Its been nearly 15 years since my stay at Turtle Creek. To this day I tell people who are struggling with addiction to go here. If you want to be clean these people can help you! They will give you the tools to have a future even when you think there isnt one. For them every life has worth & value. This recovery program gave me my life back and gave me the tools to keep it!

It was an amazing experience. Im five years sober as of yesterday. These step study and support groups are wonderful and should be utilized more often for individuals who really need some time to find themselves and get a consistent relationship with their support systems, a solidified quiet time set aside for themselves and to actually work the steps and watch God change everything. My sponsor is my heart...I dont think there is one better out there than mine. He put up with me at my worst and now we have grown to see that if support each other then God takes care of the rest. My experience with them has not been good so far. I apparently have been blacklisted and I truly believe they knew me before I got there. Filled out paper work and opened up my personal life to a stranger , mistake.

My experience was not the best. We dine at the Turtle Creek Manor Christmas Eve. When seated had the worst seats located by the kitchen/Serving area. Its hard to relax with the staff and all the activity. The food was disappointing. Very pricey, not worth it.

I an the intake coordanator for long term facility that deals with addiction. I find that the cliants that i get from turtle creek have a good working knowlage of all modern recovery programs and are equiped with the tools necessary to work a good recovery program. I also send referrals to them for treatment as well. I find that is is up to the willingness of the individual as far as the level of recovery attained.they are good people they care.
