Christy is so great at EMDR- we worked through trauma that I have avoided working on for years, and my PTSD symptoms are a lot less severe. She’s also helped me organize my thoughts and think through things that upset me introspectively.

I saw Christy for four years, and I recommend her to everyone. She is very flexible with scheduling. I got to set the frequency of the appointments, so if I had a lot going on I may talk to her a few times in a week, or if my life mellowed out I may go a month or two without. I’ve never felt pressured to schedule more often or more consistently. Christy is very kind and knows how to ask the perfect question to lead you to an ah-ha! moment. Christy is very open minded and I always felt comfortable talking about hot button topics as they relate to me. Christys specialties are in trauma and PTSD for pretty much all ages and ranges of experiences. However, I felt just as comfortable talking about work and relationship stress. Also, she is able to do couples coaching and I found that to be beneficial as well.All in all, I felt like my sessions with Christy were like talking to an old friend that knows me better than I know myself. If you are considering reaching out to someone but arent sure who to talk to - I recommend Christy whole-heartedly.

Ive been to 3 therapists/psychiatrists before Christy Neher. I have not had anywhere near the results ive achieved here, and i never thought talking with someone could be this helpful. Dr. Neher has helped me open up things i thought I would never share with anyone (in a good way, on my own time). I thought i was very introspective to begin with, yet she has asked questions and opened up perspectives i have not arrived at on my own. If you are looking for real results, real growth, I urge you to go here. If you think youve tried everything, PLEASE go here. Ive tried the others. This is the best. Thank you Christy for what youve done for me. I didnt think it was possible.
