We went here for an infant blood draw on a weekend since they are one of the few open then. I was worried about taking my newborn into a hospital but everything on the first floor was closed so it was practically empty. The staff was very helpful and the location was neat and looked clean. They were able to do the blood draw successfully and talked us through the process, so we were very happy with our experience.

I’m sitting here debating whether I should wait or leave. I’ve check in using the kiosk about 40 minutes ago. When I arrived, there was one other person who arrived before me. The waiting room is now filled with 9 people and the only person who got called in was the person who came in before me. I don’t know what is going on back there but at this pace, it will take all day just to draw blood. They have two receptionists who doesn’t even greet people or help with check ins. There’s also very limited parking at this hospital and the garage is tight. I will never come back here again in the future for bloodwork.

The wait was a bit long but there were 3 young children in front of me so I didnt mind waiting. Chicago Calvin was super interesting to talk to and made the actual blood draw quick and painless 😁

I waited for 45 mins and I was the only one in the waiting room. When I asked how much longer they stated” 30 more min. We have to take care of our other patients. I sat in the waiting room listening to them talk about lunch and when they were getting a break. I explained I needed to get back to work soon or I need to reschedule. Another tech came a got me with in 5 minutes and it only to 5 minutes to draw my blood. The employees need to realize their clients have been NPO and are getting frustrated the longer they take to get them back for their lab draws. I have had bad service there every time I go there. I will never go there again!!!!

Came here on 8/13/2021 and the technician was so rude. My elderly father who I am careful with sat outside the lab because it was crowded and with covid you want to be careful of everyone’s health. Anyway my dad got skipped twice and she got really snobby saying well it got empty fast. Which it didn’t not so then she’s like you need to step out if your not the patient and I said that fine but I had to inform you that he was sitting outside waiting. I’m sorry she has to work but if you are in the health care system you need to be nice and speak with love and passion not act like unprofessional.

Terrible service!! We had more than 15 people in the waiting room and another 10 outside, because only 2 or 3 people passed every 15 minutes !! In the end I had to wait for more than 1 hr!!!

Apparently the analysis I needed is only done between 8:30 and 11:30. Got there at 11:25 and was refused service because the cut-off time is 11:30 according to the receptionist. Lol

This place is super unorganized on the weekend. The place was packed with people and yet there were only two nurses. More and more people were coming and their hours were very short.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give a zero star review I would. They were completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. First, they took over forty five minutes with zero explanation before I was seen (with an appointment) while other people were being seen in front of me. Well, it turns out she had to call to see if they did some of the tests. I was finally seen and told nothing, but when I got home I noticed on a piece of paper that they didn’t run all of the tests my doctor ordered. I then went back in because they still charged me and had not given me the option to leave because they couldn’t fulfill what I needed. They said they “couldn’t go back” and what’s done is done, with a very insincere apology. I didn’t want to review before I got my tests results back because I was so afraid they would do something to them. Turns out, I didn’t have to! I mysteriously got a call from a different doctor today, and it turns out they also sent my labs to the wrong doctor. They completely lack professionalism and communication. Go literally anywhere else.UPDATE:It turns they do run the test. My doctor called to discuss the issues and they were only then willing to look into and rerun the test.

My 3 kids and i all had to get lab work i was nervous because my 2 yr oldand 6 yr old never experienced getting blood drawn the staff was very friendly i like that you can make or change your appointment online.staff was friendly with the kids making the situation easier to deal with. I have no bad complaints I was in and out quickly. They called my name before i could even sit down in the waiting room.

Short wait, and the person taking my blood was fast and nice. HOWEVER, she had a couple of tubes filled with a red substance when she walked in the room, which looked like someone elses blood. I thought twice about letting her take my blood, but I watched her sanitize her hands and I had already been in the hospital for 2 hours and I needed the test done that day. I got a call from them later, asking me to come back because they either lost a tube of my blood or the lady forgot to take all the blood that she needed.. The place is 30 minutes from my house..

I rate the Lab 2 because the lab tech was wonderful. The technical registrations kiosks are not ADA compliment because they require standing. Wheel chair accessible kiosks should be provided according to ADA guidelines. The young man at the front was flippant and not patient friendly. He needs to go or additional training.

My visit to the LabCorp office at Medical City was quick and easy. I checked in, had blood drawn, and was out in under twenty minutes. The staff seemed professional and competent.

