Dr. Heinrich has an amazing bedside manner. He is really thorough when explaining procedures. Right before he took her to surgery he asked my daughter if he could pray for her. She is 19 and it meant the world to her. She said it gave her the calm she needed right before surgery. He called me after the surgery and explained all the details and said everything went smooth. We would highly recommend Dr. Heinrich and his staff to anyone. My daughter is extremely happy.

I am a very active 59 year old male. I began seeing Dr. Heinrich 18 months ago for knee and shoulder pain. His approach was very comprehensive including diagnostic imaging. He listened attentively and answered all my questions.Dr Heinrich provided me a range of treatment options and expectations to meet the complexity of my symptoms, current physical condition and the lifestyle I hoped to continue. Initially injections in both joints were sufficient so I could spend adequate time pondering surgery which imaging and my personal experience indicated were eminent. Im 10 days out from arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. Post op I was provided with detailed rehab instructions as well as images of the actual procedure which to me are invaluable as a co-partner in my wellness decisions. The entire experience has been most professional, comfortable and extremely well coordinated. The entire staff took very good care of me and continue to do so. Eventually shoulder and knee joint replacement surgery are likely and Dr. Heinrich will be my go to doctor for both procedures.

Dr. Heinrich did a poor job on my partial knee replacement. After 2 years, I was still in pain. Ended up having a revision with a different surgeon. He did not put the implant in properly and left my kneecap full of arthritis and did not use protective measures to stop the implant from hitting my kneecap. When I reported the pain, all he was worried about was working on my other knee. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTOR. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

My shoulder was FUBAR’d to the point that I could barely move it. After surgery and 6 months of therapy, I am back to 100%. I send all of my buddies to him and they are also very happy
