Its been years since Ive been to the dentist and longer since I got anything more than a cleaning done. Theyre bad no matter where you go, and when I found out I had cavities to fill I was even less happy. However, I went in for this procedure and had a lot better of an experience than any other clinic I had been to!The staff are nice and that makes all the difference when youre anxious. Its not like you can talk back to them but the doctor working on me was also teaching a new member of the staff (who was awesome) and the conversation distracted me. I didnt feel a thing and with the laughing gas i was a lot calmer than before, but even when the numbness wore off, I wasnt sore.5 stars because the staff made it a lot more enjoyable than it could have been. Thanks!

Love this dentist. Always a great experience. I first found the Dentist when my crown cracked & I was uninsured (dental). The price was AWESOME! and they were able to get me in right away. That was 3 years ago. Crown is still going strong & now gainfully employed, I go for my bi-annual appointments. Everything runs like clockwork. Minimal wait, friendly staff & quality service!

Dentist offered me a FREE Lower Partial. (But is has been paid for!)I would rather have an implant instead.Okay, partial had been paid for by another group. I have not received all the lower partial. The group that paid for the partial has no record of refunded funds. Where was this refund sent? When?Because I have moved the hour and half drive is too stressful- as evident by my blood pressure- to continue care. (Was told I needed a doctors note before any dental work could be done.) I really would like a refund!How do I obtain a refund for EQUIPMENT NOT RECEIVED?The staff would tell me that my patient services has approved care, I just need to sign payment forms. The first time I did, then a surprise bill came. The third time I was asked to sign service agreement form, staff member told me that services were approved by my third party, I said, I wanted to talk to the service representative first, can you get her back on the phone? Then the staff member presented me with a payment agreement form that included finance charges.

I had the worst experience at this place. I had an appointment scheduled and had to wait about hour before seeing the dentist. Once I saw the dentist, the lady was very unprofessional and made a comment that she could tell I smoked and my teeth looked horrible. I was mortified. She then began to tell me that she needed to do a deep clean and it was going to cost close to 1,400 dollars and insurance wouldnt cover that. She also said that my teeth looked like an old ladies teeth and unless I got on her plan, my teeth will never be clean or white and I needed to quit smoking because of nasty yellow stains on my teeth. Needless to say, I paid and left. I will NEVER go back there. Extremely unprofessional and rude, never been treated like that at a dentist office.
