Decent staff, great patient care from the doctor. Website is a mess, completely broken. Cant pay bills or log in to patient portal. Desperately in need of updating website.

Doctors may be ok, but office management is a disaster! After three weeks of leaving voice mail messages, speaking with various office staff, etc., I still cant get a call back to schedule an appointment, even though I am an existing patient. They first said I was a new patient, but they finally found my records upon my insistance. I have yet to hear from them, even though they said they wouuld call me back to schedule an appointment. I dont guess Ill ever get scheduled with any of the doctrors in this practice. This is the worst run doctors office I have ever run into.

Dr Shotwell is wonderful.

Poor follow through... This Center seemed good, the Dr. sounded like he was informed, but once theyve taken you money and had your appointment its impossible to get you results. After 4 weeks, multiple phone calls, and several request for my Labs... they still havent called back, the Drs assistant has been no help, and Im forced to drive to downtown dallas to pick up my results. Stay away from Dr Makaray if you want a Dr who will follow up on your condition...

Dr. Luterman is still awesome. He was my fathers dr back several years ago. My mother really liked him. I chose him bc I heard such good things about how thorough he was and straight forward. Honesty and compassion are things I value. His staff is awesome all the way thru the testing and followup care.I highly recommend Dr. Luterman.

Dr. Brancaccio is the best. I have been going here since 2010. He has my asthma under control.