I can count no less than thirty gross stains or spilled stuff, it smells sick, and there is no secretary to talk to, Just a tablet. It feels like what youd imagine U.S.S.R. health care to be like, or free clinics in poverty stricken urban areas.

I am surprised to see all these negative feedback about LabCorp. My family and I use LabCorp. I have never had to wait long, even when I occasionally do a walk in. The staff are exceptional nice and friendly. I really love this place

The Spanish girl working the front desk looks as miserable as she sounded. Absolutely no personality and very short. I had a tech to draw me and was nervous because Ive been labeled a super hard stick, but the guy there Ahil was able to get it on the first time around , quick and easy. He made the experience overall enjoyable.

Tonya, the phlebotomist was great! She got me in and out quickly. I gave the clinic 4 stars because of the Computer they insist everyone first logs onto. The computer login did not seem to work for the other three people in the office. Luckily, Tania kept her cool and got us all checked in and drawn in a very timely fashion

LabCorp apart of Medical City Dallas Hospital. If you go soon they open at 7:30 am. You will have no problems. You will be in and out. 1ST thing you will do is sign in with the machine not a person and make sure you have your DL or ID. The machine has to scan your DL or ID. After you sign in, 2St seat down and wait for your name to be called. 3rd the person who called your name will ask for your information papers, ect. Then she/he will tell you which exam room to go to seat down and wait. 4th then the nurse will come in ask you for your full name and DOB (date of birth) then after that take your blood. 5th you are all done. 6th you will get a call or email about your result either later that day or the next day.Its not that hard people.The staff wasnt rude, they all say good morning and have a great day. And the exam room was very clean.I had no problems at all.

Just visited this place to have blood test. I dont know why alot of people complaint it. It’s open Saturday morning from 8am, you can check in by yourself, wait for about 15-20 mins then called in to do paperwork, then a nurse comes in and get the blood. Very quick. Parking fee is 1$. Total time is about 45 min.

Very long wait. I was there 5/17/18. I waited 40 minutes while everyone before me and after me were called(this is the second time). About thirty minutes in I asked how much longer to wait. I was told they had something to run. Whatever that means??? She never looked me in the eyes. I don’t know if this location has an organization problem or they have some serious favoritism going on. They are unorganized and unprofessional. I also work in healthcare; I know things can be difficult at times. Those in healthcare need to be sure that patients are being cared for no matter what is going on.

This is really a horrible center. Front desk either need to be trained or changed. No body talks to you, you have to go sign into a system and they call you loud without minimum respect from inside asking you to come through door number 1 or 2. She doesnt even know how to search by names... we have gone for a 3 hour sugar test staying hungry all night and got to com back as she says she couldnt find the name. Called another Labcorp and they could locate our locate. Please choose another branch.

If you want to be greeted or directed on your appointment, please go somewhere else. Here, they have computers for you to sign in sitting RIGHT IN FRONT OF WHERE THEY SIT but they refuse to speak to you. They literally act like you dont exist. The black girl sitting there gave me attitude cause I wouldnt sit down. I had a question about my damn paperwork! My question was do you need this paperwork? She tells me with attitude that I need to hold onto it and they will call me when theyre ready. Doesnt seem bad but you shouldve seen the go to hell look and heard the attitude in her voice. So I said WELL you could have told me that the moment I walked up here with it in my hand instead of letting me wait here but you have the computers so that yall dont have to be professional or greet clients. RudeI wanted to walk out but my son needed his blood work done.

Trip downtown to Baylor LabCorp to realize that they dont take this particular lab sample there. Then a drive to Medical City LabCorp to be told they only run this particular lab sample between 7:30am and 11:30am M-F. Returned the next morning at 8:20 and waited 35 mins to just drop of a lab sample. Complete lack of communication!! Poor customer service!!

Draw stations are like cattle calls and the billing department is horrible! I have written to them twice asking for them to correct a billing error, to no avail. Finally called them and this is the way they answer the phone: patientss home number and date of birth?In the day and age of private laboratories cropping up all over the place, Ill take my business to one of them. LabCorp is HORRIBLE!!!!

The staff was unprofessional and couldn’t get organized. The main reason I’m complaining is because the woman taking my blood didn’t read the full order and forgot one vial so she had to poke me twice and did a horrible job at inserting the needle.

This location NEVER answers the phone. The number on Google seems correct but they do not answer and I get routed out of state. I even called the main operator at medical city and she was not able to get in contact with them.
