Great staff very friendly. I had such a great experience that my husband is going to switch dentist. Very clean and mindful covid. I loved that she could tell I was a bit stressed so she gave me this lavender scented towel to help me relax . Oh and the best part I got I watch Stranger Things while waiting and in-between all the x rays and cleaning.☺️😜 She is going to treat my 10 year old son orthodontal needs as well.

I do not like seeing Drs. Especially the dentist. I have been scared for years. I still am.But the people here are so kind, and they care so much.I had my bottom wisdom teeth pulled out and they kept me in the loop on the procedure, asked if I was in pain, or if I needed a break.I’m definitely coming back here for check ups and so on.Thank you to the doctors and all those who work for the Bella Family Dental.See y’all on my next check up 🙂

Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr. Falcone was so wonderful and very thorough with explaining and showing visuals of everything that is going on and how they are going to fix the issue. I high recommend.

This was my first visit to Bella Family Dental.Dr. Falcone and her dental assistant Clarissa were awesome. From the moment I walked in the staff were both friendly and attentive. I was called back within 5 minutes which is a big deal for me. I’ve been to other offices where the wait is over an hour. Dr. Falcone took the time to explain everything she was doing and further explained what treatment was needed. She answered all questions I had and was very thorough in her explanation. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.

As a dental professional myself, we can be really picky about who to see for our dental needs or who to recommend our family/friends to for dental needs because we have more extensive knowledge of dentistry. I practice as dentist in Houston but my mother and most of my family lives near the Dallas area and I’m not always able to treat them as readily when they have a dental emergency due to the distance. My mother needed a porcelain crown in her front tooth that needed to be fixed sooner than later and Dr. Dang really came through with her expertise, talent and knowledge. My mother raves about her skills to this day because she is so happy with her teeth. I’ve also referred my sister in law to Dr Dang for braces and she is very excited to start braces soon with Dr Dang after having a great experience at her initial consultation appointment. I definitely would recommend and continue to refer any family and friends in the Dallas area to Dr Dang. :)

Bella Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to. They do what they can to make sure you are taken care of. You are their priority. I first came into Bella Dental looking for an emergency dentist, in Nov of 2019. I was having an absolutely unbearable tooth pain. They told me I could go to the office and they literally welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Dang immediately began a process to get rid of my tooth pain, she performed an emergency root canal, right then and there for me. I ended up having to receive another root canal weeks later, do to my previous dentist lacking good communication with his patients.(Thats a different review) Dr. Dang even removed my wisdom teeth weeks after that, I think she is a superhero amongst dentists bc she saved me from my tooth pain, even after going to 2 other dentists before her, who were no help. Bella Dental also knows how to pick their staff nicely, with everyone from the dentist to the front desk, ready and willing to help you and communicate well with you for any needs you may have. There is no other Dental office Id rather go to now that Ive found Bella Dental. Long story, but I do love that I found Bella Dental. I used to dread going to the dentist but now I love it, they help you and want you to feel comfortable. I always tell people this story, that way, they have my reasoning of why I would, with out any doubt, recommend Bella Dental to anyone who loves a friendly and caring Dental staff.

I recently made an appointment here to get a partial made for my teeth. My appointment was quick and over before I knew it. My mouth is very sensitive and Dr. Dang understood. She was gentle from start to finish. I also loved how nice everyone at Bella Family Dental is! The dental assistant, Jenny, informed me of some basic info I would need when using the partial to fix the gap where I’m missing a tooth. Flexible appointments, quick, nice staff. I had originally left a 5 star For Dr. Nava, I used to work for her and then became a patient. When Dr. Nava left and I noticed there was a new Doctor which made me worry. I decided to still come since my sister and mom recommended Dr. Dang.Now I am leaving this updated 5 start for Dr. Dang. She is more like a 10 startWait: 15mins or lessOffice: real clean they also follow all types of covid protocols which makes me feel save.Staff: very nice and respectful.Dr. Dang: humble, honest, through, kind and speaks your language in other words she dont speak to you with long dental terms she speaks to you so that you can understand what is needed. She helps take pride in your smile.about a year ago i had gotten a crown on tooth #2, I was in a temporary crown for a year. Just because I wasnt ready to seat my crown when they had called me and after that I had forgotten about it till this year oct 2020. I had ate a Halloween sticky candy and my temporary crown broke off. I called the office and they set up the next available appointment. I am a dental assistant and have worked for many years. I thought to myself, i know if this crown dont fit like many Doctors do they will cement an ill fitting crown and let us go about our day. BUT Dr. Dang Didnt do that she adjusted and stopped and said I was able to get it to fit but I am not happy with it I am sending it back to get it remade so it can fit perfect. I walked out shocked and happy. Dr. DANG is a real good doctor give her a chance to prove her self like I did . I am now walking around with this almost natural looking crown Thank You Dr. DANG!

Bella Family Dental took good care of me and made some recommendations that I had not heard before(probably because I havent been to the dentist in a while). They supplied me with a night guard and were very responsive to all of my issues-- giving me 4 fillings. The cost has been reasonable for the services I received and the workers have been pretty knowledgeable and mindful of my comfort during treatment.If you havent been to the dentist in years, please go so you can save your money and, more importantly, your teeth!! Dental hygiene is so important.

Bella Family Dental has changed the outlook of going to the dentist office for my family. The fact that they are open on Sunday (not every but some) was a game changer for a family thats always busy. My 3 year old had his first great dental experience with Dr. Dang. She played with him and made sure he was comfortable before moving forward, in return he did not bite her. Husband who dreads going to the dentist office and will only go once every couple of years finally went since they were open on a Sunday and he throughly enjoyed his visit. Even willing to come back in 6 months without having to bribe him. While my husband was getting his cleaning done the playroom kept the 3 year old occupied and he had so much fun. Wonderful office. Highly recommend.

I’ve always despised dentist offices and had yet to find one I felt comfortable with. However, when I came to Bella Family Dental Dr. Dang was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable at the dentist. She informed me every step of the way as she went through putting a crown on my back tooth. All the rooms & waiting area were kept tidy and staff was attentive.

Dr. Dang is wonderful, she knows how to cater to individual patients needs to have a great experience and overall healthy smile. She straighten my teeth in 9-10 months with fast track braces. The staff is great as well and are very caring about the patients.

Ive been reluctant to head to a dentist, however I knew I needed work done. Its part of a long strip of shops, however Ive been told theres additional parking in the back. The staff is very friendly and patient with all questions. From the front desk to the dental hygienist to the dentists themselves, everyone has a stellar attitude and explains the processes clearly. There is also a TV in every room which is always a bonus. Ive been here a few times now from the initial visit, through deep cleanings and wisdom teeth extraction; my only regret is knowing theres so many food options nearby that I shouldnt touch after service! This place is also open even on the weekend to accommodate to those with busy lives. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone.

My kids love to come for their dental checkups because they have a special playroom with toys and iPads. The doctor and her staffs are very professional, caring and that makes the visit so much more enjoyable.

Dr. Dang is a miracle worker! She fixed one of my fillings which was incorrectly done too deep and was causing pain. She is also a very competent dentist in her abilities to assess a patient and make the right decisions to help the patient. I have recommended Dr. Dang to my family and friends. Its really hard to find an intelligent, caring, and competent dental/medical practitioner these days, but Dr. Dang sets the standard for her peers!
