough to sit there and help me out in contacts for the first time. She didn’t have to do that and her patience was much appreciated. The doctor made things easy and relaxed as usual.

Dr. Dirks is fantastic. Quick, easy and painless process. Appreciate the speed and accuracy. 30 minutes, in and out. Highly recommend setting up an appointment!My only feedback - the overall office is slightly small and outdated, then again I wasnt in there long enough (not to mention the only individual there)for it to be a big deal.

The whole process was quick and easy. I made my appointment online in 5 minutes. When I arrived for my appointment I was seen promptly by staff that was friendly and efficient.

I am concerned and confused by the actions of the person doing the checkin and pre exam. I arrived 20 minutes before my exam I called the number on the door, I was told policy was only one patient in the building at a time. So my 5 year old and I walk around Target until 5 minutes before my appointment. We walked back to the establishments door I called and was told the 10:40 patient was still in the building. My daughter and I stand on the side walk for another 10 minutes. I saw a patient exit and then inquired if I could enter I was told yes. Fast forward to me finishing up my exam. I walk out of the doctors exam room and there are two people in the lobby and 1 in pre-exam. I am EXTREMELY concerned why I was made to follow “a policy” and others weren’t. These actions based on the explanation of your policy endangered me and your staff. You leave me with only my conclusions and observations as to these extreme inconsistencies. Most of the conclusions I am left with involve some sort of discrimination. I am very disappointed in what ever motive made the rules only apply to me.

Pros:small but very clean.They use newer technology for prescription so its more accurate than the older technologyEasy to make appointments online.Cheaper than other optometrist nearby .Cons:I went for contact lenses fitting, but Dr. ,After glasses portion, Just gave some contact lenses samples and that was it. Usually they let you try on the contact lenses and see the fitting. Especially if you have astigmatism and you are getting sphere lenses. But nope. He gave me some samples and said try them on at home and call back for contact lenses prescription.To continue, THEY NEVER PICK UP THEIR PHONE CALLS!!!! I called many times to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I was finally able to reach then to cancel but it took 6 phone calls spread out in 2-3 days...Now after trying sample contact lenses at home, I am calling to get my contact lenses prescription but nope. THEY NEVER PICK UP!!!! I called 8 times in span of 3.5 hours (12:15pm-4:00pm)So annoying!!!

Do not go by reviews, especially on their website..its fake reviews. Allot of deception used as far as the prices they list being different from when you get there its a catch 22. And also scammed me out of my prescription being it lasts 12 months. Before the 12 months was up the doctor refused to sign off on my prescription so I could order Im guessing to force me to get another exam before I was due. Never enjoy one thing about their service from start to end. 👎👎

Doctor Works and his assistant kept to social distancing guidelines, including letting only one or two people into the office at once. That meant a bit of a wait, maybe 20 minutes or 1/2 hour. That felt like a long time in the July heat, but we all have to make accommodations to COVID and put up with occasional inconveniences. The doctor and his assistant were both pleasant and professional, and I felt in very capable hands. Found a great pair of glasses at Target next door. (They have instituted sociaI distancing in that store as well.) I am also due for a diabetic eye exam, and I may return to Dr. Works to do that exam (instead of seeing an ophthalmologist) when I pick up my finished glasses.

This was my first time visiting Works Family Eye Care. It was easy to schedule my appointment online and was able to start pretty much on time. Very friendly staff and quaint office--also very convenient that it was attached to Target.Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doc in the area.

DO NOT GO HERE - Had to wait 10 minutes for them to tell me the Dr was out Sick even though I booked my appointment today. They said they called everyone was the excuse I was given. What a waste of my afternoon/time. Go somewhere else.

The doctor is very pleasant, quick and thorough. The office is small but clean and neat. The only problem is that if you have an appointment in the afternoon they may be “closed” for an hour and a half. Just be prepared that your appointment may last longer than expected.
