This is the myth of the Bacon Cheddar cheese.Long ago, there existed a cheese. It was a cheddar cheese blessed with bacon pieces. It melted perfectly as a grilled cheese sandwich, it thrived on top of a potato, and it tasted great on its own.But one day, that cheese vanished.Other cheeses remained, but they werent as melty. They werent as bacon-y. With the Bacon Cheddars absence, darkness spread across the land. But then, when all hope had died, and the hour of doom seemed at hand...The bacon cheddar reappeared as if from nowhere. In the form of a golden wheel cut into wedges, it batted away the darkness when the people needed it most.And just as soon as it returned, it vanished once again. Through the ages, the Bacon Cheddar would appear briefly, and only in times of great turmoil.But then came a day when a great plague began to besiege the land. The darkness was back. The people believed that the Bacon Cheddar would again come to bring prosperity, but the cheese did not show. What became of that cheese? Its lost with time.The memory of the cheese became myth. Trader Joes employees found few traces or records of it. It became customary for shoppers to check the cheese section for a golden wedged wheel, only to find other, lesser cheeses. The shoppers only wished to herald a new age of peace.Now today, in the sleepy little town of Culver City, in the direst of times, the Bacon Cheddar could be seen unassumingly nestled amongst the other cheeses. The people rejoice. There is hope. Good times are here at last!

This Trader Joes is a 5/5 stars. The parking situation is super easy and they are beyond organized. They also were really great and incentivized during COVID to ensure there was food for everyone by limiting peoples protein to 2. They are always willing to help and have great tips to provide on how to cook or mix foods together. I LOVE this Trader Joes.

Although always busy this Trader Joe’s is so convenient for me or else I’d have to travel far. There’s a parking garage connected to the store and they give you a complimentary 45 mins to shop. Designated person to clean and sanitize carts and everything necessary. Store is always clean and organized. Very diverse staff which is a huge win for me and everyone is super nice.Recommendations:The earlier you go the better or else the line wraps around the store to get in.

All that I ask of this T.Js facility is to get some signs posted inside that parking structure that points out the most efficient/directions to get into your front door. The market is fairly clean & easy to navigate. But two elderly shoppers (2-different occasions) were wearing masks to only cover their chins - - whats the point of that? Am I supposed to poke & ask if they need help with mask wearing or will T.Js step it up and educate non-compliant customers?Either were all wearing masks or drop the pretence and let all customers know that the requirement has expired.Thanks

I tend to buy most of my groceries from Trader Joes. This location doesnt seem to be ask packed as other. But great products. little pricey but worth the quality

Love my local trader Joes, usually has everything I need, staff is always sweet & friendly.Would have given five stars if it was not for the verbally abusive population that stands directly outside the door as of lately.The poor elderly lady in front of me was screamed at because she did not give a young man money as she walked past. He yelled racial slurs at her & screamed I guess black lives really dont matter, to an elder woman of color. Yikes.Ive also noticed the people that are taking surveys, get hostile if you politely decline to answer their questions if you are in a hurry. Muttering rude remarks as you walk past or away from them. Classy.If you dont want to lose customers maybe dont let them get harassed on the way in & out of your stores Trader Joes. Tell these people they cant loiter or yell at your customers. It would make the whole experience so much more enjoyable for everyone.

This place has great produce although very selected. The price of some produce are great but not everything. The kosher meat section is really small and usually everything is gone before you know it.the wine selection is good.

Easy to navigate, register lines move fast, employees are very polite. Parking is free for up to 45 minutes and so far it has been plenty of time.

I was astounded to find there was not anyone waiting in line to get in. The store had hand sanitizer and the lines were short. All in ally it was a pleasurable shopping experience.

It is just ok, not like it use to be. It is close to me, that us why I go there . Somewhat better than Sprouts.

Wonderful modern California cuisine

During this crazy covid19 time, it can be scary to go grocery shopping. Trader Joes lets senior citizens in an hour early, which is a nice community service. I went there Friday morning early enough to get in as soon as the senior hour was over. The store was fully stocked, and the metering of people entering the store and the taped path through the store made shopping easy. The stores employees were helpful as ever while maintaining proper distance, and its nice to have that human interaction when were staying so far away from each other.

TJs as we call it, is one of the best, most interesting stores. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help you find anything. The merchandise & produce is top notch and very reasonably priced. Wine and other alcohol items are at least $5.00 cheaper than other grocery stores. I couldnt live anywhere without a Trader Joes store nearby. I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH TJ S.

If you have no time to cook this is the best place to get a nutritional and fast preparation supper, they even have salads ready to eat, and their staff is great, friendly and helpful.

I love this trader joes, they always move the lines super fast and provide sanitize stations. Theres parking and this location is organized really well, I can get in and out and swoop up everything I need in less than 10 minutes

Trader Joes is a staple in our community. I have two located within half a mile of my home. Unfortunately the portions are small, not family-sized. They have a significant amount of pre-made, packaged and frozen foods which makes serving decent quality meals very easy. Prices seem quite reasonable until youve had to purchase multiple packages in order to feed even a small family. The employees are always very helpful, seemingly very positive, even with the crowded Trader Joes, theres always an abundance of parking, and there always seems to be an Isle were you can check out fairly quickly.There isnt a significant amount of choice with their fruit and vegetables, but the ones they do have seem to be of high quality. They have a significant amount of organic produce which appeals to me very much.Treats, snacks, and alcoholic beverages are in very large Supply if thats your thing, it isnt mine Unfortunately. They always offer free coffee and a sample of their food of the day which is a nice touch.

Always warm and friendly at my local TJs! Weve been coming here for over 5 yrs and even during this challenging times the store flows well and the staff is still friendly!

They are very careful with disinfecting the carts and directing customers to check out lines.

TJ has always been a great store, and this is one of their best branches. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and, of course, the food choices are always excellent. The store is also easy to navigate, and never over-crowded. Highly recommended. You can also spot actors and celebs there, from Sony Studio, which is right down the block.

Everyone is so helpful. If you look like you cant find something, a staff member will approach you and ask if you need help.

My favorite store. Love the freshness of the produce. Very friendly and willing to assist.

First time in 3 months there because the lines were intimidating when I would pass by. Obviously they are under COVID protocol meaning pulling from one main line at the register which I didnt see at first so when I approached the cashier directly it appeared as if I was trying to bypass the line. Anyway after realizing my mistake and waiting my turn fair and square they did have an employee at the front of the line directing traffic. Check out was quick. If you bring a bag they dont let you bag it at the register. Outside the door I tried to bag my stuff and another employee made me walk around the corner into the garage to do it. Oh well, new normal.
