Dr. Addison is a good practitioner but his office staff and ability to keep accurate records are absolutely unacceptable. Rude staff and front office.

I can not attest to the Doctor himself, his bedside manners or practice as my son and I never got that far. He should however fire his front desk staff as they are absolutely the most rude and condescending women I have ever had the displeasure of attempting to talk with. I feel immensely sorry for Dr. Addison as Im sure he is a wonderful doctor and has most likely lost many other potential patients because of the horribly rude person(s) he has answering phones and representing the clinic.
