Lindsey and China were the sweetest front desk ladies Ive worked with in a long time, and JoJo was a lot of fun to work with in the back. The Doctor was polite, informative, and very quick and efficient. The cleaning was quick and the filling was painless.

Waste of timeUpdate:I’m so glad I was able to find a dentist that offered a real/permanent solution for my pain. This place offered me none!! The dentist I went to after coming here was able to tell me the problem and offer me a natural solution (no pain medicine needed like the owner is assuming) and they described what was the matter with me. This place gave me one option and that was to choose an option that would of cause me more pain and agony.

I have to admit I am the first person to go outside of Oak cliff for any service I require. When i had a need for a Dentist closer to home I had my doubts. I chose this office and I couldnt be happier. Chyna not sure I spelled this correctly took care of me during my visit and I absolutely appreciate the care and concern for my overall care and comfort. The Dr.s and staff exceeded my expectations and I just glad I found high quality service in my area.

Today I came in for the first time, I was welcomed by Catherine at the front desk. She was very sweet, they signed me in on a tablet. Technology based, awesome. I had X-rays done and a deep cleaning today. I will be back at the end of the month for my extractions!!

I’ve been here in Dallas for almost 5 years and I’ve finally found my family dentist. I’ve visited the office on three different occasions (1) for an exam and X-rays for myself and a 6 month cleaning for my 7 year old. (2) Back for a cleaning and fillings. (3) I was seen my the oral surgeon today for an extraction. Each visit I’ve been met with top notch customer service and a friendly and inviting atmosphere. All of my appointments were set in a timely manner and all started on time. From the front desk staff to my hygienist MeMe everyone was awesome and both dentist Dr. Cooper and Dr. Sneha were very accommodating to my anxiety and fear of coming to the dentist.If you’re looking for a family dentist do yourself a favor and set an appointment you won’t be disappointed.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I had a tooth pulled at this dentist office on 7/14/2020. Not only did they charge me $150 for the tooth extraction, but charged my insurance also. They also charged the insurance company for services not rendered. All I had done was a simple extraction, but when they were done with me and the insurance, they billed for tooth regeneration and some non existent antibiotic gel. All I received was some gauze after the extraction and was sent out the door. Not only am I going to look for an attorney, but will make a complaint with BBB. I’ve also made a complaint with my insurance company concerning this matter. Once the investigation is complete, I hope that Cygna Dental pulls there contract with these crooks! Its the principle now, but I will never refer anyone to this place!!!

I took 4 children in at one time. They coordinated to the point I was able to easily be with each child at the critical points. From the moment I walked in until we left everyone was professional and kind. Communication at every step was great!!! And their team work shows. We will definitely make this our family dentist.

10/22/19 was my very first visit, I must say I was very impressed and pleased with the staff and DrB. If the staff didn’t share that some of them that assisted me was their first day also I would have never guessed, very professional, personable, courteous and took their time to explain everything they were doing and needed to do. Dr. B, hands down was great, she listen to all my concerns and request, she answered all my questions and explained everything that was going to be done. My first attempt in finding a dentist near my home I have to say I’m very pleased and satisfied.
