Big mistake! I lost teeth. Crowns would not stay in. I was told I needed deep cleaning. Very expensive. Her dad had to help with my teeth. I ended up removing teeth at a dental school.

Dr. Jill, Jess, and all of the staff at Central Dentist are amazing. We initially came in a few weeks ago because our 4-year-old son chipped his tooth, and we were immediately impressed with Dr. Jills ability to relate to our son and make the visit easy and fun! So, my husband and I have since become patients, as well, and our experiences have also been fantastic. We LOVE that Dr. Jill and her team believe in root-cause medicine and treating the body as a whole, and we plan to be patients for quite a long time!

Dr. Jill and her team are absolutely fantastic. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are also so personable. My entire visit felt like I was hanging out and chatting with close friends. I felt comfortable during the entire cleaning and it was quick and easy! Dr. Jill is incredibly kind and does a wonderful job giving you options for future dental care. I love this office and team and cant wait to be back :)

I made an appointment with this office after watching the documentary “Root Cause” and learning how infected root canals and other issues in the mouth effect our whole health. I had had a rash and itching on my face which had stopped when I had my infected tooth extracted a month ago. Although it came back couple of days later, I was determined to have my teeth checked by another dentist. And I decided on Central Dentist. I made the best decision. Dental assistant Jessica and Dr Jill checked my teeth throughly and explained everything one by one without leaving any detail out. I could ask all my questions without hesitation because they made me super comfortable. We found what the issues were and prepared a good plan. I am very happy and satisfied with the service that I received at Central Dentist. Highly recommended it.

Just went for teeth cleaning only. 2 children (not small) and 2 adults in waiting area (1 myself). Other adult and one child not wearing masks. No effort to enforce. On exiting another adult was entering without a mask. I was unable to leave with distance from him as right side glass door locked and he was holding left side open for me. Cleaning took less than 30 minutes and did not feel thorough whatsoever although I questioned the procedure several times.

Went to this dentist office looking to receive a standard cleaning when I first moved to TX, in early 2016. I was told I needed a deep cleaning, which I thought to be incorrect as I had a deep cleaning performed by my family dentist approximately a year prior. My family dentist confirmed ANOTHER deep cleaning wasn’t necessary. The thing about this whole scenario that annoyed me most was the fact that I called this dentists office twice prior to my visit to have them verify they would accept my insurance, and it was not until after they performed the standard cleaning that they informed me they could not accept my insurance. After that important piece of information was finally brought to light they were “nice” enough to offer me a line of credit to pay for the unnecessary deep cleaning they claimed I needed, and charge my approximately $200 for the standard cleaning.This experience opened my eyes to the importance of only visiting medical professionals that you are familiar with and trust. Hope this review helps other new prospective patients think twice before visiting.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Central Dentist for an amalgam extract procedure, referred to by Dr. Leila Doolittle. I was told by her that this dentist really takes a whole of body, holistic approach to dentistry. I made an appointment but really went in with many hesitations due to previous traumatic childhood experiences I had with dentists.They made this experience truly special. I had 8 amalgams that I needed removed. I was concerned about the pain and trauma but I was more concerned about the mercury poisoning and how detrimental these types of heavy metals are for our health.Dr. Jill Ombrello, DDS really took the time to get to know me as a person, what my health concerns are, why I was afraid of the procedure and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I literally trusted her with my life because thats how serious amalgams are to our health. Her staff, Felicia, Mallory and Jessica really made me feel like family, their smiling faces and Godly demeanor really was felt in the room.Throughout the procedure both Jessica & Dr. Jill communicated with me, ensuring I was ok and even at one point wiped tears from my eyes through the procedure and the tears were not of pain, they were tears due to the gratitude I was feeling praying to God that there are Dentists and staff like them that truly care about peoples lives.This was truly a memorable and life altering experience for me, because I know for a fact that many of the health issues, mood swings, irritability, inflammation and other issues I had were DIRECTLY linked to the 8 amalgam fillings I had poisoning my body every day.I now feel like I have a Dentist I trust and staff that will go above and beyond.You have my word that if you need Dental care, Dr. Jill, Jessica and her staff will take good care of you.Thank you Dr. Jill, for adding not just years to my life but improving my quality of life. I went in specifically for an invisalign consultation. The appt was supposed to last one hour, but I was there for one hour and 40 minutes. At first I felt comfortable and confident, but unfortunately that quickly changed when Dr. Jill started mentioning unnecessary procedures. I was quoted $5k for invisalign although my timeline was estimated to be 4 months and 3 visits. Total estimate of all recommended procedures came to a grand total of $9k. I called 5 other dentist offices after I left and they said $5k would be the worst case scenario and if I was quoted a 4 month time-frame, it would be around $2.5k including visits. This office offered no cash discount whatsoever. No payment plan whatsoever. I felt taken advantage of when I left the appt.These people are salesmen. Its sad, because I really wanted to believe that they cared and wanted the best for me...that was until I was given this insane quote. Zero compassion 💔 Only trying to make money 💰

Jessica, the practice manager is a treasure and makes the entire experience of visiting the dentist comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and her practice if you are looking for a new dentist in Dallas.

I cannot express how amazing Dr. Ombrello and staff are at putting their patients at ease. I have an unhealthy fear of dentistry and with this knowledge in hand, Dr. Ombrello and staff did everything in their power to put me at ease. They told jokes (this an an underlying motive because I found out they are not only putting you at ease, but they are looking at and evaluating your smile too). SO SMART.
