Myia is an outstanding clinician! Myia is very knowledgeable in the field. She has a clinically diverse background in different types of settings including different outpatient counseling centers, acute care hospitals, and psychiatric clinics. Myia tailors therapy for what will be most helpful for her client, and she is able to meet people where they are throughout the therapeutic process. She is very goal oriented and methodical in her therapy. Myia partners with her clients and works with them on a journey toward insight and bettering their lives through achieving goals. Myia is very personable and supportive. She is great with adolescents and adults. I highly recommend her, and I know you will be happy choosing her as a therapist!

Myia is incredible. She has such a kind and caring heart. My son has been seeing her for about a year. She helps make him be accountable, and he loves her because she really listens to him. Myia Bennett was forthright in discussing the thoughts, emotions, and self-revelations of an individual, while bringing clarity and understanding. With all of the different personalities of the group, the group members loved the fact that she did more than just listen but she shared new perspectives, techniques and tools that actually worked for our group. We used her for about a year. She is truly a wonderful person and counselor. She has great demeanor and puts her heart into her job. I had a unique situation and Im sure it was taxing for her and she handled it amazingly. I would still be using her for my 8yr old, but I just cant drive out to mckinney weekly (I live on the far side of fort worth.)She is missed and deserves success in her career.

She provided me with strategies that were more than how to cope with my but how to excel. Myia, is everything I was looking for in a therapist! She has the most calming voice and demeanor. She will put you at ease. Very fortunate to have found her.

The receptionist gave me attitude when I didn’t understand what she was saying. I also was told she would give me a call back and she never did. This is very discouraging when you’re trying to seek help. Do not recommend this office.
