My mother has been going here for years. Whenever she needs additional take outs, Delia is wonderful! She is always spot on and efficient.....always. If there is ever an issue with the take outs, Delia fixes it immediately. We absolutely love and appreciate her. Amazing...Thank you Delia!!!πŸ˜ΈπŸ˜»πŸŽƒ

This Company is THE WORST clinic I’ve ever dealt with.! Almost all of the staff at the Dallas, Garland, Plano, and Irving locations were very rude; Contradicting Company In-Take Procedures (written on their website) like some kind of Bait and Switch tactic. Every employee I personally spoke with had a very negative attitude from the moment they spoke to me. Most seeming Mad, Annoyed, Lazy, and almost offended when I asked them questions or inquired for additional information. I understand maybe an employee having a bit of a bad day but literally EVERYONE I spoke with at these 4 locations made it seem like it was such a hassle to do their job and treated me like an inconvenience. Not only that but I did a little research afterwards and found out a Majority of their β€œHigh Star” Reviews are from dummy (FAKE) accounts, PRETENDING AND LIEING about the experience there. I would NEVER use this clinic and I ask that if you want to give them a try, TRY a DIFFERENT CLINIC FIRST.!

I Love this place. The nurses are great people. Debbie is in charge and she does an awesome job at keeping everyone in line. The people that go here are genuinely good people, with big hearts. Everyone has helped me at one point or another. This is the Best clinic Ive been to

This place is probably the best for methadone treatment in Dallas in terms of convenience, since other places in Dallas require more involvement in counseling and thus take up more time. Here its see a case worker twice a month for 15-30 min. and drug screen once a month. You come in any time between 5:30-10:00 am (weekdays) to get dosed, and average wait time is 10-15 min. if there are other people waiting. To begin treatment here the best day to come in is Friday before 7:00 AM, since thats the day and time the doctor is usually there, and you have to be seen by the doctor to begin treatment. What they prefer is for you to come in on a weekday before Friday and get scheduled so they know in advance youll be coming in.

The Midland Texas location refused to guest dose one of our clients because his paperwork had not been received at least 72 hours in advance. This refusal to coordinate care has placed our client at risk of not only losing his job, but fatally overdosing due to exposure to illicit fentanyl. These barbaric and unnecessary practices need to stop, they are preventing people from gaining access to lifesaving medicine. People who use drugs are human and deserve to be treated with the same dignity and respect as any other patient.

This program saved my life. Its in a nice location, clean, and well taken care of. All the staff are amazing and they truly care about whats going on with their clients. There is no excuse if one truly wishes to change their life. The program equips you with valuable tools that are necessary to succeed. Its up to you to utilize them and maintain the desire to change.

The nurses are mostly pretty quick, they all rotate so it differs every few months. The manager is not very nice tho so you should try to avoid her. The counselors are all very nice and really care about your well being. I went there for 2 years, I have less than 10 days left, I can honestly say if you have other options look into them first and use this as a last resort. They really dont encourage you detoxing which is strange to me. Hope this was helpful.

The no nonsense yet understanding and empathetic staff make this place an easy experience considering the gravity of what you are doing. Fact Facing = I cannot grasp this impossible heroin addiction. Yet, I constantly need/crave opiates making stone cold sobriety insufferable . Answer = switch to a long lasting opioid that suspends the sickness to a degree heroin cannot touch and have it administered by the dose with guidance of professionals. Going daily seems strenuous only for a second until one realizes how much time was spent hunting down their drug of choice. Easily hands down the best treatment I have ever received for my severe habit (and believe me I tried hospitals , programs and unfortunately jail too. It would be easy for the nurses , doctors , therapists and overseers to make me feel like scum and instead they reach out not scold . They know about the abuse growing up. They know Im responsible for my choices but I need help and they treat the serious issue with a serious drug.

This Clinic has forgotten their purpose to help people recover from Heroin -- I was not perfect but I tried and I wanted to quit -- made it ever day but one -- late for one counseling -- and missed one day -- AND OUT YOU GO -- thought you were supposed to be HELPING -- how do you balance Work -- addiction when you move someone up so SLOW -- do your best -- THEY DONT CARE

This clinic is one of the best that I have been to. Everyone that works there really care about our recovery. I for one am very greatful that West Texas is here. I just wish that some of the people that go would stop using this place to help with there herion addiction & then start or continue their other addictions.

Horrible.. Im back on the streets because of this place! I was clean for a 1.1/2yrsNEVER missed a day, NEVER failed a drug test and finally asked about getn take homes which I shouldve had been envn because I ddnt want to deal with RUDE manger Debbie and this place quick story short she made me go thru hoops to supposedly get my take homes pay some fee, take other classes wait to see doc, did ALL that and a guy Tboned my car on the way doing this debbie list. So I tell Debbie I REALLY need my take homes now, I dnt have a car no more to come, ive done EVERYTHING u said, been clean 1.1/2yrs. But NOPE nothing so I said then detox time. Well I was late one day ddnt make it for the FIRST time EVER because I ddnt have a car anymore since it got wrecked going to dumb classes for NOTHING so getn a ride was hard and I got kicked out for THAT. Ridiculous! So if shes like that with people whos never missed a day never failed a drug test and who is serious about being sober I feel bad for the next person.DEBBIE why are you there? if you CANT STAND nobody there and you will NEVER SEE this woman smile..
