Saw Dr. Lauren yesterday. A lovely caring young woman. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly, caring staff.

Dr. Tim and Dr. Lisa are the best, I am lucky to have them for me and my wifes doctors. very nice doctors and staff

The sign in the office reads sick visits no appointments needed. I walk in sick and I was asked if I had an appointment. I said no. This is 8:20 Am they have been open for 20 minutes no one waiting. Receptionist informs me the first dr. can see me is 10:30. Im in pain and need immediate care. I have to leave and go to st Francis express care. No problem at st. Francis in and out. The dr. Is great. BUT I think his staff and his idea of a sick visit is the problem.Addendum. This doctor violated my rights after I asked him to author a note excusing me from attending an arbitration hearing. I am handicapped and severely limited by serious breathing issues. In addition I am only able to walk a few feet without passing out. I called the Dr. And asked the nurse to have the doctor pen the letter. This dr has seen me recently and is fully aware of my life threatening conditions. Dr. Tim refused to write the letter. What made this even worse was he called my lawyer to inform my lawyer that he was refusing to write the note. This is a violation of my rights and privacy since the Dr. Did not tell me first about his incorrect decision but call my lawyer.This dr. did not see me personally or check me physically to make his determination. Legal action is pending
