Twice now they have reported Positive drug patches for a drug Ive never touched. After each time, the court recommends me getting another monitoring device which they conveniently offer and take more classes which they also offer. They will not ever show you the positive results claiming they are only the middleman. This company is bogus in there operating practices. They offer the cheapest solutions because they know every time a positive patch comes back, the courts are likely to reccomend another device or class. This company has changed employment of counselors twice in the 12 weeks Ive been going. HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO USE THEM!!!

This place is crooked and evil! The first scram device they gave me said I drank everyday when I did not and even took a urine test to prove my innocence but since the courts believe this is an infallible perfect device I went to jail! Almost lost my job and they wanted to charge me $75 installation fee. Hell no! I had to explain my situation 5 times until i finally got it waived! They can go to hell!!!

I’ve been on Scram ankle monitor for about 10 months.I’ve been very satisfied with the customer service I’ve received. I always call the Hq office in Dallas, and they’ve always helped me. RHC being the 3rd party, they are courteous and will work with you on payment extensions, reminders to download, making maintenance arrangements that fit my work schedule. It’s unfortunate I’m an RHC consumer, they made this stress free. Plus the unit only detects if you’ve consumed alcohol, not if your around perfume or a nail saloon. I’ve also had a positive experience at the Austin location when I was setting up. They lady who helped me was understanding and helped me in a great way.

I went in to their Denton location, and the young lady was VERY rude and unprofessional. When I walked into her office (its a converted apartment building across the street from the county jail) I felt like something was off. Within seconds she had told me that I had a bad attitude based off of me asking a question about the patch I was getting. Ive never been spoken to like that by a physician. I will be reaching out to their H.R. department and filing a complaint. Steer clear from this place if you can. So far it has been a very bad experience.

Only giving one star because I have to. These people are crooks. We’ve paid for their incompetent services at $400 mo. Only to continue to have their hardware and software continually malfunction. We’ve been in three times in 4 months. There is a different person telling you something different to do everyone you intract with them. In our case there was no violation of alcohol. They reported to the court that the monitor was not reporting correctly and called it tampering after they told us to continually unplug and plug in the device only when in use “because it will not upload correctly.” We were not made aware there was an issue to correct it, we only followed their verbal instructions. There is a serious lack of communication with this company as we spoke with them the same day as they filed with the court, and “everything was okay”. If there is another company to use, I highly recommend finding a professional company that can answer a phone and learn how to use their own products correctly. If you have to work with this company take names and numbers EVERYTIME.

Wow every time I call they hang up, and wont return calls after several voicemails, but I bet they will take your money in a heart beat

Its a rehab/court ordered check in center. Why would anyone like it?
