The staff is highly disrespectful they let me wait for 30 min on my first appointment. They don’t consider any emergencies. On my second appointment I had emergency I just asked them to let me come at 10:30 but they refused. That was annoying they’re not professional. I’m pregnant and I can’t reschedule my appointment. But still they don’t care about me. Diana was very rude to me. I asked them I wanna talk to doctor she said she is in treatment from last 20 min. They wasted my whole day. Just because of 15 min. And to talk to doctor I have to come in that is an hour drive. That’s ridiculous. As a human we should consider emergencies specially when patient is coming form far and has no time to wait. I don’t understand how this is right when they let me wait 30 min and it took a lot of time because of their fault why they can’t consider my problem. Instead they was rude and saying it’s our policy. I also work there is always room for emergencies.Now I know that they not gonna let me talk to doctor. I’ll never go there if they can’t show some respect for their patients.

I was terrified of having a root canal done but the staff took the time to make me feel comfortable and took great care of me- from the front desk ladies to the clinical team and the dentist that treated me. They all made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. They explained everything to me in detail from the financial part all the way to the end of the appointment. what a great experience! I never thought I would say this about an office, much less than a dentist office. Highly recommend this place to anybody that needs a root canal!

Highly recommend this place! I was very impressed of how detailed and informative they were. To top it off, the doctor and the assistants made me feel at ease during the entire treatment. The front office staff were great with their customer service! If I or any of my family ever need another root canal , I will definitely send them here!

Called to get price of root canal and the manager was not one bit of help. She asked me if I knew what number tooth it was and I said I didnt know and she rudely says OK I can give you an estimated price of how much it will be please hold! She puts me on hold and I wait for 10 minutes and someone else gets the call and doesnt have any idea what Im calling about so I tell her to ask her manager what were talking about,she gets mad puts me on hold and I wait for another 10 minutes and hangs up. I call back and she immediately wants to put me on hold and hangs up. These females were either on their days or havent had a man lay down some good pipe on them.

The people here are so nice and informative !! They made me feel very comfortable and were very gentle when operating on me. This team will make sure you’re taken care of the best intention!

Unprofessional staff in the front. I’m a busy parent and the fact that when they did one root canal and chose not to do both as my daughters dentist requested was a big set back. We went for the first one waited 3 hours for it to be done cause the dentist was not only doing my daughters but as well as another one. Then we scheduled the other one and not a reminder card or anything. I get a call the day before but as a busy parent they could have a least left a message with a time and day instead of just the day of the appointment. Really considering just finding another location to go to.

The were so awesome and quick service with everything. There perfect at what they do. And so calming easy to relax with them and my daughter root canal was a breeze and she needed it so bad thank you guys for the great service the best

My 13 yr old had her first and only root canal here two weeks ago. She was pretty nervous not knowing what to expect or not liking the dentist period but it was a great experience overall. Dr. U and Jessica were awesome at explaining everything to me and my daughter as they went along with made her feel better. They were very understanding to her anxiety. The process was fast we were in and out in about an hour.

This is the second root canal I’ve had in my lifetime. I’m in my 70s. The people here were outstanding. Dr. Uppaluri has a great presence about her. I think this place is owned an ran by a woman so that is amazing, they did a great job with my teenager. The staff was super sweet. My only complaint was the wait time, didnt mind waiting but would have liked to have been encouraged by staff that it would be long as I saw nobody else even in there. But again it doesnt take away from how nice they were to my daughter.

I was nervous at first because we had never been here before, but as soon as we walked in the door that feeling began to fade. The staff was very friendly and we did not have a long waiting period at all. Adriana and Dr. U did a wonderful job making sure my daughter was comfortable at all times. They explained everything that was going on to her to before they did it and the overall treatment was satisfying. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Dr. U & her team is absolutely amazing!! Her ability to put my teenage hypochondriac daughter at ease was remarkable!! She was patient and explained every part of the process throughout the entire procedure. My daughter has high blood pressure so she thoroughly put me at ease regarding what is used and the effect on the blood pressure. She monitored her throughout as well!! The procedure only took an hour and 15 mins!! Highly recommended!Thank you sincerely Dr. U & Staff!!

