I arrived at the Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - North Garland 7217 Telecom Pkwy Ste 100A at 7:30pm today (Monday) per my Primary Care Physician’s suggestion. At 7:32pm the receptionist at the front desk of Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - North Garland had scheduled me an appointment to come back tomorrow morning because they were done accepting patients for today. The hours on the website show Monday - Saturday 8am - 8pm. If you are going to stop accepting patients before 8pm, especially patients who have severe symptoms, there should be some type of addendum added to the hours of operation.🛑Addendum. To. This. Review.🛑I must also state that there were no patients in the waiting area when I arrived. Also, I was in so much pain and I was so fatigued, that I had to wait in the parking lot a few minutes before driving. While waiting I only noticed two people leaving Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care - North Garland 7217 Telecom Pkwy Ste 100A, before closing time at 8:00pm. While at 8:03pm I noticed the receptionist and her two co-workers leaving for the day.

Called to get our unvaccinated 7 year old a test as she is experiencing symptoms. Woman on the phone told us they wouldn’t give tests to kids as an excuse to go back to school. Unbelievable.

Worst experience, was told would have my COVID results by Saturday no response fro this place whatsoever. Called them on Saturday said I would be called back 2 days later still nothing this place should be shut down or have fire everybody an get new staff.

Best urgent care in Dallas. Staff is so kind and very organized. I was in and out within 45 minutes and thorough care! The woman at the front desk and Rhona Choi, the NP, was wonderful!

I walk in told the receptionist I was feeling like I was having a heart attack she said, I couldn’t see anybody, due to Covid, they are appointment only. She pointed me to Presbyterian Hospital on Greenville and Walnut Hill. Ma’am I said my chest was tight no offer to call the ambulance or anything what is this world coming to.

Very rude when answering calls. Not a good urgent care because you can’t walk in as they say that they are full with appointments. How can that be???

Aleshia and the other staff were super friendly and unbelievably kind. This is a great urgent care facility and I really appreciate the care I got.

The woman answering the phone was incredibly rude.