Dr. Uppaluri was absolutely incredible with my 7yr old daughter. I didnt even know kids her age got root canals and she and her assistant made the experience that less excruciating. I was very very pleased with this office. Took my daughter (12 yr old) in for a root canal, I was very concerned that she would be scared but the staff and dentist were awesome! Just called this place to see if I could make an appointment for a root canal, the lady is very rude and place charges $30 just to schedule appointments. They cant even tell you the price for a root canal, they say the price varies from one insurance to another.

Very happy with the staff at Root Canal Dentists. Everyone was very patient with questions and showed genuine concern for my daughter. On the first visit we were told that her teeth looked fairly good, but suggested we come back in 3 months. At the 3 month checkup her teeth had changed and 2 root canals had to be performed. Very happy that we were not pressured into something until they were absolutely sure that the root canals were needed. Thank You to the professional staff who helped my daughter.

My daughter came here for a root canal from a failed filling. She had HIGH anxiety about this procedure. Dr. U and her assistant Jessica were amazing! My 14 year old went for a root canal today. Dr. U & staff were absolutely amazing & very professional. My daughter was extremely high level anxiety & they made her feel very comfortable. Great place if you are looking for fast, efficient and affordable service. Had a root canal done 2 years ago at another dentist which turned out to be a malpractice. Went to a couple of different places and no one could understand what was going on since I had so much pain. Found Root Canal Dentists online and decided to give it a shot. Dr. Smitha knew exactly what was going on, retreated my tooth and the infection I had. I felt confident in her work. No pain after and back to normal again. Highly recommend this place! Also, great customer service from all the girls.

I was referred to Root Canal by our family dentist for my 10 year old daughter. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive at first but my child was in so much pain so I decided to call and Im so glad that I did. The very first phone call with the Root Canal staff put my nerves at ease. I asked lots of questions and the young lady that I was speaking with never made me feel like I was bothering her, I never felt rushed through our conversation and she gave me thorough answers to my questions. She assured me that she could take care of my daughter and that they have worked with children my daughters age and a bit younger as well. When heading to the location I didnt put the directional in the GPS because I saw the address self populate after typing a few key characters which turned out to be an address in Garland I think. However, I called and the staff totally understood and they told me what to do and they said it happens all of the time and they directed me to the location. Lastly the entire staff especially the dentist was amazing. My daughter was walked through everything they did to her. They spoke to her like a human being and they showed her much respect. She didnt cry 1 time. The kept her comfortable. She watched TV and just had a smooth transition back into her normal routine. I love ROOT CANAL. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE. They treat the patients well but don’t question their financial practices-Christina at the front desk will not listen. I asked her to put herself in my shoes. If I show an item on my statement that we happily covered yet the insurance covered it as well what is the process for a refund! No answer they just tell you not to come back!Are you kidding me!I can’t question or ask for an explanation of the charges on the bill!Wow!Front desk needs some professional training nice to your face but don’t question duplicate charges or erroneous ones!

This experience with the Root canal dentist was a awesome experience. It wasn’t painful at all and the after care is minimal I’m hardly in pain. I recommend that you go and let them take your pain away.

My root canal dentist experience was amazing. I got my root canal done and it was quick and painless. the staff was very friendly and sweet. i felt really comfortable while getting my teeth done. Best dentist ive ever been too :)

Firstly, the staff there made room for me THAT DAY that I called! They worked with my schedule, and were incredibly sweet on the phone. I arrived right at the end of their lunch break, actually interrupting it by showing up 10 minutes early. The young ladies working up front didnt get rude or anything over it. They opened up the office for me, gave me some paperwork, called to track down my records from my dentist, and had me on my way to the seat in less than 10 minutes. They also had a much cheaper quote than the place I would have been sent to in Tyler, by as much as 50% cheaper! I know that prices all depend on the insurance you carry, but it also depends on the costs that the office you go to wants to charge for their time. So I was really glad for that savings.Onto the actual care: IT WAS FANTASTIC! As we all know, root canals are no fun at all, but toothaches are even less fun. So, having to get a root canal was not the top of my favorite things to do, but if I had to have it done, this place was definitely my best choice I could have made. I was given the laughing gas, at my request and for a small fee of $50 more. Since I get super nervous and tend to have anxiety over these things, the gas was well worth it. Dr. Uppaluri was incredibly sweet and my Dental Assistant, Daisy, was also really sweet and both had a great sense of humor about them. They were INCREDIBLY PATIENT with me! I had the worst tooth to work with, with my roots all twisting around, and it being next to impossible to fully numb. I was there for roughly 3 hours, and most of that was really spent with Dr. Uppaluri working to help get me completely numb. She was not going to do any work on me until she knew I was as comfortable as possible.A quick perk, there is a television in the ceiling, and they play animated movies. I watched the end of Turbo and the entire movie Moana during my procedure. That was a great distraction! They will talk you through every step and check on your well being and comfort very frequently! While I really dislike the rubber mouth guard that they must use to keep from particles flying around in your mouth, they were careful to unhook it and give me a chance to just take a deep breath, and feel less anxious.Despite how difficult it was to complete my root canal, Dr. Uppaluri warned my tooth, with a lot of humor behind it, You dont know the woman you are dealing with today! I laughed pretty hard at her determination and joke. And during the (VERY BRIEF) moment of discomfort, where she had to drill through my tooth to numb the nerve directly inside my tooth (because it truly just was so angry and under pressure that it wouldnt numb, despite literally half of my face being numb!), she gave me words of encouragement that made me smile, Youre a beast! Youre doing amazing! Great job!. I really did appreciate the cheering me on when she knew that I was dealing with a pretty painful moment.Another thing... Dr. Uppaluri and Daisy, both, worked very hard to preserve my temporary crown, and Dr. Uppaluri went above and beyond by correcting my temporary crowns bite points, by shaping it so that I wouldnt be in any discomfort later. She did NOT have to do that, but she did because she is awesome.One last detail that Dr. Uppaluri did that she absolutely did not have to do? My daughter, age 19, was with me, and watching the entire process. Dr. Uppaluri took my daughter aside for each step of my procedure, and was showing her, in detail, what she was doing. My daughter said that it was fascinating to learn, and she felt like she was back in homeschooling again. She really appreciated that Dr. Uppaluri took the time to teach her, when she really didnt have to. As a mother? I cannot say how much that impresses me or means to me. I mean, honestly... just superior quality in care. !Thank you Dr. Uppaluri and thank you, Daisy!!! Also, I cannot forget the sweet girls up front, handling the paperwork and appointments. Thank you too, young ladies! If I should ever need a root canal again? This is where I will go!

Dr Smith’s Uppaluri , DDS is great my daughter had no pain at all during her procedure and we would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. I myself have had bad experiences in other clinics and had I known it could be done with such little pain I would have definitely used them for my own root canal.

I was referred here by my children’s dentist for a root canal for my daughter age 12. She was soo nervous about going to have this done, but with the friendliness of doctor Uppaluri and dental assistant Jessica she came out smiling and happy her visit wasn’t detrimental at all.

Also, they had monitors on the ceiling so I was enjoying Moana and Secret Life of Pets as I was getting the procedure done :D

My daughter and I are very grateful for this place(Root Canal) My daughter was hit in the mouth with a shot put during school and it knocked her front tooth out😡. I was referred to take her here and have the damage restored!! Once there I was informed that the injured had cause damages to two other tooth’s😱. Imagine, my daughter is 12yrs old she’s scared and to be honest I was too and nervous 😩 thinking the worst. Well I’ll tell you Dr. U & Ms. Jessica are angels sent from Heaven!! The procedure was timeless and my daughter says painless..I was in the room with my daughter the entire time and she was relaxed. No Sedation! Only Nitro and something to numb the area.. We are truly thankful and grateful for the staff at Root Canal! I urge anyone who’s in pain or need dental work to Pray and go to Root Canal; no pain, just friendly staff and great service!

They did same day treatment and had a root canal done right after my eval, love the efficiency. My dentist was Dr. Smitha Uppaluri, and her bed side manner was awesome and performed the procedure perfectly. I had no pain during the procedure and when the novacaine wore off didnt really have much soreness either. I even went back to work the same day, great office to get a root canal at!!!
